I was in burns this last weekens and went to this store to buy my spouse a slice of cake and an alcohol beverage for myself and was denied because I had my 14 yr old son with me. He never touched the beverage, but because he was with me, the cashier wouldn't sell me the drink. I didnt realize having my son with me would be such an issue.

Perhaps sorry to say this but I never expected that Burns has Safeway—but it made my sense of Burns a safe and not so marginal place—We went in about 9:30pm and it felt cozy to me—well, in bigger cities Safeway is just another supermarket & grocery franchise, never having the “halo” this one has.

Pretty great store. This location has a Starbucks, pharmacy and other items in the store. Very clean and tidy.

I honestly spent most of the time here shocked because I have never seen a Safeway so well stocked, faced, and clean. I worked a different Safeway for over a year and I can fully say that we never reached the standard that this one must consider the baseline. I saw the cashiers willingly stand in front of the checkout line like I was trained to as a cashier (and refused to do) and was shocked again. I never leave reviews for grocery stores or any place actually but I spent the whole time I was walking through there saying “I have never seen a Safeway this nice before” so I thought I had to. Also I got a fruit bowl and I’ve never had blackberries that good before… absolutely wild.

This safeway is much bigger than the one in my town. There was so many different types of products, and so many different brand options for all the products, and on top of that, they seemed to be very well stocked. The store was also very clean, and the bakery has goodies to die for.

Hi like stopping here.They have good fruit I wish they had trout.They have good meat including lamb meat. And the prices are better than Las Vegas or other major cities.And they let me park on the side of the parking lot on the street

One of the best Safeway stores I have been to in awhile. Shelves are well stocked, produce is fresh as well as the meat selection. The customer service they provide is amazing! Every aisle I went to seemed to have an employee asking if I needed assistance. The prices are always high for the most part at a Safeway store, and I would try to stay away from the chain, but this store management and employee's deserve a five star rating

I like stopping and shopping here before I head out into south eastern Oregon. The last place you can buy groceries and not feel like you have been robbed. They always have fresh produce. And plenty of ice . A nice place to shop.

Consistently charge more than what the price tags tell me I should pay. Then when I go back in, stand in line for 15 minutes because only one checkstand is open, they tell me I have to wait for the Person In Charge to get back from lunch to resolve the issue. Keep an eye on your receipt or better yet, spend your money elsewhere.

Super friendly and helpful pharmacy. Went out of their way to help me get some meds I needed, even when I kept making mistakes! The cashiers are friendly and merchandize is good.Minus 1 star because a couple were beating each other up in the parking lot!

Staff are friendly and produce was beyond excellent, but unfortunately the management wasn't enforcing masks. All staff seemed to comply but roughly 1 in 3 customers were ignoring rules entirely.

Our visit to Safeway in Burns was very positive. We needed sandwiches to go & the lady in the deli made us fresh sandwiches to order that were delicious. Thank you for your excellent service. We will be back again.

Nice clean store. They have a Starbucks now and a remodel. Customer service can be sketchy sometimes. Meat prices re high. The new produce section is amazing and the highlight of the store.

Not very good. Out of stock often. Always seem to hear employees complaining about one thing or another. Many times you have to go back and have them correct the bill because they have not charged just4you price that's online. Maybe better management would fix the problems.

God love em, those wonderful guys, I made a tactical liquid error with my Starbucks beverage and they cleaned it up with no complaint. Although I felt cheap and tawdry, this was not reinforced by the helpful, hardworking and bemasked professionals.

Did not go in but there was a lot of cars in the parking lot. Not designed for 4 door long bed trucks . One day they will need to expand
