This is like guy heaven!! And this is probably the best Harbor Freight tools store I've ever been in. Shelves were well stocked (we found everything on our list) and the isles weren't loaded up with boxes...you could actually walk around with a cart!! Store was bright and the staff were really helpful.If I had a complaint would be only one check out was open and the line was long. Every customer had multiple coupons to use and he was struggling. The did open a second cashier but closed it up after just one customer.This store is conveniently located as part of the Pony Village Mall...lots of parking...easy to get to. Make a trip out of it and have lunch at nearby Vinnie's Burgers.I have a love/hate relationship with HF Tools. As a homeowner I often need a specialty tool for one job... can't justify spending top dollar on name brand so you shop HF. The quality has improved a lot in the 15 or so years I've been a patron but remember...there is no such thing as a free lunch...

I bought an electric chainsaw and battery and charger from the North Bend Harbor Freight store, and Sierra who helped us, was absolutely the most charming, informed and attentive customer service supervisor I have met in many years. Five stars for Sierra!

We found the Harbor Freight Tools easily with the help of Maps, but sadly it was a disappointing experience for me. The specific item that I wanted (advertised in the flyer) was out of stock and the other items we were going to get since we were there turned out to be too expensive. So, we walked away empty handed.

Spent $900 yesterday and forgot to get the battery charger for the tools. The manager refused today to let my employee pick it up with my credit card like I've done many times before. She refused to even talk to me.

I recently visited the Harbor Freight store in North Bend to purchase a workbench. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the store, I found that the workbench was out of stock. What frustrated me even more was the fact that the store had left product cards for the workbench on display, even though they were out of stock.When I asked an employee why the product cards were still out if the workbench was out of stock, they simply replied, "That's what they tell us to do." This lack of explanation and transparency left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.As a customer, I expect stores to be honest and upfront about their stock availability. Leaving product cards out for items that are out of stock is misleading and creates false hope for customers who are eager to purchase the product. I believe that this is a practice that needs to change, as it only serves to frustrate and disappoint customers.Overall, I was disappointed by my experience at the Harbor Freight store in North Bend. I hope that the store will reconsider their policies regarding stock availability and product displays to avoid similar situations in the future.

Love having the new harbor freight store! Carries a good variety of stuff. So far they have everything I have needed. Have a protection plan for almost anything and it's adorable. If something breaks simply return it for a free one. Friendly employees. The manager Jade is amazing! Definitely going to keep going back

Good selection of frequently used tools.Sad part is some people buy a tool for one job and return it for a refund after completing their job. Basicly ripping off Harbor Freight. They then can not sale it for full price because it is now a used tool.

Great place to get tools and almost anything you are looking for. I have been dealing with them for 14 years when they have the location over in Springfield oregon, I am so glad that they have a location here in North Bend oregon now 🤗🤗 and I will be doing so much shop in my favorite store.I also want to express that all the Employees are great they are very polite and they will bend over backwards to help.The only complaint I have in there is no riding carts or benches to sit on so if you have a heart condition be prepared to be on your feet the whole time you are in the store

Greeted with a smile when I came in then, while I was there for probably 15 minutes, at least 3 employees asked me if they could help me find something.On the way out at the cashier, after paying for my items, I got another smile. Hope they stay that way. Nice to have new business in town in this cr@py economy

I applied for a job online twice at their new location and there's signs saying "Now Hiring" walked in the store and the manager told me "we're not hiring right now" I never got a phone call or an interview. This happened to several other people in Coos Bay and North Bend. I'm beginning to wonder if Harbor Freight Tools is a great addition to our community or not so Far I'm not impressed.

The Harbor Freight stores in Medford and Grants Pass seemed to be out of every single thing I drove there to buy, and their inventory was always off. This location, on the other hand, is the cleanest and best stocked Harbor Freight I've ever been to, and I hope they keep it up. The staff is super nice and all the employees seem to like their job. I stopped going to Harbor Freight at my last house because it became such a disappointment (even before the COVID shipping issues), but I'm really glad that this store is doing so well. They even stock a lot of things that I thought I could only buy online. :-)
