Our golden retriever/poodle mix has been going to Paradise every 8 weeks for almost 2 years now and I cannot overstate how wonderful they are!! Darrow always looks incredible and we are absolutely thrilled with the service 100% of the time. I don’t know what magic they’re working, but Darrow actually loves going to the groomer and is so excited to be there every time we walk through the door. He looks and smells like a dream and we are so grateful that they take such good care of him.On multiple occasions while we’re out for walks I’ve had people pull over in their cars to ask us where we get him groomed because he looks so fantastic. If that’s not a testament to the skill at Paradise, I don’t know what is!Whether we’re keeping him nice and short for swimming all summer, or a bit longer to stay warm in the winter, they always make sure Darrow is the most handsome boy! A million stars to Paradise!! Best groomers out there!

The staff here are phenomenal!My dogs are a little shy about meeting new people, but as soon as I brought them in to Paradise they loved all of the staff! That enough was good enough to have me keep coming back.The staff always remember my dogs and their little quirks. They always let you know well in advance if something will cause them to be closed, so you can plan accordingly.

I brought our dog in for a nail trim and they let me make a last minute appointment. The two groomers were very nice and Addy felt comfortable. I will be going back and am glad Addy had such a positive experience.

They washed and groomed my middle-aged cat, who had some mats that he (my cat) would not let us deal with. (I tried for months). I finally decided to let a professional do it in the hopes they had better ways and holy cow did they ever! My cat settled down really fast for them (mega props to them for understanding cats!) and they washed & groomed him fabulously. They didn't even need to shave him, they were able to work the mats out (we decided to groom him well before he got bad, so that's probably why he didn't need shaved). I will be bringing my other 2 cats to get the same treatment. (No mats but SO MUCH hair! Lol) What a fabulous place, I'm so impressed with how they handled my cat. Thank you!

Trimmed nails super fast and finally someone was able to get unruly overgrown nails shortened without any bleeding like when we do it ourselves.

A very good place to take your pet. Very friendly and good to your pet. My dog is on the aggressive side but is so calm when they get him to trim his nails and hair. Love this place.

Today was our first experience with grooming—ours and our dogs. Maisie came out looking great (we hardly recognize her!) and seemed to love it there. She’s just a puppy, so I’m sure she wasn’t easy! She came home exhausted, so that’s another plus. 🙂

They've done such a great job with my pup each time we've been there. I moved to Colorado but plan to bring my dog back with me for long breaks from school and will be planning to get him groomed when I'm back in town.

Amazing pet grooming! My pup has anxiety and the ladies at pet paradise always take their time with him to make sure he’s comfortable and don’t rush like other places. Never a bad experience at this place, and they leave your dog perfect !

Great place to get my boy's nails done. Just a quick in and out with no appointment needed! He's not a fan of having his nails done and has seperation anxiety, and the staff is always very nice, even if he's not always thrilled to be there. And they always get all of his paws done! He'll be in next week for another trim!

Really great experience! Our pup was becoming so afraid to be groomed, and for a first time groom appt, it went great!! I'm impressed... he wouldn't let anyone even touch his paws for clippings without getting aggressive, 5 minutes to clip and not a peep out of our pup - BRAVO!!!

They do a nice job at an affordable price. They groomed my Lab puppy who is a handful!! She needed more work on her nails but not there fault, she's a hundred pounds of muscle.

I have been bringing my dogs here for several years. I have a grumpy old dog that doesn't like his nails done, but he allows them to trim him. They know him on sight and know how to handle him so the experience is no longer traumatic.

MY DOG AND I WERE TURNED AWAY.Because I have serious back and knee issues, I am unable to bath our sweet Nala so today I took our precious senior pup for her monthly bath and nail trim to Paradise Pet Grooming in Albany, OR. They know because she is getting up in years she is having a difficult time standing for long periods of time. They have known this and there has never been an issue, that is until today. After an appointment had already been made, they informed me that they would no longer bath Nala. They told me, and I quote, "Safety Before Vanity". I asked what I should do as a senior citizen who is unable to bend down and bath our pup? I pay them $45.00 to give her a simple bath and nail trim, no grooming. and now it seems they won't bath her any longer. She gives them no problems, doesn't bark, bite or fight them. She is calm and sweet. The lady I spoke with had an attitude that came across like she wasn't so much concerned about Nala as she was just didn't want to be bothered by her. Why I then allowed them to trim her nails, I’ll never know. I have always felt a bit of a cold shoulder at Paradise Pet Grooming but I sure didn't expect this. I will never return!

Marley is not fond of getting a pet~a~cure, but he comes through like a champ and dances all the way home for his favorite treat! Paradise Pet Grooming is the best thing since sliced cheese!

These ladies are truly a blessing to anyone who owns or have pets! My 17 year old dog used to have to be Sedated by vet to trim her nails and these were the first to not only succeed in gaining her trust after all these years but did not overcut and make her bleed their prices are great and they go out of their way to get our other dog in on short notice at Christmas. I would most definitely recommend anyone and all to bring their pet

This is the only place I will take my chihuahua. I travel from Sweet Home for their business because no one matches this place. They are very caring and loving when they take care of their customers' pets. Also notable that my chihuahua has a lot of fear and anxiety about getting nails trimmed and they take it seriously and are very kind and patient with him.

My mind was changed by the positive attitude and honest integrity of the business owner. I appreciate the correspondence and apologize for jumping to conclusions. Quick in and out for nail trim. I like having the ability to have our canine's nails done between groomings without a requirement to make an appointment. The staff have always been friendly and forthright with solid advice. We'll definitely be back!!

Paradise Pet Grooming has been nothing but amazing. Their prices cannot be beat. And the love they have for our animals is so comforting. Through no fault of their own, my dog got cut by the trimmer, (he was a complete spaz when it came to haircuts). The owner, Rachelle (sorry if spelling is wrong) showed me and apologized the second I got there. This shows their integrity and care. When one of my dogs passed, they gave me a personalized card offering sympathy and love. As long as I am within driving distance, I won’t go anywhere else!

My Chihuahua furbaby hates her nails being cut! I brought her to these wonderful people and she has no problem letting the take care of her nails! Sunshine and I truly appreciate how wonderful they are to her!

I choose to wear a mask because of where I work and the risk of bringing COVID-19 into my community and hurting someone's mother, father, husband, wife, etc.When your employee at the front counter referred to my mask as a "muzzle" I was shocked. I didn't complain about her being unmasked, that's her choice. I am capable of showing respect to people that I disagree with, clearly that isn't the case for the people that work at this business.They were kind to my dog and gave her a fantastic hair cut. If you agree with their politics you may be welcome here, if not I'd recommend searching elsewhere.(I have chosen to adjust my rating to only reflect my impression of the grooming itself since there appears to be disagreement around what was actually said. In response to the owners comment, there was only one person there at check-in and I clearly heard the word "muzzle" not "muffle." That being said, I won't hold a business and everyone that works there accountable for a "he said she said" disagreement.)
