Omg, Commercial tire was great, no SUPER. We got a flat traveling in our RV across country, we called, they got us right in. Then I forgot my purse and a Service Tech tracked us down, I had a business card in my purse where we where staying, he actually drove out to deliver my forgotten purse.Thank you so much

The best experience!! Austin was very kind, knowledgeable, and quick with the repair I needed! He went out of his way to get the pins I needed for my brake caliper, and I was back on the road in less than an hour!

They helped find a decent set of tires for my grandsons car that didn't break the bank. They also have a credit card option that I was able to utilize that helped spread the costs of over a little time. Helpful and knowledgeable staff and nice manager. Will ALWAYS choose them over Les Swab in Baker City.Bought another set of tires. Thanks LSFree air if you got a flat!

Not only did they help me source tires I could afford, but they helped me research the quality of the tires we found, too, & offered a fantastic deal for mounting. Commercial tire was quick to help when les Schwab wasn’t, les Schwab didn’t give me a pre trip safety check the first time that met satisfaction, and the second time they couldn’t till like a week out, but I called commercial tire and they were so quick to help, very eager to and guaranteed me they would be very thorough. Made me feel very comfortable and satisfied. From now on will probably only take my car to commercial tire.

Had a scheduled oil change at 3 o’clock pm from day before arrived 15 minutes early small pickup. At 4:50 went to inquire when do you close, was asked can I help you check out of course I replied . You have been done for awhile. Why didn’t you alert me I asked because you are sitting in the conversation area and did not want to bother you.PS don’t forget to ask for your keys when done.To be fair under new management,but not for the good

My husband and I had left Portland on a Sunday with a tire that had a slow leak. It held up through our drive to Baker City and into the next morning. However, we were on our way to the Owyhee Canyon area which is many miles away from any services and needed to have the tire checked out. I had made an appointment through Commercial Tire’s website and unfortunately, noon was the earliest time available. Since our breakfast spot was just down the street from the shop, we decided to stop by to see if they could see us early. Manager, James Free was friendly, understanding and accommodating and got us in right as they opened. They found a small nail in our tire and fixed it up. Thank you to James and his team for making our trip worry free!PS. The tire is still holding up after approx. 1100 miles (with a lot of gravel road).

Customers should never be ignored. I went in to pick something up, 2 people at the counter. One entering invoices into their computer, looked up at me, went right back to the computer. He, G, knew the other person was on the phone with a customer, still, he chose to ignore me. She, A, though she was on the phone, could have acknowledged me with something as small as holding up one finger, the 'one moment please' gesture that any competent customer service employee knows, and uses regularly when unable to greet someone vocally.Neither of them chose to acknowledge my presence, until A finished with the phone call. My item was retrieved and when getting ready to pay, I was asked for not just my name, that is understandable, they want to see if I have been a customer there before. I had not, and I will not be one again in the future. As well as my name, she asked for my address, my phone number and my email address. Is this commonplace now? I truly felt as if I did not give the information, I would not have been picking up and paying for the item I was asked to pick up. A customer should be asked if they would like to give their personal information, not be made to feel as if they have to give it.

Always very helpful and efficient. I hit a pothole at night in the rain at Grocery Outlet parking lot entrance, and it blew a hole in my front tire. Within 24 hours I had a new tire on my vehicle and got set up with a spare tire, too.

We were so happy with James and all the guys here this past September. After a bad experience with a blown tire on our truck, while pulling our camper, they were rays of sunshine. They got us in quickly, and the price very fair. Baker City you have a real gem here!

Called for a quote on tires didn't get one. Came in a couple days later for a quote got my quote it was a little cheaper than the other guys in town. I decided not to go here because they didn't seem to want my business even though I was trying to buy 14 tires and they didn't seem knowledgeable about the product I was looking for.

Thanks Joey! Great guy fixed our flat and got us back on the road safely! It's stressful enough moving to add a flat tire to your moving truck with all your stuff in it. He checked over all our tires before we left and did everything in a friendly and timely manner!

The manager of this store, James Free, is amazing! Baker City, you truly have a gem of a man there! After a long day of truck issues and being stranded on the side of the freeway ALL day, James was an angel to save the day. After being rescued, and heading home, about 8:30 pm just outside of Baker City, the tire on my trailer blew. I called the after hours roadside service and limped the trailer into the shop there and waited for a call back. Meanwhile, James just happened to be driving by. He stopped to see what was up when he saw us sitting there. He went right to work finding the tire we needed, and replaced not one, but two tires on my trailer without hesitation! He had me cancel the after hours call, which saved me tremendously! THANK YOU JAMES FOR COMING TO THE RESCUE! Baker City, if you have vehicle service needs, your local Commercial tire is the place to go! No doubt James and his team will treat you right!

It amazes me that this store has 4.4 stars. Worst customer service I have ever recieved. I will never use this store again. Anyone who wants decent customer service should probably rethink stopping at the Baker Commercial Tire. Even management doesn't care enough to take your concerns seriously. This place is a joke. Thank goodness there are plenty of other places in Baker to stop!
