I brought a training client there for pet store training and socializing of her puppy and mine. The store is an excellent place to do this! The employees were friendly, store was clean, it was a very positive experience. We got some chicken dog chews on the way out and the dogs LOVED them.

The only reason I am giving a 2 star is because the manager was friendly, otherwise it would be 1 star. The start of the experience was an unfriendly and short associate employee who clearly did not want to be there and was using their cell phone. The fish aquariums were clearly not being taken care of. Deceased fish, algae, moss, tags not under correct tanks so its hard to tell pricing. The cost of fish at this location is way too much considering how these fish are being kept and risking spread of disease to any other fish in the tank they are brought home to or ending up with a deceased fish purchased from here. I was told they are short staffed as a reasoning for the fish and tanks being kept in this condition. Upper management and the company needs to either have less fish in this store or they need to hire adequate staffing to care for them properly.Hopefully these issues are fixed soon.I would not recommend this location.

Brought a rescue kitty in to get checked out and the vet stood back and only inspected her teeth for an age...not to mention..she was rude about it. Pointed out to her an injury and she ignored it as well as didn't inspect it. The injury was abscessed two days later and I had to take her back... 400.00 and the vet...she was unprofessional and rude.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS GROOMING PLACE.I took my 3 Chihuahuas for Nail trimming, and they did a Terrible Job! The short lady with reading glasses did a terrible job. She even HURT my dog when she was trimming my dog's nails. They have no experience! They are supposed to be patient with the dogs. If they can't do their job right, then FIND ANOTHER JOB!FYI, I visited the store days ago and saw the cute Hamsters. I was conversing with this Employee who was feeding the adorable animals and said that when you get hired at Petsmart, they put you anywhere to work, even at the GROOMING PLACE.I CAN NOT BELIEVE anyone without any experience or a Certified dog groomer CAN TRIM your nails dog.I'm Never coming back!

My review is based mostly on accessibility, esthetic and selection.The store is wheel chair, walker and scooter friendly. Parking is plentiful and location is ideal if you’re in the Cedar Hills neighborhood running errands.This is a great store if you’re looking for pet gifts and lots of selection. We had a nice time looking at the ugly sweaters, advent calendars and treats. Staff is welcoming. It’s a good store especially since we have lots of pet family. Peaceful and easy freeway access to head straight home afterwards ☺️ 🐾🐈‍⬛🐹🐸🦎🐟 🐁🐇

This is an incredibly impeccable store! I am absolutely ASTONISHED with how clean these fish tanks are!! I have recently become a little bit of a fish (Mainly Cichlid’s) enthusiast; I have been going to just about any store that sells fish to check out their selection. I now have two 75 gallon tanks and just set up my new 120 gallon tank yesterday.Often times, I am saddened and shocked by the amount of dead fish still floating in tanks or the filth of their living condition.When I say this, I am speaking of PetCo and other PetSmart location’s. Not speaking of small businesses such as World of Wet Pet’s or The Wet Spot.I told my fiancé that there was no way I would buy another fish from a corporate store again. Until I walked into this store. The tanks were crystal clear, the fish were lively and happy, and the selection was outstanding.The rest of the store (I also have a very spoiled Boxer) was just as clean and well kept. The inventory is beyond anything I’ve seen in other locations/competitors. Even the bathroom was clean and that says a lot in my book!!We have definitely made this our favorite location and will only be spending our money here!!I also have to mention that it is very evident that the employees that work there take pride in their job and love doing what they do!Coach actually remembered us from yesterday and knew exactly which Cichlid we wanted. Lucy and Nicole also went above and beyond with their customer service. It is nice to be treated like a great customer and not just another person going through the line. I’ve been in customer service for 22 years and have pretty high expectations, but all these ladies surpassed them!I really hope this store gets the recognition it deserves from headquarters.Thank you, Walker Road PetSmart!!

Went into this store looking for a Xmas gift for what we will call our Grandpets. Parking was easy and as soon as you walk in you are greeted. Store and all aisles were clean and the store didn't smell like hay. Went early so not a lot of employees to ask if we needed help, but after finding what we needed they made sure that the employees were there to give you a fast and speedy checkout. Customer service was very friendly at the cashier hence my 5 star. They let us know about sales and explained what we were purchasing. Definitely would come here again.

Sometimes my experience here is extremely good. Other times I would rate my experience as extremely poor, going in an hour before closing having the manager say I see the box of dog food you need but am not going to get it. And for some reason although my dog has had all her required shots for some reason I have to bring it back every time! If I need her to stay at the hotel or get a nail trim I need more shots when she is up to date based on the vet.

This Petsmart is 1000x better than the Petco that's closer to me. Within a minute of being in the store, I had 3 employees ask if they could help me or find something. The cashier was also super nice. It's worth the extra 5 minutes drive that's for sure. I actually felt like they wanted my business.

