My husband and I came in while visiting Astoria for our anniversary. We were helped by Budtender, Hope. She was not only kind, but had some of the best customer service we experienced during our entire trip! She was also extremely knowledgeable with the company’s product and helped us make the right choices for us.Anytime we are in Astoria, we will be stopping by. It was an amazing experience.

Yeah, the tall guy sold me a blunt. It got me super high. He was super nice and didn’t make things weird. The rocker guy with a pony tail was cool too. He made me feel really comfortable. I highly recommend their company and help.

i went to five zero trees and had a wonderful experience. the bud tender by the name of hope stayed late and held the door for me despite wanting to close. wonderful customer service skills, thank you for the wonderful experience :D

Third time I’ve placed an order on line and the price was wrong. No offer to make it right. Loyalty program sucks. Half the staff are friendly and knowledgeable but the other half not so much. I think I found a better dispensary couple of blocks down the street. I was a loyal customer but not no more. Good luck 5 zero trees.

I am much slower when it comes to talking to women so I haven't asked them their names but that's not on them. I just get shyThese folks will take care of you, and treat you very nicely. They have earned my respect and i hope you give them a try. Good selection of flower and dabs, i saw they have clones there too, and as far as I can see most of the local stores don't have the space. They do here, tell them i sent you, Cheers!

Only one person allowed in the shop at a time so plan accordingly and prepare to wait before you are let in. Masks required. Best part, if you have to wait, the store smells wonderful, the waiting room is comfortable, and the menu is online. So you can browse the product selection beforehand. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They make you feel very comfortable and at ease, not pushy salespeople, very laid back. The product selection is nothing short of impressive. You can smell the flowers as they are not prepackaged like some states. Good prices!

Great costumer service and prices. I bought a serra disposable from here and the vape won't fire. If your local the cashier said I could bring it back and work out a deal. Just learned not to buy disposables while on the road. Great store just a heads up if you are traveling buy vapes you have had in the past and are credible. No blame to the store itself it's an electronic, mass produced they are bound to have problems.

This is a beautiful store number one.The staff is knowledgeable and attentive number two.They have great products number three.This is my favorite place in Astoria to make a quick stop at before I go have a great night number four.Take the time to check out their little information desk because you find some very interesting stuff there. Found out about a whole shopping plaza I didn't know about because I'm not from Astoria, I ended up finding fantastic Christmas gifts in there.So while being a great shop themselves, they have some really great resources!

They treat me with respect and answer all the questions I have sometimes even though I feel they may not be important questions they always answer them! Not too pleased with this dispensary option. With 8 dispensaries in Astoria to choose from and Five Zero Trees being in a choice location, the unfortunate high price of thier products made this a disappointing experience.

Came in today 05/09/21. This is the 4th time this month that we were quoted a price online and came in to pick up and it's almost double. Our total was 9.60 with tax online. Husband came in and they said "Oh sorry, we don't go by those prices. It's $16.00" l for two $4 pre rolls. We won't come back. Sorry not worth our time anymore.Fantastic shop. The employees are over the top friendly, and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome and they always go out of their way to make sure I get all my questions answered.

Great look! And if the staff were half as knowledgeable as the storefront is great looking I personally would alot more stars.My Wife and I would go there for a tincture that her Doctor recommended ($28.50 a bottle.) One particular day they were out of that brand and blend, She asked the "Budtender" if they had a comparable brand. The young gentleman behind the counter upsold us on a totally different product that was "so much better" for $70.00. Long story short... product nothing close. When she attempted to return it and explain it to the manager she was basically dismissed and reluctantly offered 10% off of whatever she wanted that day. I personally am in customer service and am asked a hundred questions a day, I would never recommend, offer, and/ or try to sell a product I know nothing about and if I did... my company would guarentee customer satisfaction behind my incompetence.

Literally my most favorite place to go, of all time. It makes me miss how Washington handled medical weed, and makes me loathe the way they handle recreational now. But this makes me nostalgic and puts a smile on my face. The 6 dollar a gram shelves have some crazy fire that I believe belong on the 12 dollar shelf, but everything in between, is amazing. The selection and deals they have are killer. The tenders they have are knowledgeable and enthusiastic and I Cant complain a bit.I left this initial review a few days ago. But I feel the need to elaborate more.I can't stress the amazing consistency and the even more amazing quality of flower they offer here. Let me put it this way, I live basically 4 hours away, and I drive here every two weeks, specifically to pick up 2 weeks worth of flower, and to stop at genos pizza and burger down the street, but that's a different review. That drive is worth it to me every time, I've never been slightly upset about doing it. They also let me bring in my service dog, which is a huge thing for me whwn business's do not have a problem with that, as my dog goes everywhere with me. She's a chunk English bulldog, so how can you be upset about her being around. If you take anything from this review, it's that you need to give all of your business to these guys, and you won't be disappointed. It doesn't matter if you just got your tax return, or you're balling on a budget, you can leave here with a good amount of chronic that you'll wanna show your friends.

Every staff member I've worked with has been extremely knowledgeable AND friendly (not an easy combo to come by). Product is top notch and the aesthetic of this place is amazing. A "big kid" candy store vibe for sure!

Love this place. Seriously the only place in Astoria I go. They have always been super helpful whenever I've come in. As someone who only started smoking a few months ago they have always been incredibly nice with me asking a bunch of questions. Super clean cut establishment with an incredibly nice staff. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the new favorite for me. Awesome place, staff is great. I went in yesterday after deciding to put my dog down and they felt compassion for me and hooked me up with the best selection. It's the new spot for sure. Quality flower and good prices on everything. Thanks guys

Just passing by on my way to pick up a pre-order at another dispensary... Saw five zero open, stopped in for first time. BIG clean shop. Very well organized. Tons of product at reasonable prices. Great staff. Bob is very knowledgeable. I'm gonna shop here next week!
