Love love love this store. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. They helped me and my husband start our journey to the tank of our dreams. Also the patience they have is unbelievable! I have to little boys and every time I come in they are more then excited to see the fish, the staff allow my boys to be excited and curious without becoming frustrated🙂 this store has played a big role in making my dreams come true! I wish I had the words for the staff and the shop. They are amazing 100% recommend and will continue to do so🙂

LOVE this place. Highly recommend. The staff are amazing, all of them are super helpful and knowledgeable. They carry great products and have a wide variety of fish salt, fresh and pond. I could spend hours looking at all their tanks. All the fish are healthy, I've never seen a dead one or any that appear to be struggling. If they don't have what you're looking for they are happy to order it for you and make sure it's healthy before you take it home. I have zero complaints about Aquatopia, I'm so glad Bend has a legit fish store that actually knows what they're talking about.

I love this store! Everything you need and at great prices! Ian was especially helpful in checking to see if they had a specific heater for our tank. Everyone is incredibly helpful and educated thought! Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! I had no idea what I was doing. They told me everything I needed to know. When I called to ask more questions they were so helpful. You guys have an amazing crew! I would recommended these guys anytime!

I’ve been to several fish shops in Arizona, Colorado, and now Oregon, but I cannot give Aquatopia nearly enough praise. When I say fish shops, I don’t mean Petco or Petsmart — places where the fish are cheap, pale, and sick. By comparison, Aquatopia’s tanks look pristine, their fish always look healthy, but the major selling point is definitely the staff. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and honest. They care about the animals and provide advice when asked. I have had such a great experience, I will gladly return just to see the stock and leave a tip.If you have an aquarium, you must go to Aquatopia. You will not be disappointed. If you can, ask for Ian or Tiffany. They are extraordinary.

This place is fantastic! They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their selection has been great for fresh water but seeing the salt water tanks we know what our next tank will be. Locally owned and family run from what we can tell, you can't go wrong.Repeat customers with healthy fish.

I've had wonderful experiences each time I've been here. I live in Salem, but I make a point to try to come here every time I visit. I walked away with a beautiful assortment of corals that they even packaged in large bags and an insulated container for the longer drive. They were kind enough to hold the corals for a couple of days while we finished up our stay. They had several torches of the same kind and the owner made sure to check the tissue on all of them to assure I got one of the healthiest ones. Included are photos of my favorite pickups showing healthy coral. I highly recommend this shop.

I’m newer to keeping aquatic tanks and relocated, so this is my new shop. I find the people to be helpful knowledgeable and caring. Their prices are reasonable and the stock is kept in good health. I really like that I learn new information each time I visit because they will take the time and adapt to different experience levels. I can tell they appreciate my business!

What a wonderful and fun fish store! No yucky or musty smells just clean running water. Everything was super clean and the fish looked happy. The owners were present, attentive and knowledgeable. They had an extremely good grasp of the their craft and very high standards. Fish were held in quarantine appropriately even if it was not convenient for me which I completely appreciate. The wide array of products available and their flexible services really made this the one-stop-shop for all things fish in Central Oregon.

I’ve had a great experience with Aquatopia helping me get my first reef tank started. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who are clearly passionate about what they do. I’ve got great fish from them and just got my first coral today. I’d recommend anyone to pay them a visit.

Aquatopia of Bend is by far the best place in Bend! The customer service is absolutely amazing! They are super knowledgeable and made me finally feel comfortable buying my first adult fishtank! They have a great variety of fresh/salt water fish and coral to choose from. I would totally recommend this place to anyone that has or is looking into possibly getting into the Fish Life!. I totally recommend it!

Great Customer Service!I visited Aquatopia of Bend yesterday for the first time, and immediately came back today. The variety that they offer is incredible, I could spend all day looking at their tanks.Ian helped me with diagnosing and fixing my problem with my tank at home. I went home, followed the instructions that he gave me, and I’m looking at my crystal clear tank right now.They have earned my business, and I look forward to shopping with them more in the future.

Good selection of fish put the staff are hit or miss. There’s one nice woman who works here. You can tell she loves fish and her job. Everyone else I’ve encountered is less than helpful and they act as if only expert fish keepers are welcome.

this is the definition of a local business. sure, you can get fish at p**co but you are not going to get the information you need about water, tank, temp, species etc that real aquarium people know.

This place is amazing. The fish are a little bit expensive, but every one of them lives. They don't sell tiny ones that you can barely see. Their employee's are very knowledgeable. They let you know exactly how to care for them. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for fish.

Wow! What a fun place! I was recommended to go here for a betta and I’m so happy I did!! Everyone employee we encountered was so kind and helpful, the fish are AMAZING and we had a wonderful time walking around looking at all of them, and I left with the most beautiful betta I’ve ever seen! I’m so happy we found this place and I will recommend them to everyone!

After a taking a few years off keeping a reef tank, I stopped by on a whim. I met Bradley who is beyond knowledgeable on all things in the aquarium trade. He helped me get the setup I wanted. And just today helped me start the stocking process. He helped me pick my first corals for the new tank. And has been beyond patient with me. Love this LFS!!!

Bradley is super knowledgeable and very helpful. Don't try to rush the staff because they take their time with each customer. It's nice to get all your questions answered! Be sure to tip them because with all the tipping we have to do these days these guys provide VALUE and ARE giving lots of good info and help !!! Nice pond plants, koi, cool stuff too!

What a great store! I recently decided to purchase a saltwater aquarium and began my research with Aquatopia. I had a TON of questions which they patiently answered over a few visits while guiding me towards a great aquarium setup. This is a family-run business with a team of informed professionals who really care about their fish and their customers.
