if I’m not wrong David..?😭 or someone that’s name started with a D, they were honestly the best! I had to do a return and he was helpful and not at all rushing me. I had gone to the one in Cornell and the manager there was super rude to me when I was purchasing photos. Now this is the only Walgreens I’ll go to

The staff is very friendly and they helped me get a discount on my prescription, this time there was no parking thanks to the church next door,

The pharmacy is closed for 2 hours during lunch time. There does not seem to be a way to edit this section. So be aware that it is closed 12 noon to 2:00 pm

I had originally scheduled a COVID and Flu vaccine through the Walgreens located in NE MLK Blvd, however that appointment was cancelled at the last minute. Although this was frustrating at least that store had the decency of calling me to cancel before heading there. This store however didn't event call or send me an email. I don't drive and getting to Beaverton from Portland can be a expensive. I needed a COVID vaccine and flu shot because I was heading to Mexico and wanted to be immunized. When I got to the pharmacy I went to the area where the shots were going to be given only to realize that the pharmacy was closed. I asked to speak with the store manager to see if he would be able to do anything to ameliorate the situation. Apparently he was on his break and the employee who was assisting me told me to try the other Walgreens in the area. I explained to the employee that this was the second cancelation that I had and that Walgreens website only showed this location as the only one in the area that had openings for vaccines. The employee simply told me there wasn't anything they could do. I left furious having to spend another 40 dollars on Uber to get back to Portland. I decided to call the store to talk to the manager after returning home, the manager was rude didn't even let me finish my sentence before going into a dialog tree about how it wasn't his responsibility as the store manager to cancel pharmacy appointments. Really, you see people on the pharmacy schedule and don't bother to call them to cancel. Very unprofessional. I had to report the manager and the store to the corporate office. Only after this did the manager have the decency to call me back and leave an apologetic message, probably to cover his tracks. After this awful experience I cannot recommend this store or ny other Walgreens.

Had to wait a long time in line to pick up a prescription. No onec ook notice and there was only one person at the counter. I saw other pharmacy techs who had worked the counter and at least one of them should have worked the counter. I complained and was told they are doing the best they can. I asked why there is only one person working out front. The pharmacist said sometimes there are 2 but they are short staffed and doing covd testing and vaccinations. Odd that I saw other techs walking around. I'm really not satisfied with the bad customer service. My back was hurting waiting so long and i am caring for my husband and can't be gone long.Since this review, I've noticed how slovenly in appearance some of the pharmacy techs are now. The guys need to shave and fix their hair neatly like mature adults would in the work world. After all, they are serving the public.

Sudafed PE does NOT work! I just learned the FDA recently declared it ineffective, and that many doctors and pharmacists have doubted phenylephrine's effectiveness as well. For effective anti-congestants it's hidden behind the counter at the pharmacy. I actually spoke to one of the women who works at the pharmacy and she said nothing about that. Like okay, I get that you're hired by Walgreens and don't want to inform customers that they're about to waste their money for a drug that does nothing, but AT LEAST say that you have pseudoephrine behind the counter and offer it to me. But I guess you don't care about patients. If so, then work in another field. I’m just a customer, I assumed that I was getting the real Sudafed that actually works and had no idea that I was going to waste my hard earned money on a useless version. Second, shame on the Walgreens corporation for continuing to sell an OTC medication that has been declared by experts to be useless.

Josh in pharmacy is the best. He knows his stuff. He is kind, smart and cares. I always pray I get him at the register. Thank you Josh if reading, you have saved me sooo much anxiety stress. That is everything.

Down to one star for the person who packs deliveries. How do you not know THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGULAR PEPSI AND DIET PEPSI? The labels are a completely different color!Pharmacy is still great though. Just be aware that they are on a meal break between 130 and 2. They are now open Sundays until 2pm. They're just closing the entire pharmacy now during this time in order to avoid complaints about the pharmacist not being there. If there is not, you can't pick up your prescription. It's actually a law in most states including Oregon.I'd recommend another pharmacy if this one can't fill your prescription, preferably the one in South Beaverton that's 24 hours. They never seem to have an issue with medications being out.

The pharmacy at this store has no concept of what it means to provide good customer service!I’ve had a few prescriptions filled there and each time I’ve waited hours to get my prescription. The staff at the pharmacy continuously under serves the community. I think they are deliberately trying to discourage patrons from filling their prescriptions at the store. Skip this pharmacy!

Awful pharmacist, they never could get my prescriptions right in 8 years, and pharmacist was so rude and looked like she just rolled out of bed. The one in Murray hill is just as bad. I will never go back to Walgreens again. Awful.

I have had a great experience here at this Walgreens! The employees are very welcoming and respectful, and they have a lot of "regulars" so you have an even-better experience when they recognize you after a few trips! My only complaint would be that the prices are a bit steep, but still affordable when you compare by quality and quantity. Another positive: when they have them (which is quite often), there are great sales going on, many clearance items, as well as many coupon-usage opportunities, both in-store and with their app.

Super terrible experience with the pharmacy hours multiple times now in the past year. Most recently, I saw and heard them helping the car in front of me in the drive through and when I pulled up to the window they had abruptly closed after I was already waiting in line. Don’t recommend this location, Murray Scholls is a much better option and I’ll be switching back to that one.

