I visited from Seattle. The shop is charming, warmly decorated, and even funny with ubiquitous swear words on the merchandise. I got a vial of CBD tincture that I’m enjoying. The person behind the counter was super pleasant and helpful. I know where to visit next time I’m in Astoria!

Kits is the go to for all my help and wellness products! LVC helps with my allergies and has helped me fight off all the colds and nasty bugs for the past year.My seasonal allergies have been pretty bad lately, but I know it’s because I ran out of LVC and have not had a chance to pick any up! I am slightly OBSESSED with this shop! Amazing vibe and decor! Adorable items for sale, along with some very cool vintage books and health products. Great coffee, tea selection and gluten free treats that were DELICIOUS! Swooped up a few of the pine/cotton candy candles as Valentine's gifts for my adult kiddos and they loved them! Also purchased some CBD tinctures and plan to order the Liposomal Vitamin C from their website ASAP. We will definitely be back next time we're in Astoria and wish we had a shop like this in Salem, OR!

Thw gluten free treats are delicious! Stopped in to pick up for my mother who has celiac. I ended up trying some myself and could not tell a difference from baked good that have gluten. I find gluten free to usually have a weird texture but not these! Will have to come back and try some other goodies soon!

I’ve been taking Kit’s Liposomal Vitamin C (LVC) for over 2 years. My energy and general health have been consistently great while using it! I’ve also been able to stop taking anything else for seasonal allergies. And I love the added bonus of the sunflower lecithin in it while breastfeeding. So I'm a skeptic but one who does dabble in some non-traditional healing, Kit's approach is so well-researched, and so down-to-earth that it settles the skeptical part of my mind. She's done the research I would do.Often with alternative health and wellness options, the conversation begins to tilt so far away from the scientific method that I get scared. No fear here - just real talk and offers to test and try.I started using the LVC to detox and get myself off the horrible energy drink habit, and although I felt horribly guilty the first few days taking my shot of LVC THEN an energy drink, you know what, I'm two weeks in and I'm not using energy drinks anymore. I do feel better. I do have more energy and I think you'll find that you can have these great experimental conversations with Kit and her staff in a shop that has a warm openness to it that adds comfort and ease to your shopping experience.I'm looking forward to trying many of their other products and services.

This is a great place to visit if you are interested in good health. I've used the LVC and CBD products. LVC is great because being liposomal it is more easily absorbed into your body. Lot's of great gift ideas too.
