I try to avoid Miller's. I would say about 50% of the time I buy something at the counter and go to pick it up in the yard, it isn't there. Then I have to go back in and get a refund after wondering around and looking for it. It's probably more like 75% of the time.

Great selection of products for the do-it-yourselfer. Staff will collaborate and brainstorm to help you with your challenges. Even working well past closing time to make sure your needs are taken care of.

Millers is a great store, usually has anything and everything i need. The problem i see at this store is the help they hire, and the constant turnover of such. A friends son worked there for a short time, said it was a hostile environment at best. I will continue to shop there, regardless, because they usually have what I need. But I don't expect any knowledgable help while shopping there.

Not really sure if they care about contractors, I could bring alot and spend around 10 to 12 grand a week when I'm there. Had multiple issues in the last two weeks where I lost hours of my day. Which I get mistakes happen. But when I'm upset about it they seem to think it's funny, and not their problem. Looks like I won't be buying local. I go in everyday and they screw up my order everyday. They were waisting an hour everyday of my time.

They got New Merchandise Carts and I cut my hand on one. No body seemed to care. They didn't even check the rest to see if there were more?? Otherwise, service is good. Inventory is excellent and more.

Excellent hardware store in Baker City, these folks have helped us with everything from carpentry to plumbing to roofing with no hesitation, and friendly faces all the way. They have a knowledgeable and helpful staff, and keep their prices fair.

Not sure if we cab blame everything that goes on on covid or maybe we can... sad world we live in.. Just never have everything that you need or they do have it and tell you no and then you find it.. none very for familiar with what they do sell or about anything construction wise.. even the ones that have been there for years.. Sorry but I did give 3 stars come on step it up.. It's la grande for me once twice a week now sad...

Employees here have always been helpful and polite. Good selection for most things and employees are happy to assist you. Deliveries have, for the most part, been on time and good. Trusses have been quality when custom ordered.

Love Millers, they have all your home needs. Ordered metal roofing and it was here in good time and delivered. They have lighting, plumbing, lumber, tools, etc. Great business with helpful employees 🙂

We built our entire house from supplies from Miller's Lumber in Baker City. They are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. And they will beat Home Depot most of the time and price! If you add in the four-hour round-trip drive and the gas they will always beat Home Depot

I didnt enjoy being pushed from guy to guy and not getting what I needed. Until a big tall man named Michael walked in from outside and said can i help u......i had my issue solved in 1 second and it's fixed superb and i would like to see him get a raise or promotion or something for his good job. He was so polite and treated me not like a customer but a family member and when someone i am not related too nor bffs does that......the community needs to value that and recognize him for it cause that's how our country is being devided and he is not on the devided end he is all for one n one for all. Tall guy n i think when i asked his name was Mikel or Michael.U would be hurting urself if u didnt go find him and reward his efforts talent...skills customer service and work ethics

Reasonably priced for Baker City. Knowledgeable staff and helped lots in our recent remodel. Has a costume cabinet shop. Pretty cool, this spring planning on redoing the kitchen. Has a large assortment of pretty much all you might need for a diy-er to contractors.Don't forget the freash popped popcorn too.
