Members at front desk always pleasant and helpful, courteous and polite. Rooms always very clean! Servers at the restaurants always polite and friendly. Food and drinks very good! Casino floor clean! One exception Slots, they didn't cooperate, they didn't give me my Jack Pot!! Not to worry, as the Terminator said, " I will be back"! The perfect place to stop overnight while on our road trip. It’s dog friendly and they provided dog bowls for our pup! This place has everything you need to freshen up including restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and a gas station. I want to say THANK YOU to the staff for being so friendly. We accidentally left an item behind in our room. Luckily, housekeeping returned the item and the security guy called us to let us know they found it. Would recommend this place and stay here again.

Had a blast at the 6th Annual Tattoo Convention! Everyone was super kind and genuinely happy! Especially the duo at the check in desk - they were amazing & deserve a pay raise with the amount of sincere helpfulness they offered me! Floor staff too - people literally went out of their way to show me what I needed for the 3 day event! Thank you so much- see ya next year!

We have been visiting Seven Feathers for about 5 years now. It's a nice casino with nice amenities and great service. We wish the casino would prohibit indoor smoking. Even though they have a separate area for non-smokers, we still have to walk through the main casino to go to the restaurants and bathrooms. We stayed in the hotel. The room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, our room was next to another room with a group of people who partied all night and disturbed our sleep.

What a placeIf you gamble even a little bit, this is a perfect stop on I-5 in southern Oregon. The place is just plain nice. The check in is easy, the rooms are awesome and the Casino is a happening place. Try the new game of Spanish 21....... My buddy and I both did well. Finish your day off with a great tub in the spacious spa. I will definitely be back.

The rooms were clean and beautiful, the water pressure was amazing, and the water was hot hot! Wish their coffee tasted better in the room.Wish they had a breakfast special for guests staying . Only complaint about the casino….the cigarette smoke it awful! Needs better ventilation. And more dining options.Overall was a fantastic stay!

Rooms clean, shower nice. Wish there were hand rails in the shower. Wish for a microwave in the room. Large amounts of food taken back to the room for munching late night watching t.v. from the restaurants in the casino. Had a little difficulty with the thermostat. Room slightly on the cool side for 2 old ladies. There was kids in the hall running and yelling late night and 3am. Great value with promotional rate.

I've not stayed in the rooms as it is my stop heading up north with my RV. No hookups, but it's great to have a rest here for the night. The place is very clean. Diner Restaurant was nice, and breakfast was great for the grandson. Nice perk was we happen to be there a day they host a Farmers Market. The grounds are beautiful, especially all the roses. Great to see they offer their venue for a space for the community to have a farmers market where we bought several items for the reminder of our trip. Also, across the highway, they have a fabulous fuel/struck stop. So clean!

Amazing place. Customer service was so nice and accommodating. We forgot some of our toiletries and they were so awesome at helping us get what we need. We ate dinner at the steak house, Kbar. The food was amazing, but our waiter made the experience so memorable 💖. The casino was fun as well, we didn't go to the concert cause it was sold out, but people said it was great.Food & drinks: All restaurants were great.

It’s a casino and that is pretty much it. There are services for kids. If you bring your children with you there’s a nice large pool and small arcade. There are very few restaurants that are kid friendly, but there is a nice cafeteria, which has the best food prices, and probably the best food, I have pictured it in my photos. The service overall was OK. There was a mix of workers who were happy to be there and others who did not like their job and it was apparent. Don’t expect any extra accommodations. If they do something wrong they don’t seem to care at all. Stayed the night, the accommodations were comfortable, so no complaints about the hotel room. However, if you’re sensitive to smoke, the casino does allow smoking in most areas and you can smell smoke through most of the halls of the hotel, and sometimes through your vent in your bedroom, even though the rooms are non-smoking. They kept saying over the speakers that someone was winning over twelve hundred dollars like every hour or less but I never saw someone win money or that large of a sum of money so it felt like it was a recording. Most gamblers did not seem to be happy Did not really see many people winning so if you’re going there, expecting to win don’t. If you’re a strategic gambler, you might do well, a lot of the workers on the tables seem to be newer, which could also mess you up as well if you are experienced, so overall it is a mix of everything. Restaurants are not too good there was a fly in my drink twice at one of the bars but don’t let that stop you from trying the food. Don’t have any expectations. I would go back again though. Overall not too bad.Rooms: Basic hotel rooms wheelchair accessible. Lots of floor space.Nearby activities: Thrift stores and the views are amazing.Safety: Seemed pretty safe.Walkability: Not walkableFood & drinks: Not many options. Stick to the cafeteria.Noteworthy details: Large pool.

