Took both of my elderly lady beagles in yesterday to get their nails trimmed. The staff was so calm and nice. One of my girls has a lot of anxiety issues and struggles with nail trims. When the vet has trimmed her nails in the past they had to use a muzzle and three assistants. Allison was able to work with her easily and really made an effort to reassure her she was a good girl, which was so nice to see! Kayla joined Allison and helped calm my dog for the trimming of the front nails and they kept saying lovely things to her. I think they genuinely like dogs and their work. We will definitely be back!!

Great staff, open longer than pet express across the street for the pet wash. I wish I would have found this place first!! The front-end associate was great at helping me save some money for my 3 pups that I had to wash. Only cost me $40 with the rewards plan, for sure be coming back to wash my dogs, it was clean and organized and had everything I needed to get my dogs bath completed.

We’ve had ok experiences here- but it’s often hard to find what we need (selection). Also, I just went and they’re closed, 45 minutes before closing time. With no explanation or notice posted. It takes all of two minutes to update your hours on Google if you need to adjust your closing time!

I like this place but they gave me crickets that chirp if you go anywhere else, they don’t chirp. I have to sleep downstairs because I can’t sleep. It’s so loud they’re literally just crickets not food. Great crickets. Every cricket everywhere doesn’t chirp. And they didn’t say they did

Used the self groom station today. Very friendly staff. We took all 3 dogs. Great setup. They were all very comfortable and well behaved. I had never done this before so was a bit confused, no clear directions. We figured it out and everything turned out fine. My only issue was that we had paid for all 3, went to get the dogs, a gal paid after us, ran out and grabbed her dog, ran inside and went in and started up. Sense there was only 2 of us and 3 dogs it wasn't a big deal. If we had a 3rd person waiting to help us as we had paid first...... Will go there again.

This place is so awesome! The people are so helpful and kind. They always have exactly what I need and the people always make it a pleasant and happy experience. Whether it's getting my 2 small dogs groomed or picking up food, treats, and toys for the dogs and cats this is my go to pet store.

Pet Supplies in Bend may be the most poorly managed store I have been in. While the staff is friendly, but rather incompetent, management is unprofessional, cannot or will not address or help fix issues and lacks basic hospitality. Would recommend ANY other of the numbers pet stores to choose from.

Abysmal display. I'm an experienced groomer and took a dog here to bathe. The tubs were dirty, there was no proper sanitizing going on, employees were uninformed of proper techniques and there's no dates on the shampoo bottles. Everything about this place gave me red flags. These things need to be properly maintained or else you're goin to make dogs sick

Like other big box, pet stores this store would rather make a buck than to sell the proper supplies for a living animal. Equipment, not proper for a reptiles well-being will ultimately kill the reptile. I see it over and over again. I have cared for Reptile‘s for 59 years and I get sick to my stomach when I see big box stores that are more concerned about making a dollar than the life of an animal.

Very friendly staff & a good inventory selection. I have t tried their bathing service yet but I imagine that's extremely helpful for many people! It's bright & open and they have a large variety of foods & treats. Also if you're wondering, they do have a pet tag machine which is what I went in there for initially haha

We moved to Bend in February with our 6 month old Shih-tzu and had a bad experience at our first grooming place. Have been searching for a new one for months and realized that you all had grooming services. I only had to wait a month to get in which is GREAT! We brought Sophie in this week and the grooming girls did a great job with her. She had a good experience and we will be back soon. THANK YOU for taking care of our girl!

My girlfriend and I went here the other day and we spent $60.85 we gave them a $100 and the change back was supposed to be $39.15, when we were leaving the parking lot my girlfriend counted out the change and we only got $30.15 we genuinely hope that is was a mistake from the young cashier lady. We think the store is amazing, a little pricey for some items but we have had no problems other than that. We are just mentioning this because we want people to keep an eye out or at least keep it in mind.

We showed up at 8:30 and they were already closed but the owner came out and told me “we’re closed but please come in it’s Christmas.” Most other business would just tell you to come back the next day but he instead helped us get a last minute fish and supplies for a Christmas present and made us feel like family! I hope everyone starts to patron this business as they deserve it!
