Most disgusting shower ever. Either you need new floor’s or they need to be deeper cleaned. I don’t know about you guys but don’t ya want to feel clean after a shower. Wi-Fi is horrible and the washer smell and dirty. Why did I stop at this one never again.

I’ll give this place 4.5 stars. Clean, organized and quiet during my stay. Only 2 laundry machines working. One staff reeks of weed like a skunk. Lol

Complete s-hole toilets. No soap. One paper towel machine, other towels left for your use in the water and filth all over the counter. No receipts at the pumps, three weeks in a row. Only saving grace is it is not as busy as the truck stop across the way.

I decided to get a shower and was firstly assaulted by the smell of dirty mop and dirty water, nasty. I was wondering is that ground in black stains in the floor dirt and grease or is that mold? Went to use toilet and no toliet paper in a holder that can hold two roles. Went in shower and soap dispenser was completely empty, of course. Orange towel in room that didnt belong there. Do the fixtures have to be the cheapest of the cheap? I've been in run down hotels with better. Nothing says, you don't matter, we don't care about you like a shower like that. I did give three stars however because someone thankfully remembered to leave a fresh bar of soap in there.

The filthiest Truck Stop of northern Oregon at interstate 5.- Pumps are gross and full of dirt- Always one or more pumps are out of order- No soap for windshield cleaning- Broken wipers in buckets by the pumps- Lot/Yard or parking area never cleaned from years and need repair- Toilets are in miserable condition- Cleanliness is ZERO % in all departments- Empty soap bottles and empty paper towels dispensers- Fountain machine nozzles are full of trash and have never been cleaned- Laundry area in bad shape- All the Toilet bowl can be clean with one bottle of any kind of toilet cleaner but who cares.The manager is not competent enough to handle the store.

Worst truck stop in Oregon, I have never once in almost 10 years of driving seen a time where this place was functional and clean, every single day pumps are down, DEF would take over an hour to fill 10 gallons if you were to wait for it to happen at all, been that way for months, and there's no point in telling the staff/management, you'll just get a bored yawn, do yourself a favor and fuel elsewhere if you have any choice at allEDIT: No TA, I am not going to spend even more time on your failure of a truck stop, if you can't be bothered to pick up the phone and call this location, or audit them, or whatever your process is then you clearly are not interested in earning anyone's business back. I own my business, and if something is f'd up like a football bat and it is brought to my attention, it is not my customers responsibility to do the investigation, it's mine, either handle your business or continue losing customers, I honestly couldn't care less at this point.

If there are no fuel attendants on shift to pump gas, then there should be a sign saying so. You have a sign that reads full service but yet there is no service. It's bad customer care and a waste of my time, when I am handicapped and waited several minutes and no one came out to help. I had to call to find out no one could help me. Make a mobile A-frame sign that reads 'no attendant on duty'. I am a repeat customer and specifically drive out of my way to come here for better service but not for bad service. A sign telling me what was going on is better service than me waiting and wondering.

Trash place, couple time had bad experiences. Men’s room has no any toilet paper at all, decided to use paper towels but all were ran out. Saw the cashier lazy lady, she didn’t care. Showed manager but he was talking to someone and didn’t mind me. Finally i grabbed bunch of napkins from hotdog area. This morning tried to get coffee. Only 1 employee was there. Line started at coffee and cashier. After long wait she set all coffee up, but i couldn’t drink any of them. Then i went to Flying J and picked that all i want. Fresh coffee and pizza as well. Very clean and fast service. Highly recommended Flying J ! Don’t go to TA at this location.

store a lil empty, women's restrooms. one was out of order, another one door didn't close, one was clogged, and 2 were I guess "working" parking lot super dark, lots of pot holes, you know.. it was OK

Did a 34 here 🚛There is a Popeyes inside for food. 🍗The hotbox was minimally stocked with Jimmy Dean items.They do have some small sandwiches in the cold section. 🥪The Country pride is closed.They have beer. 🍺The bathrooms/showers have a brown tint because of rust in the water. 🚽Shower #4 does not lock.They have a large game room.There is also a large drivers lounge upstairs.The laundry room stays very busy. on Sunday morning there was a line waiting on available washers.The card reader is broken. It’s QUARTERS ONLY right now as of 6-19-22. There is a change machine and an ATM near the game room.The grass is very overgrown so there are not many places to walk dog 🐶

Great experience, people were very friendly and helpful. The fountain area was being remodeled, so it sucked girls me because that was the reason we stopped, but we were able to get drinks from the Popeyes, so it was all good.

Terrible. The whole place was dirty. Absolutely no soap in the men's restroom. I informed staff, they said "yaaaa it's umm, out." Informed lady at fuel desk she said "Sorry, not my job, tell the store." When I told her I had, she shrugged. It's unsanitary.

