The groomer was polite and very friendly with our dog during drop off. The final product left much to be desired. We asked for a westie face, it was very uneven and short. The overall shaving of our dog was uneven with tufts of hair around upper legs and his paws (top) were never shaved.

Meg is super friendly and fantastic at her job. I take our two pitties in for nail clips and buffing once every five weeks or so, and she is always quick, efficient, obviously loves pups, and does a perfect job getting the nails short. She’s bathed our pups before too and they were clean and happy. It’s nice to see the same face each visit and she can get to know our pups.

Rivky was AMAZING with Sammy. My pup has mild anxiety and is not always comfortable with new people and especially loud “scary” places.She had Sammy smiling and happy and took all the time needed so she was comfortable throughout the process. I will definitely have her take care of Sammy’s grooming from now on. Thank you!

Good people but it's best if you stick to one groomer. If you change groomers, they just shave the dog rather than style longer hair. I realize it's easier but not always what looks the best for the dog. Also, every time i go in there one way or another the bill ends up being $90.00. All in all they do very good work.

Jeannie is amazing with my dog as my chihuahua terrier doesn't trust many. She provides excellent customer service with her communication skills and friendly demeanor. She is the reason I return and we will follow her wherever she goes.

Sabrina did a wonderful job cleaning our puppy. Our puppy Toro smelled so good and was cleaner than anywhere we've taken her before. They did such a good job and we will definitely be back for her next cleaning.

The lady that I tried talking to was completely rude to me. I wanted to inquire about pricing. I said “I have a question” and she flat out said… no. What the hell? I recommend treating potential customers with respect since we are looking for new groomers after the last train wreck. Horrible customer service.

I had to cancel my appointment as my pup had a seizure earlier in the morning. First one in 7 months. I still went in to explain what happened at the appointment time even though I explained by voice message earlier. The lady I talked too said we should wait 2 to 3 days before rescheduling his nail trim. I said let's do it in one week, same time. I get there one week later and they say they can't do the nail trim as he's had a seizure prior. What the? They knew this when they booked the appointment. They knew he had a seizure prior. I had arranged my day around this appointment. Very rude, unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Will never use petco grooming for anything ever. Horrible experience.

Every time I bring Cally in for her nail trims she is really comfortable with the technician and they are all so nice to work with. It is also close to my house so I don't have to drive too far out of my way. Thank you all so much for your hard work.

The groomer did an excellent job, was thoughtful, personable, and communicated well. Our poodle has never had that level of detail and care, even at private, high end, higher priced salons.

Chris at the Beaverton Petco did an amazing job on our two dogs (a Maltese Shih-tzu and a Wheaton Terrier) He asked a few detailed questions about each of them and how we wanted them to be groomed, and he did exactly as we hoped. Petco has always taken good care of our pups and we are thankful to have a reliable and safe grooming experience for them.

Christopher has now taken care of grooming Ricky, our cockapoo, twice and it’s clear he knows what he’s doing, and cares about his work. The second grooming was better than the first (which was still great), we just learned to be clearer in what our specific wants were. Christopher also pointed out some lipomas on Ricky and, when I asked, offered suggestions for who to work with to properly diagnose them at a reasonable rate without sacrificing quality of care. We’re happy with the grooming, but it’s gestures like these that will keep us coming back to someone who cares.

My dog was bleeding on his nose. When got him home he was still bleeding. It took a little bit for me to stop the bleeding. I never had that problem before.

Horrible experience dropped our dog because of her age because the groomer had a problem with the client bringing the dog call to ask what was going on never got clarification waited 4 hours to find that out and on top of it the person hung up on me very rude never answered with my questions very unprofessional I wouldn't bring my freaking ant to this place

We told the groomer our dog was very skittish and doesn't like to be touched in certain areas and groomers are never supposed to put any part of their body near a dog's mouth our dog has no history of biting but the groomer put her hand towards my dogs mouth and got bit now we can't go to this groomer anymore this was very unprofessional