Scheduled Covid tests for my husband and I, but the day before the appt. we noticed he had received his confirmation email but I never had. I called the Walgreens main line and it wouldn’t allow me to speak to anyone. There was however a recording stating if you’d made a reservation but never received your confirmation email, to show up at your appointment time as planned. We did exactly that but were still turned away. We explained the situation over and over again, but the employees just kept repeating my name wasn’t on the list. When we asked about the phone recording we’d heard and if anyone could be notified of this mistake in their system they just kept saying “they couldn’t do anything.” Super helpful. 🙄 Won’t be using Walgreens for Covid testing anymore.

Great place and easy to access. Very helpful staff and a good assortment of products. My only suggestion would be clarity on the hours. For example the hours listed say "Covid ... " but at the end the most important words are cutoff by the screen width. It's like that with most hours. It only takes a click to find out. When you're scanning tho you don't always have time to click.Truthfully past that there's nothing else that comes to mind. That's how well things are run here!

Whenever I can, I bring my business into this location. It's not because of the random selections scattered about the vast majority of the stores shelves. I don't go out of my way for their photo printing services. I go for the pharmacy. When you walk into this store you see the same kind of bored college kids that seem to make up the staff at every other Walgreens location that I've been in. They are there to do their jobs and don't offer a memorable customer experience. Of course the clerks are courteous with the same corporate enthusiasm that this kind of environment tends to produce. To be fair, I know in the same circumstances, I wouldn't be a beaming ray of sunshine either.I do my business at this store because of the pharmacy staff. Not for the retail clerks that help run the registers when the pharmacy is buried with customer orders, but the actual pharmacy staff. Even when they are swamped with orders they still find time to be customer service superstars. Here is just one example of many that I've had.Jeff is a really great pharmacist who truly looks out for his customers, he is very knowledgeable and he has a great memory too. My parents who were visiting from out of town had decided to come with me to the pharmacy. They came in with me to get a couple items while I was inquiring on a Rx. Dad had mentioned a couple of issues he was having and I told him about how great I have been treated at this location. Jeff was there that day so we decided to see if he had any insight into the issues dad was having. He really treated my parents well with patient personable service while offering a great wealth of information and a multitude of different options for each of my dads inquiries. We left armed with a plan, great information, and some recommended products. You know it's a good thing when you leave a store with far more than you've planned on, and you don't feel any buyers remorse.I returned to the store over a week later to grab another Rx and Jeff was there again. While I was checking out he asked about my parents, he not only remembered our visit, but wanted to follow up with specifics on his progress. He remembered in detail my dads health issues, medications and products he had discussed with him over a week earlier. I can't even remember what I had for breakfast most days. Luckily, I had spoken to my dad a couple days earlier and he had updated me on the recommendations that Jeff had given him. So I relayed the information to Jeff and he had a few follow up care tips in return. He definitely didn't have to take the time to go out of his way for people that he's only met once and that don't even live in the area. It shows me that he has pride in his work and that he cares about building customer relationships which in turn makes people like myself into loyal customers. It is this kind of customer service that is hard to find these days, especially in corporate giants like Walgreen's. This was just one instance of many great experiences that I've had with all of the pharmacy staff at this location. I would say that the pharmacy's service really shines, the rest of the store while lacking in the same polished service is always clean, well organized and brightly lit. My hope is that Walgreen's will one day staff their entire stores with the same caliber of people that have provided me with such great customer service.

Nice looking store. Light, bright and clean. Warning to those who don't fit the stereo type of overprivledged Hipster-they will probably follow you around the store and demand to search your bag on the way out. This will cause you to miss your bus home and leave you stranded. P.S. I'm not a thief. I'm disabled. I pay for everything. You need to educate yourselves.

Had a partial prescription transferred here as the other Walgreens ran out (they gave me what they had). Despite having a receipt for paying full price at the first Walgreens on TV Hwy they forced me to pay again full price to pick it up. Horrible customer service and they've lost a loyal years-long customer for life.

I definitely like this store and the staff always helpful, specially a new employee in the name of Katie. The best and friendliest customer service I have ever seen from her not only to me but all the customers. I personally appreciate her help and would recommend you to praise and recognize her please. Thank you!

We switched to this Walgreens because it was closer and more convenient for us. We filled up two prescriptions and on the third they told us it would be filled Monday. On Monday they said it could be filled Friday. On Friday they told us it would be filled two weeks later. They told us the medication was available at other Walgreens in Oregon city and Gresham but there was no way to transfer it's a medication to their store but we could go get it. We gave up and called Fred Meyer who had the drug on hand and they called Walgreens to get the prescription info and filled the script immediately. Walgreens staff was less than helpful in finding out why the drug couldn't be filled and they offered nothing in the way of customer service to help the situation. I guess convenience isn't everything.

Typical Walgreens. Don't expect to be in and out though - although the company advertises their speedy checkout, the registers are slow, have too many steps, and the staff always seems baffled by coupons, which usually makes the wait time pretty long. It's faster to go to Safeway if you are in a hurry

If you have been to a Walgreens then you will not find it any different here. There is usually hardly anyone here so quick trips are easy if you tend to shop at Walgreens.

Bunch of pharmacists sitting around in back of an otherwise empty store claiming they were too busy to give flu shots. Not impressed with the service.
