This is a gem of a store in downtown Albany. I've been twice now and found the owner to be so friendly and helpful. Not only do they have a good selection of plants and pots, they have cute plant decorations and local honey and other food items from small businesses.

I have only been here once, but I loved it... and wish there was something like it where I live! Any level of plant momma or papa is made to feel welcome. Large selection! And I can't wait to go back and take a class in their "Mush" room.

I love this little gem. The owners feel like neighbors. They're knowledgeable and take their time to support your questions, curiosities, and the rest. They are friendly, patient (as a momma of a two-year-old, cannot express how appreciated this is) and offer a unique, thoughtfully curated selection of items. Has a wonderful community feel to the place. I look forward to their classes-- especially learning more about fungi.

I simply love Urban Ag Supply. The owners are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They know me by name, and it's so nice to go into a store where they know your name! They have a great selection of soil and amendments, houseplants, pots, seeds, books, garden tools and supplies, and gifts. They have lots of locally-made goodies, so I like shopping here for gifts. All of their houseplants are stunning and it's often hard to walk out without one! Do yourself a favor and drop by here - you won't be sorry.

I just moved to Albany so obviously, I needed to find a plant shop to continue to fuel my green obsession. I found the selection great and look forward to more Oregon-made ceramic planters from various artists being restocked. I left with 3 new planters, 3 new plants, a plant punch card and some great additional knowledge thanks to the gal that was working. She also helped me get my purchases safely to my car. Great shop and I can’t wait to be back for my “payday plant”.

The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Their selection of pots and house plants is fantastic. They have a great selection of seeds, and soil amendments. They have tons of beautiful books on backyard gardening, permaculture, worm bins, and anything else an urban farmer would need. If you're into house plants or gardening its definitely a great place to visit.

Went into this shop because of the good reviews. Very disappointed to have had a one star experience. I did not find the staff knowledgeable at all, even about basic questions regarding flower pots. The space is small and feels dirty, all but a few larger plants looked unhealthy. All that aside, the experience became unbearable when a man came from a back office and began snapping at the girl working the counter. I was the only one in the store and it was very uncomfortable. Left without making a purchase.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Had everything such as local handmade items, pet products, and everything to cover all your organic gardening needs (soil, seeds, pest control, composting items, etc.) but I especially loved the children's play area. Will definitely be back!
