Our dog celebrated 10th birthday with her furry friends at Mudbay yesterday. What a fantastic neighborhood friendly business. All dogs appreciate ice cream and treats. Thanks to the manager and staff! We have been coming here weekly since day one. It’s dogs heaven.

My dog and I love Mud Bay, especially this store!Generally speaking, Mud Bay does a great job educating their staff so that they can help their customers at a pretty deep level (foods for dogs with internal issues etc). I've been to several Mud Bay stores, but this store really stands out. They've some how taken a quality brand (Mud Bay) to the an even higher level by providing an amazing level of service backed by quality pet knowledge. I can't say enough good things about them

10/10 Incredibly staff at this location. It’s a blessing because I feel like I haven’t had a bad experience at any MudBay location but the Manager Matt here goes above and beyond as well as his staff!

The lady who helped us at the end was great. We were store occupied on leaving for a road trip and didn't realize the store was closing, which is why they other two employees seemed annoyed. No one said anything to us, though. We said sorry a bunch once we realized. In the end, the lady who helped was awesome with helping with 4 traveling animals.

I love shopping here! Mud Bay is my favorite store to shop for my 2 feline companions. As their steward I buy all the best things we want to feed a small pet to be the healthiest, if not a bit pampered, animal companion needs\wants! Oh just come check it out for yourselves! The people who work there are well informed and can help you whether you have a new family member or you have been a caregiver, Mud Bay personnel will take as much time as you need and are able to answer a variety of questions.

Really nice store to pick up dog or cat items. We were going to buy a new treat for my kitty who just went to the vet and the nice lady at the counter gave it to us for free for trying out a new treat. She also asked if it was our first time in. I said yes and she gave us a thank you bag and card with a $5 coupon for the next time we come in plus some little freeze dried treats. It was such a nice experience and love the kitty sign we found in there! We will be back!

Benny is the best delivery person i've ever had. He is courteous, conscientious, & caring. He provides the best customer support ever. Scarlet loves him. All I have to say is, "Benny's coming!" She goes to the window, watching for him to get off the elevator. Her day is made!!🐕

I just got a kitty a month and a half ago and I have received the best customer service from everyone that I have encountered! I will not go anywhere else! When I 1st started shopping for my kittens needs, I stupidly went to Petco, because it’s closest to my home. Customer service at Petco was horrible! From the 1st time I walked into Mud bay, I have received A+ treatment. I’ve never felt like I was an inconvenience in any way! I love this store and will not go anywhere but here! Thanks so much for your assistance with me 😄

Mud Bay is absolutely wonderful. Unlike other pet stores, you dont have to worry about feeding your pet foods that are harmful. They are very inclusive, as they have foods and toys not only for dogs and cats, but chickens and bunnies too! I've been going for almost a year now, and i love it! I definitely recommend it.

I just visited Mud Bay for the first time today. The store was beautiful, the staff was so warm and friendly, AND they gave me a welcome card and a dog treat! Always love the choices at this store for your pet. Customer service is typically consistently good any time of the day. Employees know their products and carry a fair to medium knowledge of cats and dog's diets and other needs which is a bonus.

I can’t believe they offer delivery service! They’re so great and I love going into the store but I’ve been really sick and unable to go in this past week. I ran out of dog treats and they were delivered the same day. Super quick easy delivery. Thanks Mud Bay!

One of my favorite locations for Mud Bay! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. My kitty definitely loves when they add treats to go! They also have a sweet can deal, so it makes stocking up on canned food wonderful.

Matthew gave us the most unbelievable customer service. It was our first visit to the store and we spoke to him about our cat being fussy with his wet food and Matthew was so knowledgeable and helpful as we chose some options to try out. We will definitely be making this our go-to store for all our pet’s needs from now on.

A huge thank you to the Store Manager, Justin and another employee Jackie! They were so helpful with our Lab, Lemon! Justin took the time to help explain all the different harnesses and leashes and helped Lemon try different ones on until we found the perfect fit! We were immediately greeted upon coming in and their customer service exceeded any other business I’ve ever stepped foot in! They are so kind and my partner and I had so much fun in Mud Bay this evening! Lemon had such a fun time getting treats and pets from everyone in the store! I highly recommend stopping in!

Love shopping here. Great prices on everything and the food/treat selection is amazing. Their return policy is great...I haven't actually needed to return anything, but the employees always assure me that if my cat doesn't like something, they'll take it back and often donate it to a local animal rescue. The employees are also always great to chat with. Who doesn't love to talk about their pet, right?

Friendly staff. A bit limited on supply of "tough" toys for dogs that chew and destroy everything they bite into. I have a 16 mo. old lab...the monkey that was recommended lasted less than 2 hours...she pulled the ears and feet off almost immediately!...in less than 8 hours she unraveled all of the "tough" threading! Not worth $16 for this toy. The treats were well liked and she enjoyed all 3 types. Thk. You

What a great store. The young lady working the floor was super sweet and very engaging. She was telling us about her kitties and asked to see a picture of ours and I showed her. She was extremely kind and very attentive. So glad my son and I stopped in there.

Mud Bay's customer service is truly on point. I placed a delivery order online for some frozen raw food for my dog, and I was a little nervous about making sure I was home as well as wanting to be sure it would be kept cold.The employee at the store called the delivery driver and promptly called me back to give me an estimated delivery window, and then the driver even called me to give me a heads up when she was 30 minutes away. My order arrived exactly when they said it would and it hadn't thawed at all.Delivery experience was a million times better than any of the big name pet stores I've ordered from!
