I will NEVER shop any Lowe's again. A couple of weeks ago I spent almost $600 and there was only one human cashier. There was a long line behind me so there was no time to open an account to which I could have gotten 20% off for opening said account. I just went in today and ordered paint, but could not find the paint color swatch sample. I asked for help and was asked to wait while she helped a customer who was next in line. After that customer left,the paint person proceeded to have a very lengthy conversation with a male employee about another female employees attitude. I left disgruntled. There was a long line in the self check out which I don't use because I came here to be helped, not to work myself, so I went to customer service to pay and she was very dismissive. She said nothing about me being ignored in the paint department or about the not being able to open an account without holding the check out line up any further. However she did make the comment that she was short handed. That's no excuse for ignoring paying customers and their valid concerns.

Most of the time I go here is usually a good experience but not this time!! Checked on line for an item that they were supposed to have but when asking where the product was they replied on the clearance rack because it's a discontinued item!! Could they order it maybe but not positive within the next 5 to 7 days with no guarantee that it's available!!!Another item I was seeking was over priced compared to another store down from this place by maybe a 1/4 of a mile!! I left the store with nothing but frustration!!!

We ordered several appliances a month ago… today was the delivery day for a new range and toilet. We get a call TODAY that the range can’t be transported. After we previously reordered a different range that they told us they couldn’t deliver. Oh and the employees give different information to you regarding delivery and installment fees. They didn’t offer any way of making up for any of the mess they caused. Beyond disappointed in lack of service or care after spending thousands of dollars at this particular location.

I tried Lowe's for first time (new to area) the only thing I can say is wow!!!! I got everything I needed in 1 store my plumbing worries behind me! Thanks for proper stocking & such a nice Store. I will be back for more awesome shopping!

"The truth is shown when you ask someone to go a little above and beyond". This review is an honest representation of just that!Overly aggresive, Rude guy in lumber! Asked to get some wood cut to size. After the 6th cut the guy said " oh my god you're killing me"! Rude To the point that I just had him stop cutting even though I had a couple more cuts to go. Lets just say It was his lucky day!Home depot is always polite and willing to help! I will only go there in the future!It's easy to review a company on the surface observations! Things like appearance, basic assistance. Corporate amenities provided as a standard by the franchise. Crystal in the blinds department really knows her stuff. She definitely will solve your puzzle. Jesse cut a perfect 22 inch blind for me - Heck yeah!!!

Purchased 2k worth of goods on my lowes card and then paid off the bill in less than a month. Month later returned a few items to the store within the return window. Told the person the card was already paid off. She still returned it to my card and now I'm told I have to wait 5-7 days for it to post, call back and then they will issue a check which could take 7-14 days! God forbid you are 1 day late with a payment. But when they owe you they hold it forever! Customer service at this store and thw credit center is a JOKE. Looks like I will just shop the Depot.

Poor service and lack of knowledge. A couple staff members are alright. James is a solid employee. However the rest of the store seems to lack moral and seems miserable. Not to mention all the stuff just blocking everything

A store with so many branches throughout the United States and that does not accept Apple Pay, too bad. If you don't have a card or cash, don't go.

Prices are good and the quality of their products are fine. Their customer service and check out process could definitely use improving. A quick update on this review. Customer support team reached out thanking for the feedback. This shows they are paying attention and care what we think. Bumps them up to a 4.

I love the Albany Lowe's. We're doing a huge renovation project so I have been in regularly for the past year or so, usually pretty late in the evenings. The closing shift is full of awesome weirdos (the purple hair kind - my kind of people! :) The overall culture and vibe of the store is easy and friendly, and the knowledgeable staff are easy to find and happy to help. I've had to go to other Lowe's stores for this project and have not experienced the same vibe. Even though it is smaller than other area Lowe's, Albany is definitely my favorite store. I also appreciate the late closing time. Thanks Albany Lowe's!

Lowe’s took almost 10k from me in August for a fence order and my order has still not arrived. My delivery date has been pushed back 6 times and I have gotten very minimal assistance from their associates.

The employees were mostly very friendly, the young man I spoke with was very willing. There was 1 left in stock great! But it was a return and previous purchaser had damaged a couple things, "not major but still not in new condition to busy now to deal with it.

The staff are knowledgeable but are often busy. The vibe is pleasant, and the layout definitely helps you navigate the place with ease.The 3rd party installers may bump your scheduled installation back due to labor shortages, but that is more a failing of Lowe's corporate and not any particular store.

Lowe’s in Albany, Oregon- Cameron and Larry went above and beyond in assisting with a flooring order- with Cameron sharing photos of his own floor at home and suggesting ways to get a discount on a large order (hello, pro-card) and Larry personally overseeing the rectification of a partially undelivered order- getting someone to pick up a load in Salem for delivery to Corvallis the same day so that my crew wasn’t sitting around with nothing to install. Best customer service I’ve had from a big- box store- and the first review I’ve written for one. 👍

We had GREAT HELP from a man named Todd. He was very helpful & informational. He assisted us in finding items & helped with special fitting for our hand held shower wand to lengthin it. There was real good help there. BUT when it came to checking out , they only had 4 self ck out stands. So we don't do self ck outs. As i was a cashier for 28yrs. And self ck outs only do away with less JOBS AND INSURANCE. MEANING More people unemployed & state insurance. But i asked for a cashier to be opened. So the returned item station opened up for us. Very nice of them . All in all a good shopping trip.

The customer service at this store is excellent! I've had employees go above and beyond to help me find items that weren't shelved in their usual location and help me load large/heavy items into my car. The curbside pickup option has been easy and convenient.
