Fun finds everytime! It's always an adventure because of the constant stream of new product. Store staff are very nice, with good, cheerful, helpful attitudes! They are to be applauded for that, as this isn't maybe one of the most delightful areas to work in.

If I could do zero I absolutely would. I’m not one to leave reviews especially not bad ones but OMG. I have a loss for words. First I get there and the shelves look just about empty. Ok I can get past that. There’s a man named Marcus very very unprofessional on the phone walking towards the back. So I asked again and he told me to hush he would get back to me once I asked him about a couch. I get it everyone has bad days. I head to the bathroom which are closed for customers for what I can almost bet it’s because they look like a bates motel bathroom. Yuck hasn’t been cleaned since 2008 when this place opened. After all that fun I head to check out and an individual named Rob asked me and the forces me to get into the rewards program not taking no for an answer I had just ended up leaving instead because of my frustration. I’d avoid. There’s a reason there’s hardly any left.

Visited this big lots store from 2005-2007. Didn't visit last week. Has lots of stuff. Restrooms were vandalized back then and closed for awhile. I think they got them up and running again. I thought it was an excellent store. A lot of stuff to choose from.

The Big Lots in this location was busy but not too busy. It's a nice calm atmosphere in the store, employees are helpful when you ask them questions. Other than that It's just your average big lot store.

Had a last minute Thanksgiving emergency had to run out to Big Lots. Precious was our cashier and she treated us graciously and with a smile on a holiday. It left us with such a positive impression, we would recommend this store others.

I found the exact piece of furniture I wanted, but unfortunately after walking the store I was only able to find a single cashier working the front counter and not a single other worker in the building to let me know if I needed to order it online or if they had any in back because it did not say. Spent 25 minutes wandering the store trying to find anybody before finally just leaving without it and hope I can find it somewhere else. The one guy at the front was nice and polite but I didn't want to bother him because well, as far as I can see he was the only person in the entire store today.

I had a terrible experience returning an item that I purchased on 7/5/2023. It took me a while to find time to set up the pool I purchased and it wasn’t until 8/2/2023 that I went to return it. I looked up the return policy and made sure I met all the criteria before making the 45 minute drive. When I arrived, the manager was extremely rude and refused to accept the return. He requested that the insurance or manufacture be contacted. I continued to explain that I did not want a replacement just a return and he did not seem interested in even hearing me out. I am more displeased by the manager’s attitude than anything else. As someone who works in customer service, this type of person should not be allowed to face the public. All I want is to return the useless/defective product. I will tell all my healthcare colleagues, business partners, and customers to not shop here in the meantime.

Lots of fun to shop there, first time I think I really shopped there . I ordered a pick up order or two before there. Didn't realize how good their prices were especially grocery items. ...So many sales & good deals. Cashier was very nice , I had him price check items for me a few times just to double check the sale prices.soent over 100$ . , Didn't even make it through half the store. I will be back soon.

I really like the variety, prices can be up there but they do carry some good stuff that's not cheap. When I moved I shopped for furniture and got me a cuddly lounger. Anyways the cashier was a kick. He knew alot of info on products and history witch was interesting.

Well there's really not very many good deals truthfully. The prices are not slash as you would imagine and the aisles were kind of bare in some areas. There was a robbery in progress while we were there too. So I personally don't recommend it

Hate this store. Only go here if no other option.Update; they have done alot to clean this store up and make it more bearable. The only thing they didnt do is update the customers so it still smell like a meth lab and strip club mixed into one.Update#2: this place is disgusting and its customer base is worse. Except Kylee who works there shes cool.

Ordered some Christmas lawn decor through their website for same day pick up. They were the most affordable around between Walmart and Home Depot. My husband arrived to pick up our order and called the number provided in the e-mail for curbside pick up. Staff who answered the phone said “I just clocked off, I knew I shouldn’t have picked up the phone” at 4pm. This same staff member came outside and proceeded to complain about her bad shoulder and asked where to place our order when our trunk was visibly open. We will not be returning here, unfortunately, due to the poor (and awkward) customer service.

What is up with Big Lots thinking they're the new Whole Foods or Pottery Barn... people shop (or used to shop) here because it was affordable.. not anymore though... oh well you'll be teetering on bankruptcy soon unless you recreate your entire brand image and upscale your products to justify the overpriced almost expired food you're selling.... Sorry for the random Business Analysis, I just love to give constructive feedback, not only talk about unfortunate experiences 😆

My family & I went to big lots to shop. Needed to use the restroom & one of the employees said the bathroom doors have been locked for 2 months & they have no intention of re-opening them. Then made some comments to other customers, which caused them to stare at us. I don’t intend to ever return there again & neither is my family.

I love the prices and the selection of items they always have BUT I absolutely hate the fact that the cashiers always insist that I sign up for the card. They literally do not take no as an answer, to the point that I feel like I have to be rude because I have to say no 5 to 10 times every time I go in and I only shop there 2-5 times a year. That makes me so uncomfortable that I just shop there even less! Love the items they sell, hate that management makes them force a loyalty card on customers.

This location is AWFUL!! I ordered a number of things for my grandkids. I purposely ordered from this store as they showed they were the only store that had everything I ordered. Next day I received an email saying they don't have a few items on my list. I didn't make a big deal out of it. Today, I showed up for my pickup, and lo and behold they only had TWO out of 15 items in my order! What a JOKE! I'll NEVER step foot in there again!!

One of my favorite stores. I always find things to spend too much money on but that's not their fault.
