So I have a 7 month old dachshund that ever since I got her at 9 weeks, it's been a struggle finding something that she would eat consistently. Breeder gave me one thing, the vet wanted me to do another. My Opal wasn't complying with any of it. I went into Wellness Pet Supplies and the owner gave me some knowledge and even a little sample bag of different products that she carries. Out of those samples I found something that Opal has now eaten for 2 consecutive weeks now and that has never happened. Wellness Pet Supplies literally solved a huge issue I was trying to figure out. I only shop there now for Opal 💯Small Batch freezedried beefbatch is what saved the day!

Wow, what a personalized great experience for me and my pet. I came in with my Dutch Shepherd who outgrew his collar. It was hard finding a place that had selections for collars in town. Thankfully Wellness came through. The owner helped me for about 10 or 15 minutes finding the right equipment and also left me with a amazing gift bag as a new client. Can't thank you enough!

If you want to keep your pet healthy and prevent disease, you need to do your research—there are a lot of junky pet food and treats on the market! OR you can buy your pet food here, because owner Billie Jo has done the research for you. Every pet food and snack in the store is healthy, clean and nutritious.The store also sells a wide variety of natural supplements for pets, plus adorable toys, coats and sweaters. Sonora gives it two paws up!

Amazing store! One of my pups was a picky eater and hated eating. It was a struggle to feed her and occupied hours of my time everyday. I was recommended a prebiotic/probiotic combo and she eats so much now I can hardly believe she is the same dog! I highly recommend going to this store for any advice and products you need for your furry friend. I can’t thank them enough for saving my dog.

Owner has an almost Vet level of understanding of how to fix your fur babies problems. Products are all natural so I know I can be lazy and not check labels like everywhere else. She can special order stuff too if you need it. Highly recommend.

I heard about Billy Jo (the store owner) from a vet and I’m honestly blown away by the compassion, generosity and knowledge we were offered here. Skooter (my elder kitty) is a tricky one to feed and I highly recommend this place. It’s a charming store and a solid choice for anyone fortunate enough to shop from. Small business support is important because it’s knowledgeable caring staff like this place has that can really help us as customers and as a community. There’s a reason this place gets five star reviews! Billy Jo does a fantastic job. When she first opened her shop, my pup and I swung by to check things out. She sent us home with a whole goodie bag of complementary treats! We came back to give her our business. Like many Ashlanders, I am discerning when it comes to humanely-raised products. She has it all! Billy Jo sent us home with a bag of marrow bones. We had to leave before my dog bought out all her merchandise. The community loves her, and she is doing good work to give back. Let’s give our business to her in return!

The lady that owns the store is genuinely nice! I had been driving around all over town trying to find a quality life jacket for my baby dog. She does not carry life jackets in store BUT had order one previously for someone who had decided not to pick it up luckily for us it was my dogs size!!! Amazing quality and undeniably reliable. My fur babe also got a goodie bag that was more than beyond a generous amount! Will definitely be going back!

Love this store! They stock what are truly the best items for your pets after doing careful research. The service is excellent - I'm always recognized and given personalized care regarding my cat. First time I went in I was given a bag of food samples which helped me pick the best choice for my cat. I highly recommend giving your business to this store!

Comfy store with a well curated, thought-out selection of products. The owner is knowledgeable about all the products in the store and has answers to any questions you might have. You may find the prices to be high if you use generic food that contains a lot of fillers, but it's worth it to feed your pets a real nutritious diet. Also, there's sometimes a cat on the counter that likes pets ❤️

I don't think I've ever been more excited over a pet health food store and the owner, Billi Jo. Vast supply of THE best supplements, treats, kibble, and raw food. I truly appreciate her vision for the store and her customers ,and how important it is for her that she's able to educate and help so many of our furbabies. She's an incredible resource and I've learned so much more now to do for our pup, who is unable to walk due to her condition. I also appreciate her integrity, which is something that is quite obvious when you talk with her and product pricing. You can tell that she really cares about your beloved family member. So grateful!

Customer wellness during these times of Covid-19 is of upmost importance to many and this establishment is no exception. The owner is so friendly and welcoming! Allowing me to bring my pup in she did a fitting for a harness was very knowledgeable answering any questions I had! As a new customer I received a welcome bag full of doggy goodies!

Love this pet store..when you walk in, you Know that the owner has put a lot of effort into her business. She has reasearched all her products and can tell you just about any question you might have about any of the healthy, holistic products she carries..you won't find any made in China items food or otherwise, here. The owner is Billie Jo, she is kind, patient, conscientious and willing to go the extra for her customers and their fur babies! So happy to have Wellness Pets in our town.

They have excellent supplies and they provide an excellently priced dog washing facility. You wash your dog yourself but you get to use their facilities and they provide soap, warm water, towels and everything you need keep your pet clean. I am really happy that they have this service during covid. Washing our large dog ourselves at our home is always a very messy and wet experience, so these guys take all that mess out of keeping our dog clean and they have an abundance of pet supplies for all animals.

A super cute little pet store down in the heart of the railroad district, I guess that is what the area is called (new to Ashland). They have many items you'd need for your cat or dog. Prices are bit more than you'd expect but it is a local shop and not a big box or super market and it's in a little house. It is to be expected. I stopped for some kitty items. Mainly a scooper for litter and a couple of toys. The young lady that was working was very nice but only pointed me in the direction of my need. I expected a bit more but she was preoccupied by a needy person. I am new to parenthood of a furry friend. I teetered on 4 stars for that reason of pointing me in the direction of my need but I found my item quickly. Small shop. While closing my purchase and signing up for an account program she offered me a kitty bag free of no charge. It had various treats/snacks/bites in it for my new roomie. So thoughtful and generous. It was unexpected. Do not expect this on your visit or each of your visits. That is entirely up to then. After I figure out my kitties needs, I'll be back. Thank you!

I wondered into Wellness Pet Supplies with my dog Jolie, one afternoon and was treated with warmth and friendship. I had no plans on purchasing anything and just talked with the owner for a good 40 minutes. My dog was shown love and got to try on a few ridiculous outfits. She left dressed as a shark! So gooood!

Great customer service. Patient, kind and intentional staff. I have an elderly dog that has benefited from CBD dog treats and it has dramatically improved her mobility and comfort the past six months.
