Was pleasantly surprised of how well the layout of this Walgreens was, It was easy to navigate throughout the store. Plus there were tons of great deals and lots of items on Clearance, For example I didn't know they carried my favorite perfume brand and usually it's $60 online and here they had a deal on it and I only paid $27 for it. They had a variety of items so I did do a little shopping for gifts in the future. Mostly everyone that was coming in headed straight to the pharmacy to pick up their prescriptions. There is no one really at the photo booth area it was dead silent. On my way to check out the cashier did their job. I would recommend coming here cause you never know you might find some deals Or a clearance item that you really wanted.

I must have the wrong number on my account somehow. But I entered my number twice, was told that it wasn't associated with a card. I didn't have time to deal with logging in and trying to fix it, so I just said I'd pass at paying full price and walked off. Cashier clearly thought it was more important to get my phone number than my cash. Several other stores with cards have courtesy numbers they use. Clearly not Walgreens.Logged in and checked. It's your system, not my phone number. Thanks for wasting my time.

If you read my reviews, you’ll note I give people the benefit of the doubt. But, I’m done with this place. I came in needing a pencil sharpener and a snack. I bought more than I intended because they had some good deals and I was hungry. 2 of the 10 different items were not on sale. 8 were on sale and I was given the sale price for ONE of them. I was overcharged by over 8 dollars. My total came to $36, so I overpaid by 25% . I checked my Walgreens account when I got home and the phone number was correct. This is not the first time this has happened, but, it’s the last. I’m done with you. Now I know why you were so slow on a Saturday afternoon.

This review isn’t an attack on the staff. They are trying their best. Line inside always has 20+ people and takes min 45 min, drive thru closed for weeks. Their staffing issues have been going on for at least a year. WALGREENS: PAY TO RETAIN AND ATTRACT STAFF. I’m moving all of my prescriptions to CVS.

The store is great, never any problems but over the last few years the pharmacy is so unpredictable with when they are open and filling orders that I had to finally give up. I understand it is related to how pharm staff are treated by corporate but it was no longer something I could deal with when I was out of one med for almost 2 weeks. I wish it wasn't the case but that is where it has to end.

Stopped into the pharmacy for Rx and other odds and ends. Had a great experience with these guys and alot of it had to do with how much preparation they’ve had and how busy it is for them. Since it wasn’t very busy, I was able to be in and out fairly quickly!

The staff are nice and I haven’t had issues with my prescriptions, but the drive through pharmacy is absolutely the slowest drive through of any variety I have personally ever experienced. If there is a line of any length, plan on spending at the very least 15 minutes waiting to get to the window.I believe this is because the walgreens down the road closed and this location is overloaded with patients, and it seems like they’re relatively understaffed. The pharmacy techs seem overworked, they’re clearly doing their best to get by, but it’s very apparent something is wrong as a customer.I hope management figures this issue out soon, as it’s gotten really bad.Edit: It has gotten worse. Every single prescription I have filled here has been significantly delayed, sometimes several days. The phone lines are always extremely busy, and the drive thru is frequently closed.Avoid this pharmacy. They will waste your time. There are several pharmacies in the area that don’t disrespect their customers time.

They don’t seem to have enough staff to handle the pharmacy. Also, the drive-through pharmacy pick up is often closed and there is no notice on the website. Their address is also incorrect. What a mess!

I don’t know why I continue to come here. I’ve had bad experiences with trying to get passport photos and also our photo prints for cards were terrible. Such a waste of money. The pharmacy is always so slow, too. I have to wait 30 min just to pick up my meds. So sick of it. There are other Walgreens close by that are way better.

They called the cops on a homeless guys who was sitting outside on the curb, and told the cops he was "lighting stuff on fire" outside the store. He was sealing a backwood cigar , that's it. They said they didn't talk to him at all, and instead of asking him to leave, they made the cops trespass him and he can't ever come back now. He literally didn't even do anything lol and the cops said they didn't care about weed. Can't believe people. I get you don't want people outside your business, but it is a public store, he is part of the public, like it or not.

This pharmacy does not know how to deal with prescription savings cards and they are always UNWILLING to help when they can’t figure out what they are doing. I am taking my business elsewhere and will NEVER order another prescription from Walgreens ever again. It is NOT THAT DIFFICULT to help a patient but they just clearly do not care. I hope the fleas of a thousand camels infest all of your armpits. Thanks for nothing.