I took both of my dogs in for a hair cut and both came out looking nothing like I wanted them to. The groomers aren’t experienced, knowledgeable and they can’t follow basic instructions.One dog needed a tight summer cut, he just got a bad buzz job with a 1/2 guard. I told them to take 1/4 inch off the tail and they took over an inch and a half off.I didn’t want anything done to the other dogs head and the groomer just hacked away at it till she felt it was good.I am throughly disappointed.

I wanted to applaud petsmart groomer Claire N. She the Michael Angelo of dog grooming. She bathe and cut my schnauzer to perfection. I am over the moon please with the result of my pet's haircut! I most definitely will continue bringing my Khloe Anne to see her. Thank you Claire for doing such an amazing job! 😀

Subject: Unprofessional Grooming Experience at PetsmartI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the grooming services provided at the Petsmart location we visited. This was our second encounter with a particular groomer whose name we unfortunately did not obtain, and once again, the experience was subpar due to the groomer's negative demeanor.Given the importance of trust and comfort in grooming services, especially for a pet that has been handled with care throughout its life, we found it necessary to cancel our appointment. It is imperative that a groomer demonstrates a professional attitude and a genuine care for the animals in their charge. Regrettably, this was not the case, and it has led us to question the hiring and training standards at this establishment.Our decision to utilize this location was made under duress, as our preferred groomer was unavailable. However, we will not compromise our pet's well-being and will seek alternative solutions moving forward.We hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration and that steps will be taken to improve the grooming services offered. A pet's grooming experience should be a positive one, and any deviation from this reflects poorly on your brand.

Really disappointed and sad with how much money I spent (nearly $100) on grooming for my dog to look so unkempt and the same as he looked before. I don’t even know that they actually bathed him or did the deshedding process. It was supposed to be a 2-3 hour process and they called me less than an hour after I dropped him off. His haircut is uneven and his fur is frizzy and still shedding tons of hair. They also put his collar on extremely loose, so when they handed him back to me he slipped out of his collar and ran out the front door into the parking lot. It was really dangerous.I’ve gotten him groomed at PetSmart before at the NE Cascades Parkway location and they were so good with him! He looked great after the service and the groomer even provided a pamphlet with how he behaved, how they appointment went, and everything they did. This groomer just handed me an invoice, didn’t tell me anything about how the appointment went, and sent me on my way. He looks the same as he did before, too. Definitely never coming back to this location for a groom. Awful service.

Management and staff are amazing.Additional (12/25/22): Since I got paid on Christmas Eve, I was one of those hated people who walk in to buy presents for pets at the last second. 😅 Jag was amazing, kind, and quick to help me shop for my 3 month old kitten. His recommendations were thoughtful and he even went out of his way to relocate me in the store when he thought of something else he thought I’d be interested in.If you could, please show Jag my attached picture. This is a really good location to get any live animals, insects, or fish!!!This location is a huge store with an awesome selection of food, supplies, toys, and anything to fit your pet needs.I do not have a dog but I seen that they have a huge doggie daycare/training area, my son loves to watch the dogs play.They also have decently sized healthy selection of fish, most importantly HEALTHY, it’s hard to find that sometimes.And as for the reason I go there is for my bearded dragon, and I got to say that they have a good of variety of reptile food,from crickets to frozen rodents and bearded dragon dry food mixes.And lastly the staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable with all animal needs.

I would give them no stars this is so sad !!! Many fish dead in tanks. Rotten food- this doesn't happen over night !!! How hard it to take care of animals. You all are getting paid to do this. Multiple employee just seating around.

I’ve been coming to this location to have my dogs’ toenails trimmed for the last few years with mixed results. The last few times I’ve come in, Bri has been the one working and she’s been such an improvement over previous groomers. She recognizes my dogs when we come in, and seems to really know what she’s doing.

Staff was friendly, prompt, professional and skilled. It was my puppy's first salon visit and he felt comfortable and walked right in with them. They asked about his paw fluff and we said yes go ahead and trim it. I am so happy with the way his paws look!!! Also they helped us choose much better options for brushing him that has changed my life! They don't care about animals in here. Most of the fish tanks contain dead fishes or shrimps. Also, the smell in this store is so disgusting which is like feces smell.

I took my dog to the groomers yesterday and I’ve been working with Anecia.(The last three times I’ve gone) she’s been extremely helpful and provides lots of tips on bathing my dog at home and also what I can do to prevent shedding or help with it! My dog suffers from a lot of anxiety and she always gets done what’s possible and never causes him too much stress if she sees that he’s not handling some thing well so just let me know at the end of grooming. My handsome boy smells and looks great his coat is super soft and I couldn’t be happier with the results!!

This place gets so busy but the staff is always so kind and helpful, even when it's packed! This store is also always clean and organized with shelves fully stocked. I really appreciate all the work the staff does to keep it so nice!
