My friends and I regularly take our dogs here for the self wash. They provide all the equipment, shampoos, and tools you need for a basic groom! It's a very well kept place, and all the staff are very friendly. Big shout-out to Kira! Who was absolutely on top of cleaning and re-stocking while we groomed our three fluffy dogs. We appreciate everything the folks here do to make this an easy and pleasant experience!I have not used their hired grooming service, or the doggy daycare, but the dogs that come out of there always look beautiful and happy!

They responded very fast to my application and was able to get my dog in for the trial run quickly. As a tip submitting your vet records helps to speed up the process. After the trial run they gave us a report card with the cutest photo attached. My dog had such a blast. So much so that she was knocked out for the rest of the day. They were so nice and sweet to her and I. After I had called to see if I could get that photo sent to me and they sent it over right away. I'd highly recommend this place!

We have been to self wash at Barkzone and loved it so this time I booked a grooming service. My dogs had a previous bad experience so extremely nervous and anxious. He would not let me go so the staff said I can stay. His groomer was Danielle she was awesome, simple awesome. She introduced herself to my dog and talked with him the whole time. 2 hours non stop in calm baby voice very calmly so it naturally made him calm. She explained it to him what she was doing even though he won’t understand a thing but he’s used to us talking so it made him relaxed. Danielle is simply amazing!!! If you are looking for a groomer for a dog with anxiety she is the one! She didn’t do anything against his will if he whined she moved to do something else. Very good technique! Last but not the least the facility is clean.

Thank you so much Barkzone!Our senior German Shepherd was needing a good deshedding & bath but I’ve struggled to find a groomer for some time until I discovered Barkzone. The staff has been tremendous with communication, helped me set up an appointment quickly for mobile grooming, & super kind to my anxiety given my hectic schedule.We were absolutely thrilled to have gotten to know Sergio. Our girl, Xena, really took to his presence. When Sergio gave me a timeline of how quickly her bath & deshedding service would be, it took me by surprise because in my head I imagined her treatment to be much longer; rather, Sergio was very quick & thorough. No more fur bombs!Xena seems absolutely thrilled to feel brand new again & we are beyond excited to be repeat patrons. 😄

We take our elderly miniature poodle mix here for grooming now that our old place closed down. They did a great job and I was able to talk with his actual groomer (not just reception) before he got done to tell him about his quirks.

I was able to get an appointment with Ryan without waiting too long. We request Ryan because he does a great job with our Yorkie! Tha staff is very nice. The only complaint I have is that I did not get a call when my dog was finished. I felt bad he had to wait longer than needed for me to pick him up. He was is a older dog and gets anxious.

We are new to the area and went in for a grooming appointment. The place is filthy. The staff I encountered lacked warmth and gave the impression that they don't particularly enjoy their jobs. When the groomer said they planned to kennel her for a few hours while they worked simultaneously with another dog, I decided it wasn't a good fit for us. (She has severe anxiety with other dogs and crates). Had the groomer been kind and understanding, it would have been no big deal, but instead she rolled her eyes and stormed off without a word.

Nothing better than having the groomer come to your house. So much easier on your dog. Both groomers from Bark Zone were great! Our golden retriever came out looking like a new man. SO appreciate the convenience of this service!!

I REALLY wanted to love this place because of the great reviews I read, but sadly, we didn’t have the same experience. I took my 8lb Yorkie mix for a full grooming/bath experience today and although he does smell amazing and feels soft, his haircut looks so choppy and bad. I can see every line and it is completely uneven. For the $65 price paid I expected much better. I don’t know if I will be returning for grooming services anytime soon.

First time at Bethany Barkzone and I am very happy with their service. Each staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, and seemed happy to work there. Sergio groomed our Yorkipoo just as I wanted. Will be returning.

