These treats (Oat Delights) were recommended by my Shih Tzu, Lily’s, dermatology specialist at Ohio State University’s Companion Animal Clinic in Columbus Ohio. Lily loves them. I also crumble them up with a few drops of water to make the perfect pill pocket.

I order "Hopping Oats" treats recommended by my Veterinarian Dermatologist. The 2 dogs that take it just love it. I even mash it up, add oatmeal and molasses (ingredients which are also in the treat formula) and use it for a Pill Pocket replacement and freeze it for a Frosty Paw replacement. So the dogs have a very limited diet but lots of fun enjoying their food in different and unique ways.Delivery of this product is swift and secure.

I've never been so dissatisfied with a animal company. Whoever this Paul is not only bad talked via voice-mail about Carla with Serenegy saying she didn't know what she was talking about but also Paul lied to me on the phone about several things. My vet, LSU Vetinary, specifically the dermatology department recommended Serenegy. Paul said he was very familiar with LSU and the dermatologist as he's talked to HER a few times. For the past 6 months or more, the dermatology department has been all males. Paul also said when I made the wrap order, tgat I had a choice in shipping methods, I did not have that option and when I called him out on both of those situations he said I was berating him. Personally if a person is going to bad mouth one of their own employees, then tell me lies and when called out on their lies state I'm berating him, I don't want to deal with that type of business. I'm going back to Chewy as I've never had a problem receiving items no matter how large or small in 5 days or kess. When you order 1 packet of wrap from Serenegy and it's already 7 days via USPS and Paul says it could take several weeks, that not good service. Paul did say once I sent back the wrap order, he would refund me my money but he never said if they'd paid for the shipping fees back to them. I don't like unprofessional, lying people with a business and when you call them out in a professional manner they claim you're berating them. I shouldn't have to wait 2-4 weeks for a packet of wrap mixture. This is why Chewy is so much better. Serenegy is a disappointment and Paul is a terrible person for bad mouthing Carla to me then lying to me. So done with this company.

My dogs have been on Hopping Oats for years, both as a treat and wrap it. They love these treats. This company is 5 star in my book. Shipping is fast and they know your dogs. It's a real pleasure to deal with them.