This TA was awesome!! We arrived and were welcomed by friendly staff offering free hot dogs, candy and other treats for driver appreciation week!! The staff was so friendly, restrooms were clean and they've got the "good ice"at their drink station! Even the candy bag they gave us had good candy!! Thank you guys for acknowledging the job we do, we always try to show how grateful we are for the job you guys do to!! From providing us with clean showers to just a relaxing place to sit awhile, we appreciate YOU GUYS TOO!! Definitely stopping by next time we're driving thru Aurora!!! Thanks again, y'all made our day!!!

The showers and bathrooms are clean themselves but they’re all soo disgusting to look at. Yellow stains, flies, no bench or seat to put your bag on (that's a first), shower head with the pressure of making a hole inside you, no matter where you stand (since the toilet is in front of the shower), with the head’s pressure being so high, it gets EVERYWHERE even on the toilet. I made a puddle outside which was quite frankly inevitable. Just look at the photos please. Cold water too which was the biggest no for me. Other than that, for parking it’s great but DO NOT take a shower here unless you’re in some kind of emergency. Public bathroom had same yellow toilets too.

I buy 50 gallons of fuel and then find out it is 60 gallons for a free shower. I explain to the clerk what happened and she said I had to pay full price for shower. Whatever but here is pictures from shower

Showers were the best part about this place. We stayed here for 2 1/2 days about and it was dirty, disgusting, no toilet paper and if there was it was just left on top of things to get wet and ruin same with paper towels. Not a very nice place to hangout for a few days. Popeyes runs out of food constantly and the restaurant is not open to enjoy. Would give no stars if that was an option. If you are just stopping through it wouldn't be so bad.

They recently spent a lot of time and money remodeling this store including the restrooms, however they are the filthiest restrooms I have seen and smelt, pee on the wall of the stall and the ammonia smell from the stalls and urinals not being cleaned. I brought this up to the store manager and nothing has changed.

Men's bathroom is a disaster. Most sinks have tape over them and marked out of order. Toilet stalls are undescribable. People can be hogs and it sucks cleaning up after those but....if it looks like an attempt is made to clean, maybe the next person will use the facilities with respect for the person cleaning. Popeye's was the highlight. Fast food, go figure. I'll try across the street next time.

RUSTY, RUSTY, RUSTY. Wanna Shower ? Well, I Don’t Know About The Others Showers In This Store, But Shower # 5 Is Disgusting . All Showers And Restrooms Was Recently Remodeled And It Looks Like Whoever Did it It Didn’t do it Right . Part Of the wall With A Rust Stains As well The Shower and the Toilet . And The Water Taste Rusty And after You Get A Shower Your Skin Will Smell And Taste Rusty . Don’t Even Think About it in Brushing Your Teeth In Their Restrooms Or Showers Room . See The Pictures Of Shower# 5 . Enjoy !!P.D. I Think This Issues With Plumbing System In this TA Needs To Be Reported To The Department Of Health And To The Better Business Bureau . Old, run down, dump. Big truck lot, but it gets pretty screwed up at night. Showers haven't had a thorough cleaning in apparently, years. Not the pride of TA; but then, look where it is. And all TAs/Petros are going downhill.

If you would like to catch Covid or any other disease than feel free to stop here! I have been to this place several times over the past year and it is always disgusting! The coffee selection is dismal and the creamer section is virtually non existent. Even if they had a good variety, I would still steer clear simply because of the crusted filth on the machines! This place is absolutely appalling!

By far hands down the most parking spots available on I5 in Oregon. That being said the bathrooms are literally the worse you can find at a truck stop in the entire state. TA bathroom stalls might as well have no doors with all the privacy they provide. Everything is always wet and gross.

Wow, what can I say. Nothing that hasn’t already been said… I have been riding with my husband for 2 months now and we have stopped at this TA about 4 times. Something no one has commented on is the horrific smell in the parking lot. I am okay with a little toilet paper in the bathroom floor. But rolling down my window to get some fresh air is not an option. You would think someone could get a sweeper out here for the lot. I have never seen a parking lot this filthy. I understand drivers can be dirty but it is there job to do the upkeep! There has to be something that can be done for that smell (obviously urine.) I honestly can’t help but tell my husband as we walk to the store “ I hate this dump!” And I’m not a mean person! It just comes out! He tells me I haven’t been to west Memphis! I can only imagine🤣 please if you can do anything at all just fix the parking lot issue! It’s disgusting🤮

What a DUMP! Now which ship a credit card box goes the the dryer (no arrows, lost $6.00 and employee reimbursed $3.00) Laundry area has wholes in the wall, needs fresh paint, trash laying around, hair in dryer bin, etc. Will use Flying for now on.
