I can’t thank PetSmart enough with being so generous to help out for the holidays. Jason and Jordan were so kind to gift us stuffed animals for all the elderly residents at the Assisted Living Facility. Talk about stepping up. They were so accommodating and helpful in so many ways. Make sure when you go in, you just say “thanks” to them for being really special people. This is the 4th year they’ve helped me out.

I brought my previous dogs here for puppy training. Zhiva didn't get that benefit thanks to the COVID lock down, but we came to give her the opportunity to do some sight seeing. She's an impressive girl. The employees were friendly, the place is clean, the atmosphere is relaxing. A pleasant break during the monthly shopping trip, which I hate.

I go out of my way to drive to this pet store specifically. I do that for several reasons.1) They have a wide variety of pet products. Everything from leashes, pet clothes/ coats of every size, food varieties from canned/ dry kibbles/food toppers/and refrigerated, treats, training equipment, fencing, medicines, grooming, beddings, kennels and classes. Really anything you can think of they have it. Not only do they have it with multiple options/varieties/flavors/colors/materials.2) The prices are affordable.3) If you love to give your pet a toy for each holiday or put them in shirt/ coat or even fun holiday bedding they have it. If it's October they have the greatest Costumes. If it's Christmas they have really fun sweaters and hats and collars and leashes. Even fun holiday beds.5) There's always an employee that is knowledgeable to help find whatever your looking for.My dog had 12 teeth pulled and I was feeling lost as to how to feed my dog now and what he can eat. I've always just bought dry kibble for my dog. And my dog never has liked wet food. So I was nervous about what I'm going to feed my dog now. I went up front and found the cashier and told her my situation and she jumped right in and took me to several different products in the store that she feeds her own dogs at home and what they liked and the different brands that her dogs liked. She helped me so much and eased my anxiety about feeding. Now I seek her out and feel comfortable with her advice because my dog now eats what she recommended and with ease. He isn't hungry nor struggling to eat the solid food even though he had 12 teeth pulled.I absolutely would recommend PetSmart to anyone and everyone for any and all of there pet needs for any and all kinds of pets.I never liked having to go to the pet store until I found PetSmart.

I like this store better than the other big brand in town. It feels bigger and cleaner and like it possibly has a bigger selection.I only have a gecko tho, so I can't speak to most of the store or it's services.Easy to park and access tho!

Awesome puppy program, the vet is really nice and knowledge. The staff know what they are talking about and make great recommendations according to your needs just got to askNot a lot of staff there but they try really hard to be there for your animal it pet.

Most of the staff are pretty nice and professional. The store is usually clean and tidy. I have seen however on quite a few occasions, a couple of people I believe are managers, belittle and yell at other employees on the floor of the establishment. The first time I witnessed this I believe the name tag I saw the person was Vaya. I saw her completely act unprofessional on the floor while this happened. Be an adult take it out of view of customers. Then on another occasion I saw it happen again, but I believe this person's name was on the name tag was Kayla. AGAIN, take it off the floor. Stop acting like a child throwing a tantum. If they are managers, I know to never take any issue could have to them out of fear of being treated the same way.

This is a very nice PetSmart store. I have been taking my toy poodle Rusty to the grooming department for years and have never been disappointed. Rachelle is a rockstar and the proof is in the pudding that Rusty when he sees her jumps into her arms and gives her kisses. That says it all.

Great place with great people love coming here either for training treats or fish supplies. Sunday's can be a bit overwhelming when they have pet adoption days so I don't suggest bringing your pet on that day.

Come for the grooming-Nico is awesome…Stay for the pet toys, leashes, collars, pet food and pet watching. My cocker spaniel puppy had her first grooming and bath…she was pretty before - now she is beautiful…my humble opinion.

I took Maggie, my 14 year old grumpy poodle, for her usual grooming session here, except for it was super overdue because of a recent move back to Bend. She was more unkempt than usual, and I had high hopes they could work magic to restore her luster. Well, Imagine my surprise when I came back to my dog looking like a literal, precious baby puppy with the best hair cut I’ve ever seen her have! I have been using high-end pet salons in the trendiest neighborhoods of Portland for five years for twice the cost, and they couldn’t ever get her head right. I told Kathrin T what I wanted, but like, still kind of vaguely you know? And she had so many suggestions that all panned out perfectly. She is a visionary, and truly amazing at the gig. Take your pup to Kathrin T. She will restore their luster, and let them know what beauty looks like. Peep the pics below:

Used the groomer here and was pretty satisfied. It's hard to explain that I want a semi Schnauzer cut without my dog looking 'angry' as they do with the traditional cut but they did great.

Whoever you employ that drives a Black Dodge Ram with out of state Pennsylvania plates needs to be talked to about there driving characteristics. It’s not good advertisement for your company having someone park in your lot and go back into work after driving like a complete idiot for miles including almost running an elderly lady off the road. I plan on emailing Corporate as well in regard to this issue.

If I could give no stars I would! I dropped off my dog early and they said that was perfect as they would be able to start on him right away,, They called me two hours later stating they couldn’t groom my small dog, they had him tied up in a kennel in the back covered in feces! He wasn’t that way when I dropped him off! He was crying and shaking. They had me come in the back to get him out of the kennel. I will never go back!

Kathrin did a great job with my little labradoodle puppy. Roxie came out with the cutest hair cut and the added little 4th of July bow was seriously the best touch. I greatly appreciated her taking time before the appointment to ask how I wanted her cut and giving me feedback about how Roxie was during her appointment. Will be a repeat customer for sure!!

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. It's fun to shop where there's so many other dogs to meet. Selection and pricing are very good as well, and honestly, the staff in the grooming department need medals for combat.. Troopers!

My dog Zoey loved the store. Dog’s were friendly and were not snooty. Had her nails trimmed with a small grinder. Fast and pleasant and the price was right. $15. Thank you for a great visit!

I ordered a 40 inch long kennel online forpickup at the Bend, Or location so my puppy could fly to her new adoptive home. I didn't realize till I was prepping the kennel that the kennel we were given by the Petsmart associate was a 48 inch long kennel. I had hoped it wouldn't be too big and we drove an hour to the airport, gave them the kennel only to find out it was 8 inches too tall.We don't only had to deal with the tears of flying her to her new home, my father-in-law adopting this puppy drove three hours from southern Virginia to Northern Virginia, got a hotel room just to pick her up in the morning. So not only did he have to wait a whole extra day, we had to get up at two in the morning to fly her out the next day so that he could pick her up. this associate female at Petsmart completely messed up everybody's schedule, we broke our hearts because we have to do this again. Immediately after being rejected by the airline we had to go spend another $200 on the proper crate. This mistake has inconvenienced a whole bunch of people. How hard is it to pull the correct order that a customer places online… I will not understand the incompetene.Now I need to go to bed so I can wake up at 2 AM to get this pop to the airport at 4 AM because of this lady's mistake

Pet Smart was great! 1st visit, I needed help picking out a harness for my little puppy and good puppy treats! The dog trainer walked me through and helped with everything I needed!!! 2nd visit, my puppy got his first grooming and they did such a great job!

I LOVE this grooming salon. Rachel is a rock star and her crew is just awesome too. All of these gals took such wonderful care of our pup, Annie. They work quickly and as a team and provide consistent quality care and excellent grooming. Super friendly, kind – I highly recommend these folks and really cannot say enough good things about them.
