I was very impressed with my experience here! My golden Oaki can be a handful at times but they did a fantastic job and were very easy to work with! Oaki thinks it's a fun place as well!!

Make sure your never late to an appointment. Be prepared to never go to any other groomer ever again unless you want to get dropped as a client. Even if she doesn't have appointments available within a reasonable time frame, and you think oh I'll just go to another groomer this one time because your poodle puppies can't wait longer to be groomed. This lady dropped me as a client cancelled all my future bookings I had with her just because I was going to use another groomer for one of their appointments I overslept getting them to. I had booked their next 6 appointments and she just dropped me as a client because I was going to take them to another groomer. Wish I could post screen shots of the messages she sent me just incredibly rude way to handle a client who has never been late before.

We were called today about an appointment we did not schedule. A text arrived with many appointments on a piece of paper through December - we did not make. To make this worse, we are informed that we must pay for a missed appointment before we can return. We appear to be unwanted customers here.
