It is extremely rare that I give a five star review, but it is very necessary for this place. I have nothing bad to say at all. I showed up with six people around 12:30 and we got immediately seating and drinks. When we ordered our food it came out in about ten minutes or less piping hot. Everything we order was correct and delicious. All the staff were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I will 100% be coming back and would recommend this restaurant to everybody!!!

The food is Amazing! All the Staff are so Friendly and Kind and go above and beyond and make sure everybody is taken care of💕. We have recommended Papa Morgan's to so many people and any time we have friends or family come visit from out of town the first place we take them to is there. They like it just as much as we do😋 I actually find myself craving their Biscuits and Gravy they are the BEST!!!Parking: Plenty of parking no worriesKid-friendliness: As soon as you walk in it's like everybody knows somebody so your sitting down eating with a family friendly everybody's welcome atmosphere. It's always nice to see the little ones in there😊

Delicious gravy, light, fluffy biscuits, perfectly crisp, thick-cut bacon and over-medium eggs as requested. All very delicious with plenty leftover!Price difference between a half order and full order of the biscuits n gravy is $1.50 - worth it to have leftovers or to share :DThe coffee was typical, diner coffee - a bit weak, but still drinkable.The service was fantastic as well! The food came out quickly, hot, and as ordered.

Was a server for 15 yearsWas never treated so rudely.Was visiting relatives who were excited to take us there. We arrived first and told them we would have a party of 7. We were treated like an imposition. We were told that it would be a 30 minute wait. We told them no problem and were then asked to wait outside in the cold, 30 degree cold. Finally after seeing the shock on my face they offered to let us sit at a table for 2 and were given drinks. We were ok but still felt like unwelcome. We waited and then watched them seat another party of 7 people who the server was obviously friends with, who had just walked through the door. So we were going to have to wait outside because the 2 top did not seat 7. There was plenty of room for all of us to wait by the door. We left and were then told that we were rude and that they were kind to us! Will never return!

Honestly, the food was great and the prices were reasonable. We got the Pyro Burger and the Porkchops, and they were some of the best food we've ever gotten from a little restaurant like this. We will definitely be going again when we pass through Canyonville!

Just a block off I5 North exit 98 and a short drive on Frontage road off I5 south exit 98. Papa Morgan's is a great place for breakfast. Their biscuits and gravy are second only to Hot Rod Cafe in Tried city because Hot Rod's sausage is fresh, tasty and oh so good. Everything else at Papa Morgan's wins hand down. If you are traveling I5 and are in the area for breakfast it will be well worth the stop.

Real down home diner, the staff knew half the guests by name, the portions were large and tasty, my cup was always filled, and the prices were reasonable.Let's be realistic this place isn't going to win a Michelin Star, but it doesn't need to. The food is simple and tastes good, the portions are large and the staff is friendly. The diner itself could use a bit of love as some of the booth benches had split, the table tops a little worn. I see it as part of the charm and history of this place, as a memory of all the people who have sat here and discussed the days events over their burger and soda.Welcome to Americana...

Met my aunt here after a 30 year distance..the place was your old original ma and pa restaurant nothing but well known patrons all yacking with eachother throughout the time I wad there..it was kinda fun to hear it ..just simple folks sharing their old age ..like going to grandma and grandpa's place . We had a secial..called white trash skillet or something like that..funny name!

Ordered the Pyro burger and it was perfect. My husband got the Ruben and it looked just as good! If you asked my kids, the fries and fry sauce was there favorite!Service was great and the food was reasonably priced and the portions were perfect. I gave half my fries to my daughter and I still had a bit left afterwards.