Great time! Enjoyed meals in three restaurants, food delicious! Service was slow in only one. Won on slots! We came up here from Grants Pass for my birthday. We were surprised to find out that we had 4 free night and a 50 $ credit for the k bar steakhouse. And on top of that we have 2 free nights available for either the cabins or yurts and an additional 20 $ off for our breakfast and 10 $ off of a 25 $ purchase in the gift shop. And when we that it couldn't get any better than that well it did I found out I had 150 $ in free play and won about 2000 $. And when we got back to our free room they had left me a piece of cheese cake and a birthday card which several employees had signed. So I would like to say thank you for a wonderful stay and we will see you soon cause we're reserving our stay in a yurt before we leave😃Rooms: Very clean and comfyNoteworthy details: Amazing staff!

This establishment is widely regarded as one of the premier gaming destinations within the state of Oregon. However, it does have one notable drawback, which is the relatively early closing time. On the positive side, smoking is permitted within the premises. I would like to inquire if there is a designated non-smoking section available. I frequent this establishment periodically and consistently return due to the exceptional quality of the games offered.

Came here for a little getaway. We enjoyed the casino, for us we wished it was smoke free but still had a great time here. This is a real kid friendly resort. They have the pool, an arcade for kids and of course casino for adults. We stayed in one of their suites. It was nice, the bed was a little uncomfortable for us but again that could just be our preference. There's not a ton in the area, but we did go about 20 mins up the road and check out the wildlife safari zoo.

Sadly, I have to make my first not so raving post. I’m not sure what happened when you folks made all of the changes. But it shows. Drinks from a server were very weak , but when got from bar they were on par. (Doubles all night) room was not as cleans as usual. food was great as always, staff is the best. Tight machines. We are all trying to guys, loosen up. Also no cookies on a Friday. What the heck guys…… I’ll see ya soon. CheersRooms: It’s a 1-50 miss, but we had a dirty room. Tables , bed smelled slightly like cig smoke. I’ve had zero issues before the change.

Idk what to think of this place! It’s clean and the customer service is exceptional. The food is good, a little too much for me but, I’m sure it’s perfect for most of their customers! And the truck parking and the shuttle service is awesome. I came to eat and listen to some live music but this band “little town” is absolutely horrible and the people they brought in with them def do not belong here. They very much lower the standards of this otherwise nice casino. The band, along with their “people” are def local dive bar than casino material.

The maintenance people were great when they came and tried to fix the thermostat in two separate rooms. The first one wasn't working and someone came and fixed it but we had to move because I am allergic to dogs and there was a dog right next door to me on the third floor. The second room the thermostat wasn't working either so maintenance came to try and fix it they thought they had but the room still stayed really hot.Rooms: It was awful. The thermostat was not working so the room stayed hot. Had maintenance come up they were helpful and tried to fix it and thought they had but they didn't. The alarm kept going off with no way to turn the alarm clock off or a way to unplug it from the wall. To top it all off after I talked to them at the front desk to find out how to turn the alarm off and informed then other people were still sleeping so I didn't want anyone coming to the room they called back and woke everyone else up.

Always a good time here with friends and family. Love the arcade, pool, sauna and hot tubs. Good food, customer service could be a little better. Waited forty-five minutes for someone to help us in the arcade after i called for assistance, no one showed up. We took a shuttle for free to a restaurant down the street. Nice, friendly driver. Overall great experience.

I really Enjoyed staying at Seven Feathers Casino, it’s the half way point from my home to my parents, it very clean and they are so friendly, they also have ice cream Yeah! The pool is amazing as well as they have two hot tubs with different heat levels which is great for those who don’t like it hot or just barely warm. Plenty of parking and just a great location beautiful! I do hope to make this a regular stop on road trip down south.Rooms: The rooms are very nice and big, and the windows open, a big thing for women going through the change. 😂

The casino is nice for those who like to gamble. The hotel was not worth $220 per night it has very poor water pressure in the shower couldn't even was my hair. I was just blown off when I let the front desk staff know. We did stay in the side they said was the better side. Not a luxury hotel. I would say good option if you want to drink and gamble and not get a DUI.Nearby activities: Beautiful location but not walkable to other activities.Walkability: No attractions nearby for walking.Food & drinks: I would give the food a 3 star nothing special but very high prices.Noteworthy details: The water pressure in the shower was very low and the diverter was broken, I let the front desk know and the blew me off. The room was spacious but nothing special for the $220 a night not even a contentinetal breakfast.

Our car broke down on the way to California and we needed a place to stay for the night. Fortunately they had rooms, although it was pricey!! The room was nice. No complaints. The casino area was not too crowded, but seemed smaller than expected. I liked that there were beverage areas for sodas and coffee as you were gambling. We ate in one restaurant, diner type. It was okay. I felt like we waited a bit for the waitress to take our order. All the staff that helped us were nice. They also have an indoor swimming pool that a lot of families were using. Would I stay again, probably not, but if I lived in the area, I would for a short getaway.

I had an amazing time! I stayed for my birthday and I was so amazed at the special treatment! The room was impeccably clean and there was a birthday card waiting for me and inside the fridge was a huge piece of cheesecake! I was offered cookies at check in too!
