We were very impressed with their Chinese buffet in the deli section. We ate the same stuff in their "ready to heat" section, but this was much better. All the food was fresh and hot. Thank you for taking the time to do it right! There was a great selection too!

Nice and clean. Wish the fuel center was still open. Shop the deals and you can save money. Watch prices through self scan... almost got for me for $3 extra on a sale item.They listened! The fuel center is back open. The deli here is much fresher than across the street.

Typical albertsons, selection is ok has a good meat department prices are higher than hell but thats what happens when 2 of the 3 main stores are owned by the same people. The other option is alot cheaper but hit and miss on certain food items.

Best grocery store in baker city. Clean, well stocked, very helpful and friendly staff.Ladies in the deli were all smiles and provided excellent customer service.Nicest Albertsons I've been in since leaving the Dallas area.

Store is fine but they need to train their managers not to circle people like sharks at the self check out. Install cameras if theft is such a big deal, having some dude loom and circle around me made me uncomfortable and feel like I was being accused of something. I'll stick to Safeway

Friendly and helpful staff. Store is always very clean and well-stocked. They have self-checkout which is nice, but there is always someone standing by if I need help. Open til midnight which is convenient for night owls like myself. Use the app! The rewards stack up quickly and it's fun. With food prices up, it's pretty cool to find ways to save and even get free stuff! (Yep, I'm kinda nerdy like that).

I thought I was overcharged on my credit card, so I talked to the manager(?) at the self checkout. She was frustrated but did listen to my complaint.Next time I try to get some discounts at Albertson, I am going to pay with only one card instead of using multiple cards. Because the way they distribute the discount is extremely confusing. I had to pull out my previous receipt to see what was actually going on.

What a store, Safeway and Albertsons (across the street from each other) owned by the same people. My advise keep track of common foods you buy. When a sale is displayed you'll know if it's a good buy or not.

This store is nice in side but the produce is a hit or miss, i went in yesterday and bought some broccoli sprouts just to come home and fine it absolutely covered in grey and white mold from top to bottom! The box said best till February 22, 2022, not excuse for this! Please be extremely careful when buying “ fresh “Produce!!

Store is very clean, well-stocked, and organized. Staff are friendly.Prices are high on a few items, but the selection is impressive, and frankly, so bizarre that it delighted me (they have whole jackfruit. I can't even find those in Portland. No, I have no use for one, not even sure how to serve one without checking YouTube, but the point is, they're there.)To other reviewers, no one owes you a God damn smile, least of all a tired cashier whom you just gave a hard time, so why don't you quit crying about it on Google reviews.

Very clean. My favorite cashier works there. Sometimes get overcharged on sale prices. Mostly bananas. I know it's only like .40 cents here and there so I don't go to counter to get fixed but it is annoying when it happens over and over. And yes I put it in my just for you cart

Good prices and a large selection of products. The store and parking lot are always so clean and the employees wonderfully friendly. The parking lot always has a lot of parking so not a lot of looking for the perfect spot. I'm really pleased and more surprised with how nice everyone is. Lots of sales on products I need. Not a long wait upon check out.

The staff is friendly and fast. They keep the store well stocked. They have nice meat and produce departments with fresh products. Their bakery sells cakes, doughnuts, cookies, and more. They have great deals and the store has easy access to the freeway and fuel near by. This is a great place to shop.

Big shout out to the Bakery department! Dawn, I hope I got her name right, made and decorated the most amazing cupcakes for my daughter's baby shower today. I had an idea in my head and she made it come alive on the cupcakes! The were a hit! People were surprised they were bought at a grocery store. Beautifully done! Tasted great! Amazing job!! Cindi B.

Wish I had pictures. I LOVE THIS STORE.!!! Very friendly staff. From the entrance to checkout. Prices are a bit high, but when you check out, get the plastic bags. Reusable!!!!!! Very nice bags. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

Raising prices don't help less stock don't help. Pluse I've gone to other stores and the have bake potatoes the big one,s on hand so we can stuff then double stuffed also be nice s your produce department need,s a rescue. I've seen room for them buy the potatoes area

Pharmacy drive through closed, line inside backed up to check stands, and pharmacy not answering phone. Trying to find out the status of an important medication refill and am unable to stand in line for an hour. I understand the problems for having all Bimart customers but this is ridiculous!

Clean store dont care for the self check outs they installed. They malfunction alot and are more frustrating then just waiting for a human to check us out . They employees running self check out were also having to do their regular jobs plus play repair workers as they tryed to help check people out on these awful machines

I love most of the prices at Albertsons but the one thing that makes me really upset is their produce is never good, it goes rotten in a day, but the other things and the people that work there are wonderful and they make you feel good... If they would improve their produce section then they would get a solid 5 stars

Same quality store and employees as their other stores all across the country. The store was shiny clean, the shelves well stocked, and the employees happy and super friendly. I easily found what I needed and checkout was quick. Highly enjoyable shopping experience.

The one star Is for the Starbucks employee young girl with pink hair. She was very rude. I was so polite and continued to stay polite even after she was rude. Sighed loudly after I gave my order and threw the straw at me. I was the only one in line and she did not make the drink correctly. She definitely hates her job.
