Stopped in today to pick up some GI pants (fatigues) and was not disappointed! Awesome selection for 26.99$, any size and they had my size which is typically hard to find. All sorts of awesome collectible type items, plus all other sorts of useful gear and clothing. Also picked up a bunch of parachute cord for a buck a bundle!! That stuff costs easily 4-5x as much retail anywhere else, I'll definitely be back soon. Guys working there were cool and respectful, definitely check it out if you haven't yet!

This place is fantastic. They have tons of new stuff coming in all the time! Right now, they have a new set up with lots of really great different styles of working gloves. They also have a new hats and some MREs they have a hollowed out Huey in the back that you can take pictures with as well, as evidenced by the attached photo.

This place is great they have nice military items and when my kids and I walked in the door we were treated like family. This place is really awesome.

Amazing wonderfully lovely people friendly locals and amazing stock wish I could rate 3000 stars. 2nd visit even better had a lightweight helmet wish I could have bought it got a canteen molle carrier ,molle vest ,two backpacks ,canteen , and 60 feet or Paracord and got a pair of gloves FOR FREE I know right this place is SO amazing and today it opened two minutes early

This is an amazing place that has everything you could hope to find at a military surplus store. My son was thrilled to find things he had only dreamed about and the staff was friendly and helped us get what we came for... and more! We will be coming back often and look forward to seeing Hubba Bubba (the fat cat!) again soon! A true gem of a place and a wonderful way for us to spend our weekend. My son said it was the happiest he has been in ages :) Thank you for giving us a fun family memory!

We have been going to this amazing place ever since their beginnings over 30 years ago. It is family owned and has great prices. One thing you should know, they don't just carry Army Surplus, they carry a huge assortment of NEW things and it is THE best place to buy New socks and gloves and t-shirts and on and on. The range of stuff is like unbelievable. And the Military Museum type items that are displayed all around the store just make it such a fun and interesting place to be. The whole family will love it. I can't say enough about this great place and the wonderful folks who own it. We were very sorry to hear of the dad's passing recently, he will be missed. Randy is carrying on and making some great changes while still keeping the tradition and original feeling and flavor of this unique store.

Very accommodating owners who keep a clean, well-stocked store. They have very reasonable prices, and a nice variety of supplies. And a very handsome kitty who is the spitting image of my Snowy, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge a few years ago. He just hangs out, lays on the counter. 🐈 Hopefully it will not be so long between visits. Thank you for offering me a shopping basket, and a stool for my guy to sit on and rest for a few minutes. Randy and Ken run an excellent Surplus store. They listen to my austic son's lectures on gasmaskology. They give us discounts to chip in for our son's birthday or other holidays. The merchandise shifts regularly. There's always something to look at or buy. A great store with phenomenal staff! Great for camping equipment, surplus clothing and great odd ball items!

By far the best SURPLUS store in the portland area. I know it's kinda out there but it's well worth the drive and whatever money you spend in gas to get to it you will save due to there cheap prices. I will give you a idea on the pricing I bought a lockable carabiner good heavy one for 70 cents each and its new. Everywhere else I see the same item the minimum it cost is 4 dollars I mean come on folks how can you beat that. They have a large selection of good items and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. So if your looking for gear get out to the thriving metropolis of boring its worth it.

The ONLY real surplus store left anywhere near Portland. Been shopping here for about 20 years and the selection and staff are excellent. Like all "Military Surplus" stores, the merchandise changes constantly so if you are looking for something specific, you might want to check online first. However, if you have the time, it would definitely be worth your time to check them out. One of my favorite stores. Thanks "AlleyCat", you folks are the best.

Allycat Supply is much less cluttered than the former Sargent Gators Post Exchange. This improves the experience for most shoppers, but it is not as interesting to me, since the curious odds and ends are gone. It still has a nice exhibition of historical items not for sale. Lots of army, some air Force, little navy goods. Lots of small, medium, some large, little XL size. Worth seeing at least once.

WOW! WOW! WOW!My wife and I stumbled upon Alleycat Supply while passing through Boring, OR and we were absolutely AMAZED at the selection, prices and generosity. We live in Washington (a nearly 100 mile round trip from where we live) and we expect to make many trips in the future to Alleycat Supply because it is worth it! My only complaint would be that we didn't see any shopping carts to put all of the great stuff that we found in - just like some of the other posters mentioned, you go in expecting to buy maybe a couple of things and walk out with loads of stuff because of the many great deals. I almost never post reviews but I just had to for this store, they are truly a hidden gem.

They're so nice and have a lot of cool stuff. I found a Vietnam Fatigue jacket there and it's a great piece. I'd definitely recommend visiting them.

HOLY COW!!!! When the previous reviewer stated this place was 'dangerous' because there is so MUCH GOOD STUFF at a very reasonable price, he wasn't kidding. My husband and I were only looking for a couple of heavy duty duffle bags, but we ended up with a cart full and plan to stop back by before we head home to Missouri. My only complaint was it is very, very difficult to find even with google maps......but it was well worth the time it took to find. (By the way, the cart full was the price of 3 duffle bags at another store.)

Great place to find good deals on military surplus as well as other nick-nacks and odds and ends.I always stop by to pick up wool socks before hunting as well as other essentials.Hour do vary quite a bit, I think there's only 1 guy running the place now. Best to call ahead.

I came from out of town, specifically to do some shopping here for some gear. When I pulled up in the parking lot at approximately 3:00pm today, the "closed" sign was illuminated and the lights inside were off. So much for being open from 10:00am to 5:30pm on Saturdays. The sign in the window has the same hours as the website and Facebook page.

This is a great store to find any knick knacks and just general cool stuff from the army. It's a little cluttered, but the service is good and enjoy hanging out with customers. A cool place in sandy.

Came by at 4:00 PM on a Tuesday when Google, the Facebook page and the store's physically posted hours stated that they would be open (until 5:30 PM). Instead, the closed sign was on and no one was around. After a significant drive to reach the store, I will not be returning to a store where the owner cannot abide by their own posted hours.

I love the place. Seems to always have what I'm looking for and even the things I am not. Staff is always friendly. Hours are a little weird so you might call before you make the trip but it is worth it.

For those of you who love to pay less for the the good stuff then this place should be one of your first stops. It's military surplus for God's sake. They got the gillie suit or however it's spelt parachutes every kind of Sox and gloves THAT YOU CAN AFFORD MORE THAN 2 OR 3 PAIRS. I can go on and on but here's the best part when I'm loaded up and checking out I can't help but smile cause they appreciate the business.what do I mean by this...i had a total of this much but they only hit me for not that much so it's well worth the stop trust me

I was there recently, and I had bought a hydration pack, after trying it out it was broken I brought it back for exchange and they gave me a new one for free no questions asked!! This is a great place for surplus and other cool items

Great place, they are the best place around for army surplus. They had German Army Flektarn winter hats. They get good stock of EU surplus. Very good people and great store!

We got our tent stakes here. Real metal military stakes! 12 inches long so they are sturdy into the ground! Also the ball bungees for keeping the tarp that goes over our tent really secure!Thanks "Sgt. Gator"! 😉
