Well, what can I say, I had horrible experience, so if you are thinking about getting your dog groomed, Petco not the best place for this, terrible service and work, even if you pay extra, for extra shedding ( extra 15 minutes brush ) they will return your dog completely uncombed, half wet and they will be rude to you if you ask for explanation. I highly do not recommend their grooming service and especially groomer Kylie L.Don’t Waste your time, money and such bad experience is extra stress for your dog.Honestly it was the worst grooming experience in my life.

It took 3 hours, after the 2 1/2 hour mark I got a call saying it was gonna be a half hour longer due to fact Gunner wouldn’t let the clip his nails and supposedly the tech was afraid he would fall off the table if she continued. She said she was waiting for another tech to come in and help. When I picked him up she told me they were unable to do it once again from fear of him falling off a table. She told me she would suggest me taking him to a groomer. Question 1 are you not groomers there? Question 2 I’m sure you have done bigger dogs before how I know this is because the last time his nails were trimmed it was you all. Do you not have a way to strap him in so you can comfortably trim them? I am very disappointed worst experience, 3 hours and the job wasn’t complete, surely you were short handed and overbooked so I was told this leaves me to believe why he wasn’t taken care of properly.

Kylie is the best, she is always excited to see us and takes such good care of Jazzy. Jazzy's cut is always exactly what I've asked for and she's never stressed out when I pick her up. I also love that Kylie takes the time to make a bandana fit her (she's tiny).

Kylie is awesome with Hope. Hope loves her. We are always very pleased with the job Kylie does. She is quick and efficient in her work and always very friendly and loving to us.

Albany, OR Petco has an exceptional groomer, there is one person that always goes above and beyond with our dog. You can absolutely tell the difference if another groomer there is the one giving him a bath.

We made the appointment online which couldn't have been easier. We were greeted by the employee explainedwhat was going to happen. they made sure that they knew what type of cut we wanted for our dog. It didn't take very long at all and we got a phone call saying to come pick him up. We were able to use rewards so that helped in the cost of the grooming which by the way I feel has gotten much higher especially with the extra fees added on. The cut was very good they did a great job!

Made an appointment for our dog Bella who has been going there for years, online. It had been awhile since she had been (because I couldn't get anyone on the phone)in so I tried to call for over week to see if her vaccine records were up to date. No one answered the phone. I finally left a message, no one called back. I called another department and finally got a person. She said she would go check the records and put me on hold. After about 10 minutes on hold, I was disconnected. Having my name and number i thought she would call back. No. I tried to call again, no answer.. my husband took the dog in, out of time for an answer and they wouldn't bath her. Her rabies shot expired two weeks ago. Wilco does a great job folks. When I first took her in, they actually called my vet to check her records. That is customer service. Bye, bye Petco

We have an older dog that gets nervous easily. Groomers were very sweet, caring, and thorough with cutting his nails. They were great about explaining follow up care needed as well.

Ariel is the best groomer in Oregon! She listens to our instructions and carries them out beautifully. We have a Bedlington terrier, which is one of the hardest grooming cuts to do. Ariel did such a wonderful job. Our fur baby was happy and and looked amazing.Thank you Ariel!

I will not take my dog here again. I find it odd that it's at 4.4 stars at the moment. If it works for you, great -- but my dog and I did not have a good experience.

I didn't hate it but I don't have a dog or cat to be groomed look like it was fine if those people who bring their animals there must think so then that's what matters so I really don't know much about it I do believe they should take other types of animals or mammals

They told me it was going to be $30 for my dogs bath but it ended up costing $35, the gal did put in my dogs shot records correctly so it caused issues and she double booked appointments. She did do a good job grooming my dog and was polite so it was an ok experience in the end.

Ariel is a great gromer - she loves dogs and has excellent people skills. She has worked on my dog many times and the results are always of high quality. My dog gets excited when he sees her - like as old friend!

April is AWESOME!! We have been taking our dog to Albany Petco since it opened. Our Dog Dozer is a grumpy Basset we call a Basshole. When it come to touching his feet/nails he is ferocious but April puts up with his attitude and does a great job. We really appreciate her taking care of our only child. She is 100% better dealing with him than even his Vet.

Ariel is simply the best. She may love our pets even more than we do ourselves. Our cocker adores Ariel and saves her allowance just so she can make Ariel's smile even brighter.

Groomers are gentle with pets while grooming. They work fast and and patiently. Pets tend to like them as well.

They did a great job when I was able to get my dog in. Unfortunately though, they’ve canceled our appointment without notifying us 3 times in the last year. We won’t be returning for grooming services.

Brittany built my trust with the grooming at PetCo! I wasn't going to come back after she left, but was having trouble grooming Ziva, so, I called and talked to Jessalyn, and she gave encouragement and said she could help, she did an AWESOME JOB 👌

Ariel is so kind and patient with Boulder. He is a ball of energy and requires a lot if attention which from the second he walks through the door Ariel showers on him. When he is finished he looks and smells great!
