My experience at Ruffwear was awesome! The female sales person was so friendly and helpful doing my exchange of a pair of boots. I brought my 11 month old border collie mix into the very dog friendly environment and he was a handful for me. The staff member was patient and assisted me with the best fit. Ruffwear is awesome

Difficult to locate store without street signs,even using Google maps. Store clerk was pleasant and helpful with products and sizing. I was looking for a lined waterproof rain coat for colder wet days in Portland and at Oregon coast. Didn’t really find what I envisioned but settled on Ruffs Waterproof jacket. Only wish it could go into a dryer.

I highly recommend stopping by with your pooch. They helped fit my dog with the right sized harness and adjusted it while we were there to fit her perfectly. I picked up a leash as well. And it's a beautiful space!

RuffWear has made the diagnosis and treatment of my dog Taz so much easier. He was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his front leg and we had to have the leg removed, making him a TRI-Pawd, RuffWear went above and beyond to go over the options to help decide what harness would be best along with the correct sizing and generally showed the compassion I would expect from family, not a company. They made a very tough time far easier to manage and both my Wife and I and Taz thank them from the bottom of our hearts!

We own and LOVE our Ruffwear harness. It helps me hold our very energetic and less-than-perfectly trained rescue dog when he is particularly excited. All 65 pounds of him moving in one powerful direction can be a lot. This harness takes a beating and is reliable for walks, seatbelt restraint, and is fashionable. Recently, a no-fault damage occurred with a clasp (let's just say someone chewed on his wonderfully built harness) and Ruffwear sent me a new buckle no ? asked!! Product works, product looks good, company does good.

Gotta love Ruffwear! This sharp company is located in Bend, Oregon, the outdoor lovers paradise! Being an Oregonian and an exerciser of athletic canines, I was pleased to find their products. The first thing I purchased was a well made harness and an adjustable leash. These items were super well made, easy to use and take a beating daily! The turn around time if one orders online is fast and pretty inexpensive. Items arrive well packaged. I love this company and share in their enthusiasm that the only thing better than an adventure outdoors.....is an adventure outdoors with one's beloved dog! HOORAY FOR DOGS!

I am so grateful for finding this fantastic company. All the customer service staff are warm, knowledgeable and eager to do their best. We order boots, coats, etc. for our wonderful clients. I really wanted to like this company because they're local and have a ton of great looking products. I recently purchased one of their sweaters for my doberman and was thrilled with how great it fit him. A couple days after my purchase, I took my dog to the dog park while wearing it. A small pup that was there playfully jumped up on him and almost immediately hopped right away. I was thoroughly amazed to see 2 dime sized holes in his brand new "ruff"wear. I emailed them about what had happened, only to get a response telling me to "try using tearaid on it" and "it wasn't covered without a warranty ". I was never even offered a warranty... I am thoroughly disappointed with this product and company as a whole. I can honestly say I will not be purchasing anything else from this company and would definitely not recommend their product for anything outdoors.
