I went there for the first time yesterday to pick up an online order. I didn’t realize they had a special pick up drive thru area but the cashier nicely showed me where to go. The store was very clean and seemed to have a good selection of items. I picked up my roses that I ordered which were a great deal ($10.00 less than most nurseries) and they had the colors I was looking for. I was so impressed with Wilco that I ordered 2 more rose plants I’m picking up today since I want to take advantage of their sale!

Wasn't able to exchange my Jacket for a different size because I didn't have a receipt or their membership. The cashier and store manager were courteous and exhausted every option in store before recommending going directly to Carhartt where they were able to exchange it for me.

The grooming lady was extremely rude and hung up on me while asking questions. The website isn't their problem but being hung up on is unprofessional. The website layout ultimately led to the issue (already contacted management).

Wilco farm store is an overpriced hardware store for flatlanders, and transplants, not for those who actually do any type of transplanting. They dont stand behind the overpriced products they sell, and for what they charge, everything should have at least a 30 day guarantee on defective products. I bought there once, burned me like last year's left over pile of Christmas trees in the middle o' August. Well I wont let me burn me twice, like good ol' G dubya says fool me once shame on ya fool me twice, we wont be fooled again. ⁰

People in the stores are great. Upper management can't keep inventory of seasonally demanding items they know people need more cornerstone plus in spring yet all stores are out? Ordered on Amazon coming in a few days. You can do better!

Got some new baby chicks to add to our flock! Great service and prices at Canby Wilco. I've bought all my birds there (8 so far) and not lost one chick. I love the variety of breeds at Wilco, and their feed/bedding supplies and prices are great too.

Worst shopping experience. Awesome store if it wasn't for the manager and the Karen employee in the clothing department who was throwing a fit that she had to do her job. Unbelievable the B's I went through even though my gf and I spent $1400 still apalled by that worker she pushed me aside to grab the jeans I folded then asked why I didn't know what kind of jeans I wanted, took pictures of me, and was frustrated we took time to get what we wanted. Never coming back

Stopped by Wilco grooming to make an appointment for my two dogs. None of the open times worked for me so they decided to just do them now. An hour later we came back to pick up two fluffy, pedicured, wonderful smelling pups. Deidra is amazing!

My friend took my dog to get groomed, the appointment was at 3:30 PM and when they get there they employees were being rude and said his appointment was at 11 AM. We had asked when we last talked to the workers at 3:30 to confirm the time and they said yes. Overall bad experience first and last time i’ll take my dog here. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Pricing was what you'd expect and selection was good. Had my puppy with me (in my arms the whole time) and all the staff took turns coming to say hi to him so very friendly and helpful atmosphere

Clean store. Employee in the garden section was hard to engage with but friendly enough. Not a fantastic selection of herbs to choose from and unsure if they will be getting more of what we need. Ended up finding and purchasing what we were looking for elsewhere

We shop here regularly and love it! Everyone is friendly and keeps the sales floor clean and stocked. Large & lovely seasonal garden section with starts for everything your veggie garden needs, sizeable clothing & shoe department with all the workwear essentials, and the grooming department does quick yet quality nail trims.

Fantastic place: it's a calm environment, with helpful staff. Decent selection of home items, a lot of options for animals, several ideas for kids, and high-quality clothing (unfortunately not particularly cheap). They have a simple reward system, and don't mind looking you up if you leave your card in the car! So fun to check out what's here!

Pretty cool store. It's a nice supplement for bigger home improvement stores. Doesn't have everything but does have a lot. You can always check their website to see if they have what you're looking for.
