I have only gone to Beaverton and Aloha stores. I don't know what the deal with Beaverton is, but man those people are miserable. Rarely greeted or spoken to, just about all employees look depressed, like they hate their job. I understand working retail sucks, but I've never dealt with anyone there who seems even slightly happy.Most employees at Aloha seem a little nicer and friendlier, but it can be hard to find help. I've walked around for 10 minutes looking for help and only found customer service and checkers. I usually have to get someone paged.I avoid Beaverton at all costs but am fine with Aloha.

Typical Bi-mart. The reason for the low rating is that they will not help you at electronics. I tried to buy a tv here 15 minutes ago and waited 20 minutes after the front desk pages someone, guess the five employees huddled around the person in a dinosaur costume was more important, oh well guess I’ll go to Freddie’s from now on

Great selection of products and good prices. I love Bi-Mart!Update: Jan 2024. I ran out of no-waste wild bird seed and it was 10° F yesterday. In a panic I rushed down to Bi-Mart as soon as they opened and they had an entire aisle of wild bird food and even some for squirrels and goats! On the way out, I noticed sriracha on sale for $4.99 a bottle. Score! ❤️🐦

I’ve been there a few times and the prices very often don’t match the price tag. Bought a dog dewormer because it had a price lower than regular and got checked out with regular price. Same with plants - it said 2/$6, but at the end was charged $3.99 for each.

Bi-Marts are such odd stores in this day and age. They feel like the kind of independent general stores you only find in remote small towns (I mean that in a positive, nostalgic way), yet they're right next door.Anyway, I've never seen a general store with a broader, more comprehensive inventory than Bi-Mart, a feat they somehow manage while keeping their prices absurdly low on almost everything. Their hardware and tool selection is by far the best I've seen outside of dedicated hardware/home improvement stores.Finally, despite my being there right up until closing, the cashier and manager I interacted with during my last visit were some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of interacting with.If you've been there, I don't need to tell you any of this, but if you haven't, I highly recommend checking them out sometime. You'll be glad you did.

Bi-mart is a great store. Most of the time I can find what I need for for a very fair price or even cheaper than the big name stores. Today they were FULLY stocked on canning supplies with lots of jars and had both wide and regular mouth lids. If you buy them off Amazon, they would twice the price. So yeah, I'm happy

I’ve lived by this store location for years and it’s always been one of my favorites. The prices are great and the lifetime memebership is super affordable! The customer service is usually lovely but today must’ve been my unlucky day, because the cashier that helped me was incredibly rude. I didn’t catch her name, but she was blonde with a bit of an accent. I was accidentally short on funds in my bank account (I’m usually on top of things) when I went to check out, so I had to take a moment to regroup. She was extremely short and passive aggressive and treated me like I was a burden. Then when I finally went to leave, I apologized, said thank you and all she had to say was “and next time you’ll know how much is in your bank account.” Definitely a downer on my day.On top of everything, I witnessed a younger, female employee getting yelled at by a tall dark-haired gruff looking man. (Didn’t catch his name either)Needless to say, not impressed.

Great location, easily accessible and have stuck to there company structure since day one. I recently had to get a replacement card after having lost mine... 10 years ago. And I have to say it as well: LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP! As long as you have identification they can easily confirm membership and get a new card.Good selection of products, good to great pricing depending what you are looking for. And being born in 1985 seeing inside the store and that front desk where you show the membership card is a nice touch of nostalgia from childhood days. I do not really do 5 star ratings, perfection is debatable. However it's a cool place to check out on occasion. Thanks!

I was talked into buying an attachment for a firearm that I purchased from this place a while back, the associate sure did upsell to me and I confirmed the price I saw the item listed under which was 29.99 I verbally and visually confirmed it while pointing at the pricetag. He walked me all the way up to the front counter which I waited 15 mins for the checker to ring up one customer mind u she had 10 items. Very str8 forward. Then I get to my turn and the price rings up 42$ish I insisted the associate confirmed the 29.99 price and then waited another 20 mins for him to call up the other associate who then didn't confirm the price he already had told me when he up sold me then I said forget it because they refused to honor not only their advertised price on an item, but their store employee even up sold me the item and gave me the wrong price after I started him straight in the eye and asked if that was the price and watched him nod his head and verbally say yes. Poor customer service. Poor merchandising skills. Poor problem solving skills. Slow workers. Oh and mind u because I'm a mid 20s male they also stereotype me as someone unworthy of opening up another register but u best believe they could open up 3 more registers fast enough once the typical soccer mom type and 40 something white collar type dude approached the line. I'm so displeased and this bimart really needs to figure out what the meaning of customer service is!

Bi-Mart is awesome. Locally owned and operated, it gives the feel of a small town store. Great prices and friendly staff that are always willing to help as needed. They have a little bit of everything albit moderate quality. Non-perishable Food, great camping supplies, food, cleaning stuff, small kitchen counter appliances. Even a limited selection of shoes and clothes. Very solid shop.

This place use to be amazing. Now, their tv selection is a pawn shops dream. Most of their employees can't properly bag and they never seem to call for an extra checker when one is CLEARLY needed. Their prices are always fair. Most of the red coats are polite. The entire Sporting Goods department is their strongest section. Those employees are well trained and are VERY knowledgeable. The higher ups seem to care more about money than they do their customers. I'll still shop here, I just won't go to certain cashiers.

Came in and was shopping for furniture, I was adjusting an adjustable desk and an employee walked over and yelled at me to stop since some chairs that they had haphazardly leaned against the desk that I was adjusting. I came in with intentions to purchase said desk but this employee demeaned me to the point of having to leave the store entirely. Terrible customer service I will not be shopping here again ever.

Such a great way to find what you need under one roof, whether it's select groceries, healthy living, food items, basic clothing, or some basic furniture, household items, electronics or gardening. Everything from appliances to toilet paper to printers to slippers to DVD'S to vacuum cleaners to milk. Kind of like a permanently less expensive department store. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. A real go to store when one is in a bind.

This has been our neighborhood BiMart for years. Always found everything we needed at good sale prices. Love their coupon books and specials. My favorite for stocking stuffers during Christmas. They don't have electric carts but do have wheel chair with basket. Fun to go up every isle as you remember what you have forgotten. One of the better fishing/hunting departments with name brand knives and ammunition at fair prices. Was really bummed when they recently closed their pharmacy. Staff is knowledgeable and always helpful.

Bi-Mart isn't fancy, but it gets the job done. I've been a member for more than 40 years. I like the fact it's employee owned.This location is well run. Friendly attentive staff. Good selection of the basic stuff you need for life in Oregon.
