Haven't been into a Rite Aid in a long time. Much hasn't changed and the prices are still over the top. The items we bought were full price and the sale prices didn't ring up like they should have. The lonely store employee was very friendly and had very good customer service skills.

We have used Rite aid as our pharmacy for over 20 years both in Lebanon and Albany. Great service; and if you watch sales especially seasonal; great prices.

Ana is the laziest and rudest pharmacist I've ever met. She told me on the phone to pick up my meds and when I came to do so she refused to give them to me stating they were closed and the gate was only up to help a friend what a joke and when I complained the overweight girl behind her that looks like a sheep dog on meth went to cussing and yelling. Hopefully for their sake the medical licensing board isn't too strict here.

As a customer of Rite Aid Pharmacy, I can confidently say that they offer a fast, friendly, and professional service even in situations where customers may be confused or irritated. The staff is always patient and understanding, taking the time to address any concerns and providing helpful advice. Also, when customers have misunderstandings about their medications, the staff is always willing to go above and beyond to clarify the situation by contacting their primary care physician. This level of dedication to customer care is truly impressive and sets Rite Aid Pharmacy apart from other pharmacies I have visited. Shopping at the Albany Oregon Rite Aid store is always a pleasure because the music is cool, the store is clean, items are well displayed and it always allows for a stroll, at my pace, through each isle of the store. I always come out with more than I had planned.

I went to get money transferred onto my account and the man working the front was rude and not helpful at all. Hailey is an amazing person and was very helpful and sweet. Does a great job at her job, but it was frustrating not getting the proper help I needed when I came in the first time. It was disappointing because I’ve never had a bad experience here, but tonight was a bad one.

Was just told that they didn't have my son's prescription in stock and that I could call other locations in the area to get it transferred like Fred Meyer or costco. No problem so I call while waiting because I have no idea how to transfer a prescription, stand by the counter to ask the total prescription volume because I have no prescription infront of me it was done electronically only to be told to get away from the counter and that I need to be five feet back at least. Honestly so disappointed in how I was treated. My son was screaming and crying which made no difference to them at all. I guess you are expected to shout a question five feet from the counter to get a response. Thanks for being unkind and flat out rude.

These are the most uncaring group of people. They are so overwhelmed they take it out on the customers. They won’t help transfer RX’s from other pharmacies because it’s to much work. They want the Dr to waste their time trying to figure out how to get a RX filled. I have spent so much time on the phone with Rite Aid and Walgreens trying to get my RX transferred. They are so angry at management that they want to be terrible to the customer. Corporate office please figure this out!! I’m sick of being berated as a consumer for NO REASON!!!!

After 2 days my prescription wasn't ready. I was told that it would be ready in a half hour if I waited in the store or 2 hours if I left. I simply asked if I could wait in my car and a girl behind the counter gave me an eye roll and a "Whatever". I understand that they are overwhelmed, but that isn't my fault. No need for an attitude, I was just asking.

Today, at Rite Aid, I was shopping near the front of the store when I heard some yelling coming from the front registers. I walked nearer so I could understand what was going on. I saw a female employee and a male manager "assisting" two customers. The male manager was yelling at the female employee, "YOU CANNOT HAVE CUSTOMERS WANDERING AROUND THE STORE! YOU DIDNT DARE THINK TO CALL ME? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" I was so frightened and intimidated, I put down my items and ran out of the store. The other customers came out a little after I did. I called an hour or so later to understand who was there. The manager's name was Daniel and the employee's name was Mary. It was such a scary experience. I'm going to have to change my pharmacy while that man still works there.

Our local Rite Aid pharmacy used to be a wonderful pharmacy to use. The pharmacist and techs were the same group of people everyday, and they knew their customers!Now, employees are rotated around the entire region, rarely look familiar, and are inept at customer service.A few days ago, I requested refills of some scripts for myself and family members. I went to pick them up 2 days later and two hadn't been refilled yet! The next day, I was told that one script was still working its way down the line. 4 days after requesting a simple refill, I was finally able to pick it up.Today, I attempted to call the pharmacy with an important question concerning a script. I began calling at around 1:00 pm. I would select 3 from the phone menu and wait to be directed to the pharmacist. The phone rang repeatedly before sending me back into the phone menu where I continued this cycle for nearly 10 minutes. This went on many times for hours!At about 5:45pm, the phone was answered after the 8th time I was sent back into the phone menu. An angry tech barked "I have 3 calls in front of you!" And loudly slammed the phone into its cradle.It is now 8:21 pm and after 100s of attempts, my question has gone unanswered and the only person I spoke to hung up on me.A few minutes ago, I was again going in circles through the phone menu when I finally decided to call the store itself to find out if there had been some type of emergency situation that was causing problems. The very nice cashier told me that he would go back and talk to the manager of the pharmacy area, who happened to be working tonight. He came back to the phone and said that he was transferring me to the manager. I was on hold for 7 minutes before I gave up and hung up the phone.I don't know what has happened to the pharmacy department that has lead to so many rotten experiences with the techs, the pharmacists, or even the pharmacy department managers, but if this is how you treat your customers, I will be taking my family's business elsewhere!

The manager was being a complete waste of air, but the front end cashier (Started with a T) was sweeter than a gumdrop button. My advice try to never ask for their management because who ever was the day shift was completly rude and obviously doesnt know how to be in any sense, kind. I would recommend licking a doorknob with Covid all over it rather than to shop here. Until management knows how to treat customers.

I just love using the Rite Aid Pharmacy. I switched from Safeway because I have shorter wait times and get more assistance. Their Pharmacists are caring and thorough. The store is comfortably laid out with wide isles and predictable product locations. Thank You Ride Aid for being that local store I can run to and always find parking, friendly sails staff, efficiency and great sales.

Pharmacy services there are pathetic they will tell you your prescription will be done the next day it may and may not be and you cannot count on that. My last prescription was for 30 pills of an antibiotic they sent me home with 3 pills in a large bottle.I live 8 miles out and had to drive back in they could care less. I have been given 2 bottles of the the same meds only to realize after that they had a mistake.
