This location on pacific is much more drive-thru & parking lot friendly than the store on Waverly. I’ve only been to this location 3 or 4 times, and each time my drink has been good. I only order ahead these days and my drink is ready when I get there for pick up. Super nice employees at 6am when I stop by. Overall 4 stars because one female employee was rather rude on an afternoon pickup, so I’ll make sure I just keep coming in the mornings.

Stopped in for a quick refill on our drinks. This place was okay. Fairly clean, nice folks behind the counter. It has a drive thru, plus indoor and outdoor seating.The outdoor area was kept very clean, and you have umbrellas to block the sun and give you some shade. Overall good location.

I do not live in the area. I got off this exit just to visit the Starbucks.The drive-thru was exactly long so I parked And went inside being that i had to be somewhere by a certain time.I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese. And a coffee drink.The person that ordered behind me Happen to be an employee. They grabbed their drink and my bagel and walked into the back.I said nothing. I waited a few minutes and told an employee that I had not received my bagel after already standing there holding my drink for 15 minutes.Another almost 15 minutes goes by and I had to go. I left without my food that I had paid for and no refund. I told the employee I'm sorry but I have to go now. Do you think they said "Wait", let me give you a refund. No, they did not.I don't know what your rules are as to what the employees are entitled to get for free during a shift. But you most certainly have employees or at least 1 that I know of that is a thief.When you're busy like that, you should have an employee paying more attention and being more organized. When you're throwing everybody's food and drinks in a disordered mess on the counter jumbled up together.This is literally the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Not only did a employee steal my food and cause me to stand there for almost 30 minutes. They are extremely unorganized, it's a mess.

They always get my order right, they don't complain if I have a difficult order, and they are super friendly. If you like starbucks I highly recommend this one!Parking: Went through the drive-through which was empty, but they had a decent size lotKid-friendliness: They have smaller sizes and cake pops, who doesn't love a good cake pop? Also juice boxes.

I used to go to this Starbucks all the time multiple times a day. My husband went in to throw away our drinks from earlier so we could go through the drive through and get 2 more drinks. He walked in and said “hi ma’am can I throw my drinks away, I’m going to be buying two more.” The lady there screamed no and told him very rudely to get out of the store. I have never experienced such bad customer service!!!!!! So extremely rude! I would highly suggest going to a different Starbucks.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable overall. The downside with Starbucks is that you get to know so many of the staff and then 6-8 months later they are leaving; going to another store; of have just finished their education and moving on to other careers. If they make your drink or serve an item that does not taste the way you expected it to taste, they will quickly address the issue and re-make your drink for you; or take whatever steps to take care of you, as appropriate.

Ordered on the app yesterday 4/2/22 and my card was charged but when I got there the location was CLOSED.Not my reg location, but app ordering should be shut off if location is closed.BAD MANAGEMENT!

I was having a rough day and Kaleb was very thoughtful and kind. I do really appreciate the customer service each time I order at this location. I wanted to leave Kaleb a review specifically because each time he is working the window, no matter how busy it is he is always smiling and very polite.

They let me borrow a phone charger and I accidentally walked off with it! Doh!I have returned! These people are awesome! I come here to enjoy delicious beverages, apply for jobbies, and have fun!I got to pet a border collie today named Macy. ^_^Parking: Over 30Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp!

Inititially, my visit this morning was normal. I just wanted a pink drink & a breakfast sandwich. The person who took my order was very nice and friendly, and again when I got my order. I started driving away and took a bite of my sandwich. It was still cold in the middle. I thought okay, whatever, so turned my car around to get a replacement. The person I spoke to was rather short with me, albeit they did apologize for the inconvenience. They put my sandwich in to get warm, did you know they only take 25 seconds? They handed me my food and apologized rather shortly again and handed me the sandwich then turned away from me. I walked to my car, and when I got there and took a bite of my sandwich, alas. It was cold again.I always go to Human Bean, I came here this morning because I work night shifts so I can't have caffeine before bed. I just wanted a Starbs sandwich because they used to be one of my go tos, nearly every day. My pink drink lacks the luster I remember it having as well.I will not be visiting this location again.

I go to this store every week day to get the same drink which is a medium or large blended vanilla chai tea. Today the girl who took my order told me that was not a thing there & she didn’t understand what I was trying to order. Made me a completely different drink than I ordered. I get the same exact drink everyday & order it the same way & have never had an issue until today & she proceeded to tell me I was wrong & the drink I was trying to order didn’t exist.

I literally never go to Starbucks anymore, but do not eat meat and really wanted a sandwich! Got the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich, a Cookies and Cream Cake Pop and a Strawberry Refresher with Coconutmilk and EVERYTHING was delicious AND only $13?!Everyone from the intercom speaker to the window greeter seemed chipper, as well. Thank y’all for making my morning a bit better today!Vegetarian options: The Impossible Breakfast Sandwich was super yummy! Cake Pops and of course all the beverages are vegetarian as well and are very good :)

The people that work at this location are very nice but even the simplest of drinks are made wrong. I go to this store because it’s close to my house but probably not coming here anymore because my drink is always made wrong. I’m not the type of person to test my drink in the drive thru bc I don’t think I should have to. But I literally get an iced matcha with oatmilk and flavor and they forget the flavor every single time even though I’m paying for it.Like I said the employees are really nice but just take the extra 5 seconds to make the drink correct.

Even when the drive through line is long, the employees get everyone through and taken care of speedily and with fantastic attitudes.More than once there's been a friendly barista taking our order that's made us laugh heartily.They're also very considerate about making sure our dog has his Puppacino, this might honestly be his favorite place by now.

The baristas here are so kind and friendly. Although the coffee they make is great on its own, their service is on another level.