Very bad experience with this store, I placed some order online and when I went to return un-opened item on this store, store lady was not ready to take that back, I have shown her order number but she was not ready to return it with order number. she was insisting for bar code on bill, I have shown her online bill which is not showing any bar code on it but she was not ready to listen and was behaving very rude. It seems that she was intentionally not ready to take the item back that's why she was unnecessarily giving excuse. I would suggest everyone not to take any item from walgreens (13470 NW Cornell Rd, Portland, OR 97229) as this store is very bad in returning the item back. They don't even have manner to talk with customer.

I have been going here for years and lately the drive thru service really has gotten to be very slow. There used to be a guy and a gal who worked the window who were really quick and efficient. Now there is a young gal from India who is very slow. I mean really really slow. I gave her the exact amount in dollars and cents twice, and both times she gave me change back I didn't have coming. She cannot make change! But since the amount was small and I did not care to wait any longer, so I took off. Then she makes you wait for the Pharmacist (even if not a new Rx) and that slows it down even more. Very bland and slightly hard to understand. We had to ask for one even though our arm was slightly bleeding. Let's just say there is room for improvement.

Walgreens is okay. They're a little bit slow but they're not made to be a convenience store they're a pharmacy. Most of them have a drive up window which is nice. They say they're closed for a half hour for lunch break but really it's about 45 minutes to an hour. They all have a default voicemail greeting but the times actually very from store to store that they take their lunch break. They usually have most medications in stock but sometimes I have to wait for them to order some more. If you register with them and give them your phone number and keep track of your purchases you can get some good discounts on occasion. Some of them are open 24 hours a day which is nice.

Today I needed to get some PDFs printed and Damon and Kaelyn were both very helpful. Damon particularly had a sharp understanding of the kiosk and was able to guide me through the process swiftly and easily. I think from now on I will be bringing my photocopies here instead of OfficeMax It was much smoother! They both had a very kind and helpful attitude and I appreciated the experience!

Be careful when picking up prescriptions! You cannot return any merchandise from the pharmacy even if it was their fault or of your caregiver. They give you a closed bag so you have to read the content before you pay or they will not care if it is something you don't need. Understaffed and not good customer service! Next time I'll buy from an online store.

Fantastic store reviews who have one star...Really and hour for someone to come to photo? Did you ask for someone to be paged or sit there and wait? As for the pharmacy you're not the only person being helped there....sometimes you have to wait especially if your JUST dropping off a script. This store is awesome never had an issue.

The service can be a little slow...but my overall experience is great!!! I can always count on them to have my prescriptions ready. Yeah alot of pharmacies can be busy and you do have to wait but that's ok. Me and my husband have developed a great customer service from all the employees of this store. They have opened up a Walgreens on Farmington Rd by my house but I will drive to come to this location. Keep doing great things Walgreens and keep a friendly staff!!

Staff was awesome and super friendly, but oh my gosh the bathrooms!!!! I have never seen one so dirty. Smears all over the walls, all trash cans full, dust on everything, the air vent was caked with months of dirt and debris, toilets covered in feces stains, it smelled horrible and I was scared to touch anything. Can’t believe they would use such a dirty bathroom.

For the most part, the pharmacy is prompt with prescriptions. Call it in and it's ready when you specify. The staff are a friendly and quirky bunch. The pharmacy manager is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed when she called to check on how I was doing after starting a new prescription.

02/12/2018: I made an order online last week for store pick-up. And today, I got an email saying the order got cancelled with no reason listed. Really? Why?2017: Service is really slow. I went to go pick up a photo and it took nearly an hour for an employee to come... I mean, really? Is it that bad?

Absolute terrible experiences getting prescriptions filled. I've filled prescriptions here about 30 times or so. 90%-95% of my prescriptions weren't filled after being called by Walgreens' automated service telling me they were ready to be picked up.I've also called ahead to make sure a prescription was filled only to find out when I get there that a doctor's note is needed and they can't release medications, essentially wasting time driving down for no reason.The actual pharmacists are great, they just seem really overworked.Expect to wait at least 20 minutes even when calling ahead.Save your time and go to the other Walgreens down the road at 234th. You might have to drive further, but it'll be worth your time, I honestly don't know why I didn't try it sooner.

Great product selection and good prices. Use the photo machines often and get any needed help. Like the Open. Bright well displayed isles. Would enjoy a welcome greeting and faster service. Sometimes long lines. Personnel is helpful and friendly at check out.

I never had an issue with this Walgreen's until trying to print greeting cards for the holiday season (2014). apparently their photolabs were out of paper. I was very displeased. other than that, I've had no issues with my prescriptions or staff. pharmacy is always busy and overworked, so the wait can be a little bit.

Quite literally Never has anything in stock when ordering from doordash. They always have everything listed, but always end up being out of stock of atleast 95% of the items you order if not all of them. Absolutely ridiculous. This store is absolute garbage.
