I have been trying to find a place to go to in the area for years, and was recommended to go to Breezy by a friend. I called and she was so nice, and even though her books were filling up fast she got me in without hesitation. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did a wonderful job. bad cuts I had the person who cut it cut my hair long and I didn't ask him to do it but only to do my contours I asked him to type this which is not complicated to do or to understand as a bonus a photo to make me understand but the lady cut my hair extremely short and I told her that it was not what I wanted but she didn't tell me even ps say that she was sorry or that she was going to make a commercial gesture now I have a cut that I don't like at all and -$25 on my account

**AMAZING** having to find a new salon specialist is always tough but I have to agree with the positive reviews. Wonderful atmosphere. Breezy did fabulous highlights and trim. She used good products and I was able to purchase them there. Which was nice, and saved me time from having to order. Thank you Breezy

A couple weeks ago a different hairstylist at a different salon really messed up my hair. It was really really bad. Breezy at cutting loose salon fixed it today! She did an amazing job. My hair is now even, stylish, and my natural curl pattern is curling in a healthy way again! I just showered and my hair looks great without having to style it. I'm very impressed and will definitely be back!Service: Haircut

This place rocks. Just took my two girls there. The hairdresser lady was so nice and patient with my kids. She nailed the haircuts my kids choose perfectly and my girls were so excited after she was done that I had to give this 5 star review. Thank you so much. See you ladies next time!!

I called Cutting Loose on a last minute "please can you work me in" kind of deal. They were able to get me in the next day for a highlight and cut. Trina did a great job! I recently moved here and I'm very pleased with the way my hair looks. If you need a stylist, Cutting Loose-and Trina-are great!

I went to this salon because it was close and had good reviews, I will never go there again. I went in for a trim and walked out embarrassed to be seen in public, I said three times I wanted my bangs to come below my eyebrows and they didn't even touch my eyebrows, not to mention my hair wasn't even styled as the hairdresser didn't have enough time, even though I had made this appointment in advance, so she put some mousse in my hair and I had to leave with wet hair and bangs that were sticking straight out. Very disappointing.

This is a nice clean well stocked salon, and I have nothing negative to write about the actual salon or anyone else working there.WARNING: There's a hair dresser named Cheryl Springer, at Cutting Loose Salon, in Bay City, Oregon, who suddenly turned on me yesterday and refused to cut my hair ever again. Her reason was that I wasn't being clear and none other. She said she needed a photo of my desired hairdo or no go, and she would never cut my hair again. Mind you, she'd cut it several times in the past and only once requested a photo. I never expected such unprofessional behavior for a reason I can't fathom. When I tried to understand why she was angry, she became belligerent, and told me to shut up or she'd call the police. She tried to force me down the interior stairs (where I could have fallen) and wanted me to go outside. But I refused to leave until my husband got back from shopping in the next town. I had no place to go except walk down highway 101. So I waited in the waiting room, alone, with this person exhibiting what I consider strange, uncalled for behavior. I told her that I'd tell the world about her and she said, "go ahead Judi. No one cares about you anyway". I don't know what I did to set her off. She wouldn't allow me to speak and threatened to record me or phone the police if I spoke. Did I offend one of her friends? Did something terrible happen in her family? Was this an anomaly or is this a behavior that she's repeated before? You don't want to find out. I'm shocked and confused. What a horrible experience. I'm a senior citizen, very shaken up over this, and still reeling. Cheryl is at Cutting Loose Salon in Bay City Oregon. Beware!
