when you are traveling & need some things this place is the right place to stop. Parking lot has plenty of room for any size RV. Even had some large grass areas where we could walk the dogs. Many many products that you can stock up for that trip. We needed water, gas cylinders, & other camping supplies. They had every thing we needed & more. Near the main roads, so quick on & off highway… then back to the trip.Staff were friendly, building clean, lots of inventory, plenty of quality products.Well worth the stop.

The one lady named Rachel up at the front door desk we asked her for help in the bottle room and she was completely rude about and when we asked for a hand count for our last bottles that wouldn't go through the machine she was again snotty and rude and the suppose help came out looked at us then proceeded to go do something then came back looked at us ignored and went inside so I then asked i when to ask cuz I was confused the exact convo wentHi is there any way I can get a hand outNO WE DKNT DO THATOh I didn't know can I get some help outside with machineI CALLED SOMEONE IS COMING SO WAIT

Like a Wal-mart before there were Wal-Marts... basically Ben Franklin's. Plenty to choose from and decent prices. Friendly staff including Adam of Albertsons fame! Not really sure why you have to have a "membership" since there's nothing exclusive in said membership but whatever.The membership gives you a chance to win stuff weekly... so there's that.

I really love every Bi Mart I've ever visited and this one is no exception. Really good selection of items and good sales. We needed a part to repair a toilet and they had a good selection. We got the wrong one the first time and they were really good about exchanging it for the right one. The staff is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The fact that every Bi Mart is employee owned I think makes the employees feel like they are there to make a difference and are even more helpful. I always recommend Bi Mart!

Great people working here. I'm camping and forgot a lot of stuff at home. They had everything I needed, make up hygiene products small 4 c coffee maker be curling iron blow-dry er pillows. I got all my camper stuff here including some food . Love how friendly the employees are too.

The employees at Bi-Mart are always friendly! Always helpful! The pharmacy staff is wonderful! Helen, one of the pharmacists, is by far one of the best I have ever had dealings with!! I will never go to another pharmacy in Baker! I shop at Bi-Mart often and will continue to shop there!

I like the store. I know the employees are only doing their job but they need to relax the over done mask policy. Putting on a glove and using a tong to hand you a mask is silly. I know it's from their corporate office so I understand the employees are doing their job. Also I don't agree with other corporate decisions like the age of 21 on ammo sales. Having said that I do generally like the store.

Love BiMarts just no longer use the ones in Oregon. They are the only store that tried to make me wear a mask using tongs to hand them out lol. Idaho I love the stores in this state so I moved over here. God Bless America

I have been a Bi-Mart member since 1978. I've enjoyed shopping with them and have preferred them over big national chains. A month ago I was refused entry without a mask. I have qualifying health reasons to not re-breath my own exhaled breath. I'm being urged to file a complaint with the Department of Justice for being denied services with a medical condition.In the mean time I've been ordering online where prices are much better. I don't like doing this; I'm a very community minded person and have ALWAYS supported our local businesses. Appearantly discrimination against people with medical conditions is being done at other Bi-Mart locations in the state. That being said I will shop other local stores who have not harassed me and discriminated against me for my medical condition. I will also be transferring prescriptions to another store.

The gal at the front desk was very ride about the mask thing. I have a medical condition and do not have to wear one. Let's remember this is a mandate bit a law. Not everyone has the virus! However the guy at the paint machine was great!

I have been a member of BiMart for about 40 years. BiMart has excellent selection and prices and they have recently fully updated their website with all the modern capability including e-shopping. Don't be afraid to join. It's a modest, one-time fee.

Sad to see this pharmacy close. 😥Thank you for all the years of assistance to the people of Baker City. Best wishes to all the displaced pharmacists & technicians. The other pharmacies in town are swamped and short staffed since the news of Bi-Mart Pharmacy's imminent closure Nov. 9th, 2021. So, maybe you will find another job very soon...I hope you all go on to better things! Thanks again.

Bi-Mart has used the same selling model in their stores for over 35 years that I'm aware of.You could walk into a BiMart store that long ago and it would look almost exactly like today's stores.However, it seems to work. I enjoy the store because there's a lot of product in a small area so I don't have to walk very far to get what I need.

I am always treated with respect and kindness!!!! I hate it when I have to go somewhere else with sub par handicapped treatment , I have seen other stores treat even non handicapped people with rudeness.Bi-Mart and the new Grocery Outlet help make me want to start shopping again.

I always like what Bi-Mart carries in their stores (especially in their garden department!) but it’s certainly the most obnoxious and aggressive implementer of the B.S. mask mandate because of the cattle gate you pass through for entry. I hated it before COVID-1984, but now it’s incredibly bothersome. It’s a bummer there is nowhere else in Baker to shop for things like they carry at Bi-Mart. We have admittedly made the drive to Ontario when we have a big enough shopping list!Besides that (and it takes forever to check out when they’re busy) no other complaints. :)
