Small place but you can feel the love the proprietor has for her clients. A week after my dog’s wash and she still smells great. So glad I found this groomer, she picked the perfect name for her business.GENTLE GROOMER. Look them up.

My 9 month old springer spaniel had her first grooming appointment today and I am so glad I went with Gentle Groomers! Rachel was a total pro and you can tell she loves animals and knows just how to help them feel safe and reduce anxiety. Was also such a relief to not have to leave my puppy there for several hours like at some other establishments. My pup looks great and I have FINALLY found a groomer I feel comfortable leaving a pet with.

She is very nice and you can tell how much she loves animals. While my dog has anxiety about getting her nails cut she still manages to get them clipped without issues. Highly recommend them.

We did go to the groomer that owned this previously and were looking for a new groomer because we had a not so good experience as i did see on some older reviews. Has been under new owners for over a year. AMAZING my dogs love Rachel and staff. Go in excited and come out happy and smelling great. I would highly recommend this place.

We have a male Yorkie and have been taking him to Gentle Groomers for a couple of years. The owner is wonderful and always does a good job. Kojak comes back home happy and so proud of himself. We have a 15 month old female Yorkie who will be going for her first visit tomorrow. I can't wait to see how she looks after her visit.Highly recommend Gentle Groomer to everyone I know, especially other Yorkie owners.

She is so very nice and does a wonderful job! I won’t go anywhere else.The only thing negative I can say about her is that it takes her a bit to return your call. It’s worth the wait though. It’s not such a issue that I would give her less than 5 stars!Please don’t make an appointment with her though.....I won’t be able to get my dog in lol!!She is great and if you check her out, you’ll love her!

Today was my miniature poodle puppy's first visit here. My puppy had some bad mats and really needed a gentle hand to make this visit a good one. The new owner is a delight and did a fantastic job on her. We will be going back as we are very pleased.

This is the first time I have taken my dog to a groomer other then Petco. (And if anyone has been to Petco, you know they like to get your pet in and out) this was nothing like that. My dog looked incredible. Smelled amazing and her and my dog got along great. My pup is not a very social pup so I was a bit worried but she said she did great. "Not a mean bone in her body" which I knew but was surprised at how great she did. I am very impressed and will be coming back no doubt.

Our little guy is a 4 lb sassy ball of fur. He goes with no one and likes no one, but he loves her here and she does a phenomenal job. He's never had so much as a cut or scrape as we've experienced in other places, and she's very accomodating with our schedule as well. Very reasonably priced.

I just moved back to Canby and needed a new groomer.When I called, the person who answered the phone was very curt. I wasn't happy with how rude sounding she was but I made the appointment anyway.After reading the reviews and the service I received over the phone. I called back to cancel the appointment. Again the same curt responses and a hang up rather than a good-bye. I sure hope they treat their regular customers better than their potential customers.

My Shih Tzu had three little cuts and was bleeding on her tummy.. She refused to let me see my puppies, she told me I had to pay first or she won't get them out for me. She is extremely rude weird very weird and what got me the most is that she drugs the dogs so they don't bark as much.... And most of the good reviews she's got their old friends and family members A co-worker of mine knows her.

If i could take away this star i would. These people are horrible and ill never put my dog through this again. They pretty much trew my dog in my arms and walked to the back room. I advise no one to ever go here!!!!
