Very disappointed with tonight’s meal..not only was all of my food very clearly reheated old food, and me and my boyfriend both didn’t receive the extra add on’s or for things to get taken off our burgers.the fact that it even shows that they gave me old reheated food is very disappointing. i ordered my meal around 10 pm, and they tried to scribble out that they needed to throw out the cookies i ordered at 9:30. they were so hard i couldn’t even eat them because they had been reheated again.i’ve stopped coming due to the lack of care given to my food now, but now coming back and seeing the service hasn’t changed disappoints me more than anything as a local.

Generally this McDonald’s is decent, customer service is good and the line moves quickly in the drive through. I come here on my lunch break sometimes and I’m not sure if they’re moving too fast or what but I keep receiving the wrong order at the window lately, and I don’t always have time to turn around and tell them. I’ve seen this happen with other customers as well a few times. I just want the food I paid for and not someone else’s.

We have always had great & polite service from this location. Never a bad meal, always fresh and hot. They are reliable and quick. Always make a fresh pot of decaf coffee for us. Ask for senior specials. I cannot say the same about the other chain across the street, where they serve overcooked foods and burnt coffee. Love the dedication of employees at the Astoria Mc D restaurant. Good job everyone!

Asked for hamburger with nothing but the meat for my nephew, they very clearly made one the regular way then tried to scrape it off. I called and they said "it's not our fault we're understaffed". Yes it is your fault, you should have remade it. What if he was allergic? This restaurant messes up at least 50% of orders in some way, this is only the worst example.

It is a very modern facility that still caters to children. There is an outdoor and indoor play area for children.Plenty of room for everyone. It's a Hugh place that's very pleasant to look at and very clean.Staff is kool.Rather expensive on certain items but has the general $1, $2 $3 menus, along with buy One get another One for a Dollar.I recommend it highly

Since you have no feedback page on your website. I do my claim public.I ordered a sandwich with No No cheese. Take a look at how the NO NO cheese sandwich looks. Unfortunately, I must toss it because I have allergies to cheese.I was angry at first, but... then I noticed a tiny little printout (see picture 2), and everything got cleared :)You have to fix your printer. That simple action will increase the quality of what you do and save you some money.

My first visit through the drive-thru at this McDonald's and it was okay except for the fact that we were not offered catch up nor did we get any in the bag for the order of my large fries. Bummer. Beautiful location oh, lots of smiles when people order fries employees need to offer ketchup not make the decision for the consumer. Thank you

The line outside was very slow. Maybe change of shift?It's disappointing you must pay for a cup of water with your order..30 for a medium sized cup of water is ridiculous. At least offer a small cup for a nickel. I didn't know i would be charged until they rang it up. A shame! The $1 any size soft drink was always a draw for us. But it's gone now, too.

I dropped my purse and things fell out and credit card. I did not find a customer found and turned in a worker brought it to me so thankful they were so good I was getting ready for a long trip and stopped there my. Blood sugar was super low she brought my order quickly with a smile she helped a customer with his order and he was upset and threw food away she was so patient I did not catch her name

Of course McDonald's doesn't have the fun aesthetic anymore. It's now very dismal and I don'tgo inside except once in a while to use the restroom. But Astoria only has a couple ff joints and these guys are the best of those in every way. I'm there either very late or very early. The crew is always professional and kind. My order is always fresh.

The teenaged clerk spent more time on his phone rather than exhibiting proper customer service skills, and was very discourteous when I inquired about the status of my order after having to wait for over 20 minutes (all I ordered was a McFlurry). Overall, the front house staff were young and inexperienced but the food was hot and the order correct.
