It was just for 5 hours and I don't think she checked on the dogs once. I asked how'd they do and she said well I never heard any noise coming out if there. Also my dog came up with a bacterial infection after we left there. After $350 to get her treated and still being treated after 2 weeks I would never go back or recommend her

Will never go back. Donna tied my dog up by his throat, which he didn't need, as he had his harness on. She then hyperextended his three legs backwards, and made him whine in pain. My dog is 11 and has arthritis. I tried three times to tell her she didn't need to yank his legs back behind him but she either didn't hear me or didn't care what I was telling her. After three times of her ignoring me about my own dog, I untied him and left after handing her the money. She must have done the same thing to him last time I took him because I had to force him inside and I didn't know why. Now I know why he was terrified. I tried calling the other groomers in town before I called her, and no one else was available.

I took both dogs I had, the last one 8 years always a great job. My dog likes going there. She loves all dogs or other animals she has done over the years. As my dog is one of Donna's it's like going to visit grandma

First time ever boarding my dog I was so nervous but I absolutely love this place and will definitely be taking my dogs back! The area is very well kept and knowing my dog had some doggie friends made it easier knowing she would have some company and not be alone. The price and home love Donna has you honestly can't beat. Tracy is amazing as well and I even received a cute picture of her and my dog together eased my worries about her missing us cus you can easily see on my dogs face she was soo happy and having fun. 100% recommend this place if you don't want your dog in a big corporate place that are in big towns and want them in a comfortable home environment. Also the view around her area is beyond beautiful. Thank you Donna and Tracy for loving and taking care of my dog as if it were your own!

My dogs were vaccinated for kennel cough but still caught kennel cough from here. I had to pay to put my older dog on antibiotics just from boarding my dogs here. They just put them in cages and leave them there. Would not use again especially after the bill from here plus an additional vet bill because my dogs stayed there.

We live in Eugene and typically board our dog here when we travel but our elderly dog was recently diagnosed with an immune mediated anemia disorder. We had planned on camping in Eastern Oregon so instead of leaving her way over here we decided to bring her with us then board her for a few days while in the Wallowas. I found this place online, called and was comforted with Donnas understanding for elderly dog care and felt comfortable with leaving her there. Both ladies were understanding and had no problems with my dogs special diet and medical needs.The place is like a doggie ranch with mountains in the back, a nice grass fenced yard and clean and cozy indoor kennels. My dog came back with more energy than when we dropped her off! I would highly recommend these boarders and will definitely use them again when in that part of the state.

Fantastic place! Your 4 legged family 🐕well taken care of here. We did a "drop in" for few hours, but would have no problem boarding long term. Friendly & well taken care of.

Absolutely a great place to board your dogs. They were well-fed and kept. I can always tell when I pick up my dogs if they had a good time or a bad time and they were happy dogs.

Extremely nice lady, I recommend Donna to anyone. She helped out or nonprofit with an emergency and was very generous and caring with our parrot! The best in the area!

Very nice facility. We board our dog here frequently when we have to go out of town. He is excited when he arrives because the people here are very nice to the animals. HIGHLY recommended!