Our 13 year old pup Bennington loves going to the Beaverton/Bethany BarkZone (off 169th) to see his fellow furry peeps and the friendly staff. We have used the self wash, grooming, daycare and boarding services here and highly recommend them to our friends and family. The staff is always warm and welcoming to our little family member and he is always excited when he gets to go. The occasional photo of our guy is always greatly appreciated around the holidays or for a report card and the free access to the on-site web cam is fun to watch on occasion to watch him playing or making his rounds for extra pets and attention from his human friends.If you are looking for a regular or occasional spot to let your dog run free where it's warm and indoors (free from mud and puddles) this is the spot. Bennington always comes home and crashes in bed pretty early after a play day. It's at least worth a phone call to see all the services you can take advantage of for reasonable prices (discounted for multiple dog owners are available too).

It was my first time bringing my baby here., and We had an AMAZING experience. Everyone one else who was washing their dogs as well were so helpful, kind and caring including all the staff members who were so welcoming like we were their own family. My son and husband as well were here with me washing our dog and it was a very fun experience 😍 I definitely will be coming back here every time my doggy needs a shower 🚿Not only that, they are well stocked on everything, place is very clean and the lady who was cleaning the self wash was amazing !!Thank you all to everyone who made us feel welcome here on Saturday around 3:30pm (October 7th, 2023)(As you see in the pic my puppy loves it here 💕 her name is Luna 🌙 1 year old German Shepherd mixed with Husky and Great Dane

The owner of Barkzone is a neighbor of mine in Cedar Mill. He has gone above and beyond for me as a client, always driving my dog, Alex, to and from his grooms at the Hillsboro or Bethany stores. I only book grooms twice a year, but I've always been happy with the results. Emily did the most recent groom, and I thought she did a great job on Alex's shave-down. I also liked the detailed report card that provided advice on ways to be a better dog owner.

I highly recommend BarkZone Dog Daycare! We use their daily drop-in services, grooming and have boarded our Beagle once over the last year and the staff is very friendly, caring and simply awesome. Our Beagle now knows when we arrive and is excited to go! Being able to check-in on your pet throughout the day on the web-cam system not only provides reassurance, but let's you know that your dog is having fun. I've tried taking my 6lb Shih Tzu mix to a couple of groomers and none have been able to give him a full haircut because of his attitude. The groomers here were wonderful! He was a bit aggressive when I dropped him off, but the groomer, Megan, had some ideas to calm him down. It worked out and a couple hours later it was like I had a completely different dog! Super happy with the service and super happy with the skilled haircut. The price is great too in comparison with some chain stores. Will be coming back once we're due for a trim!

My 8 year old, half Golden/half Flat-Coated Retriever and grubby farm girl, hadn't been to the groomer for 6 years after she had a bad experience elsewhere. She has had knee surgery and has arthritis, and some anxieties. I was concerned how she would do, but the staff were all so kind to her and patient with her. She was so happy to be there and was so proud of her clean, new hairdo when I picked her up.

Love BarkZone for grooming! I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Sergio always does the most amazing job! My dog, Lucy, can be a handful and he has a way of keeping her happy and calm. I have taken her to a couple different places before and now, I would go nowhere else.

This is the second time we’ve come in for a nail trim, and the first time we had a great experience with an middle-aged groomer.. she knew just how to get in and get my dogs nails trimmed down quickly and they looked amazing.Today, I took her in for another trim and the tech was much younger, and didn’t seem to be comfortable around big dogs. The first thing she asked me was if my dog was aggressive. She’s four years old, and has never even nipped someone before. When she put the collar around her on the table, I noticed she put it on so tight that I could barely get a pinky finger under it and had to loosen it on her. Then, she kept asking me if she’s bitten anyone before, and insisted I hold her head so she didn’t turn around and bite her as she was working on her back feet. My dog was literally sitting there the entire time, staring off into the distance, not minding it at all and she treated her like she was going to tear her head off. She didn’t do a good job, and I’m sure she could see how I was disappointed in how her nails turned out. I went home and told my husband, and he called in and she said we could come in for a touch up. Hopefully we can get the same woman as last time because the girl today shouldn’t be working with large animals.You can see from the attached photo how long she left her nails, and it’s only been about a month since we went in for her last trim.
