Didn't buy anything, but I went to ask if they had any moving boxes and the guy helped me out really did look around and even got some out the recycling ben for me. Which is surprising cuz most people just say no and dont even check or even want to help you. So thank u for that

This place has REALLY gone downhill on customer service, available 'on-sale', or promotional products in store, or you can't find a stocked popluar drink at times, that's actually cold lately... I'm a frequent customer for 15 + years, and this past year, I come inti this location, AS LESS AS POSSIBLE.. The sales associates aren't friendly whatsoever!!! There's been several instances in the last month where I come in to buy a cherry 7-up 20 oz. & they are out on yhe shelf, every other associate will go look in the cooler for you to see if they have a cold backstock if the store isn't swamped, but the past 2 weeks I've come in around 8pm-10pm weekdays.. But lately, there is an associate named Sam who looks at you like you're stupid when you ask if he can look to see if they have anymore Rockstars 24oz, Cherry 7-up 20oz.. He walks up to the doors, looks and says nope, we don't have them... The store has been empty no other customers, finally this evening I asked, why are you the ONLY associate who refuses to look in the cooler for me, when I ask if they have a cold item, that's not stocked properly??? He looked at me, went to the back, came back a second later and said nope... like whatever, the manager chick is worse, if she's not bad talking the other employees on her shift, she's talking personal calls, CONSTANT smoke breaks, and or meeting with random people, conversing the entire transaction??? Or another problem at this location is if there is something on sale, and even has a HUGE price point stating the orange vanilla coke 20 oz were .09 cents at the counter, i grab one, and the guy Sam said sorry we're out of the coupons??? So why is the price point still up then for 1, for 2 he wouldn't even give 1 20oz soda for that price as it was Plaids error for leaving it up, and they wouldn't!!! If I could give NO STARS, I WOULD!!! AWFUL SERVICE!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!FFFFFFFFFF----------------------------

Terrible costumer service and the manager lady is the worst she is rude slow working lazy she had a very long conversation with another customer that she was friendly with and when I got to the counter she was rude and had an attitude she spent the whole conversation with the other customer talking about how much she hates her job and workers it doesn't even look like anyone cleans in there but I'm not surprised I will not be coming back

Terrible costumer service, everything is dirty and dusty, worst of all is the manager she is very lazy and is constantly on the phone and taking smoke breaks hardly does her job I hear her bad mouth other employees all the time and has talked to friends of hers in the store while I am waiting to check out, lazy workers over all the new Asian cashier Sam is rude and just as lazy as the manager, any good workers they had they fired them all or they quit, overpriced, I would not come back here if I could rate this 0 stars I would. 7/11 is right down the road and does a much better job than this disappointment. Find a new manager who can really lead people with a manager like this she will pull everyone down and other workers will start to follow.

They have expired yogurt from a month ago! Im pregnant and i wouldn't like exposing myself or my baby's life in danger because of an expired product. Who now what other products are expired that they have sold, or are still in the store!
