Always greet you at the door. Always friendly & ready to help with what ever you may need. And a bigger variety than anywhere else in town. Hard to believe we lived without the Pet Mart for so long. Where did the town shop for pets before it was built? Love this place.

I absolutely love the Mini Pet Mart! This place has is all for pets. Toys, beds, food, you name it. They are friendly, clean, and well organized. I get the crickets for my bearded dragon, and the toys for my pups all in one place. The prices are pretty good too!

Nice people, good choice of items. Although I have gone in before and seen multiple dead fish sucked to the filter of the fish tank so that wasn't the best. But the next time I came in the tanks where all clean so it's not a normal thing.

I was very happy to get so much help finding my dog a raincoat. They searched sizes, measured neck and girth width for me, and found me the perfect coat that was also 30% off. They were courteous to other customers, making sure other staff assisted those waiting, while they took extra time with me. The quality of the dog wear, and the choices, were more than adequate. I would recommend this store to those seeking quality merchandise, and friendly service.

They have tons of stuff for your pampered pet!!!! And a few human items too. The prices are pretty high. While they have quality stuff I would like to see some items in my price range. But I have been going there for awhile & that's not likely to happen. Even so they have a wide range of pet items! I'm sure you could find what you're looking for there!!

This store offers a wide variety of pet supplies from small unique pets like chinchillas to a ton of dog products. The manager is very helpful, organized and has great customer service. As a multiple pet household I love this store.

Prices are quite high compared with places like WalMart or other big name stores.There's not too much variety.There are a few live fish they have for sale. However, no other 'pets' available.The staff are okay, however there was one time I was there and as I was leaving, one of the employees - I'm not sure if it was the owner or not - came out and demanded that a man that was sitting in front of the store (obviously hard on his luck,) with his dog and was asking for nothing more than some dog food for his dog, 'leave the property immediately.'The man was trying to explain to the employee that he wasn't trying to do anything more than get his dog some food. But she wanted absolutely nothing to do with listening to him.My friend and I saw the entire thing and my heart went out, not just to his dog, but to him as well. I could only imagine the humility it took to ask strangers to just help you get a meal for your only friend in the world?Anyway, my friend and I spoke to the gentleman for a few minutes, gave him $5 and wished him and his dog well.Later that day, we saw the same man outside of the Fred Meyer's Store across the street of the Mini Pet Part, along with his dog and two empty cans of dog food...

It's more of a variety then Fred Meyers, yet the prices are still very high on certain things.You can only do so much when you live in a town so small and no options. Its cleaner and more friendly then our other pet store in the harbor yet I have found online is the way to go around here unless you need it now.

I love Mini Pet Mart but rarely get to go since I live in Washington. Better selection than any pet store I've ever been to. Odd that they sell cigarettes though.

I was looking for a specific type of dogfood and was able to find it here! I like that I got a punch card since our puppies food is ridiculously expensive...the only thing I found odd was that it is a cigarette store too. Makes sense to keep the store busy but has an interesting convenient store vibe without any snacky snacks. Just a bit bizarre but whatevs...the dog treat selection is superior to any other local store that I've been to. I'll be back

We love it here. We unexpectedly rescued a sick baby rat from a pet store in Brookings, and wound up needing supplies. We've purchased cages , food , treats and toys for the dogs and cat also, and recently purchased some healthy fish for a few small tanks we have. The store is clean, the staff is very kind. Their prices are are fair on most items, but the fish supplies were more than double than what is available on line. We drive from Crescent City to the Mini Pet Mart weekly, and with the current Covid scenario especially appreciate the mask mandate that is practiced in the store.

I went here with my friends and the service was great. We got some fish, and unfortunately, one of them died soon after we got home. The rest survived, though!
