Prices are really hit and miss. In spite of being a "discount store" many items cost as much or more than they would in a typical store. Good place to find toys for kids and if you pay attention/lookup comparisons you can find great deals.

I like the store because it has really clean bathrooms, friendly staff and nobody bothers you unless you want them to. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience in Big Lots.

Daughter grandson and myself had some shopping to do, because we were the only customers shopping they were standing over us, breathing down our backs felt very uncomfortable, would have spent more money butt sure to their employees not giving us room to breath and look around we spent only few dollars. To me it's looking like they're originally going to be closing down, hardly any things on shelves not many shoppers prices are pretty high for they're prices

The store seems nice, clean with a good selection and most of the employees I’ve encountered were generally pleasant but one bad employee will ruin the whole store for a person. I have been three times now specifically for furniture and the man who manages the furniture section has zero customer service skills. The first time was a great experience buying a bunk bed and whoever that gentleman was was great. He greeted us, let us know he was there if we needed help or had questions and once we made a decision he helped us with everything. It’s really sad that the next two times we came in he wasn’t there and the “manager” of that section was not friendly or helpful so we ended putting back other things we had found to buy and walking out. That’s probably over $1000.00 in revenue that store lost just between those two visits that we walked out. First time we were very interested in a set of recliners and second time we were looking for dressers, storage solutions and much more! So disappointed because it’s affordable nice stuff that we now won’t be able to get.

Bought a box of cereal, came home, ate a bowl immediately and when I went to close the box..I noticed a mouse dropping on the back of the box. 🤢 sick - not buying food there again.

Though it's true that SOME prices aregood/decent, you still can't just grab and go because not even close to most of the prices are all that "fair"....The 'few' "good deals" are decent.Yet anything/everything else is (at best) the same as anywhere/everywhere else.i love their price hold (or whatever) on furniture. That's one of their biggest ofany/all of the positives.... ~

Pleasantly surprised by this store. They have a selection of many things from bedding material to furniture. Also food items, household supplies, area rugs and runners, some car and phone accessories and more. The store is bright with wide open aisles. Deffiantly worth taking a look!
