Lots of variety, the store started out having a lot of things other stores didn't. Over the years, they have grown and are more similar to other grocery stores and carry a lot of the same items. However, they still sell interesting knick knacks you don't typically don't find at a grocery store.

Great store to find deals. It's my go to store. I have noticed items vary by store locations. More beer selections at junction city outlet as opposed to this one. Stores are always clean and stocked nicely.

Some grocery outlets are much better than others. This one has really gone downhill. We were in here while the managers/owners were walking around doing rearranging and moving items. 3 of them walked by us chatting amongst themselves and didn't even acknowledge us or anything. Terrible customer service. The store has become a normal store with prices that are in line with other grocery stores. You are better off going somewhere else. For us customer service is very important. There was no WOW at this Grocery Outlet!

They are always kind and cordial to my family when it's the time of month to stock up our fridge, kind to my children even when my son gets a bit hyper they have shown me respect as a customer as well as a person. Old inventory and too high of prices for old inventory and close dated foods that spoil before you can use it. For a few cents more, you can have fresh. They just want to get every last cent they can get and call it a discount grocery place.

This is a great store. It's clean, well organized ad employees are friendly and helpful! They have some really good deals, and a wide variety of items.They also sell Alcohol here. Discount prices.Food, Alcohol, some household items.

Got a bad watermelon, should of known better than to buy produce there. Let the employees know but would of had to bring it in to get money back they said, who wants to haul a rotten melon all the way back in. Anyway, better to stick with the processed stuff or be really careful with the perishables. The milk etc can be very close to expiration. Over all its pretty good, you get what you pay for but a little disappointed today. Probably will go in there less often.

It's not as good as Lebanons location, but it's better than Corv. I know they're most likely under different management than the other 2, but a little more consistency between the stores would bring more people in IMO.

Compared to other Grocery Outlets I've shopped at (Salem, Stayton, Forest Grove) the prices seem to be about $1 - $3 higher and a lot of everyday essentials (produce, meat, eggs) can be found cheaper at Wal-Mart and Winco. Great to pop in every once in awhile to see what specialty items they have for a few bucks cheaper but not a great option for normally scheduled grocery trip if you're really trying to find the best deal. Employees are kind and the store is clean and organized.

I shop there all the time and today I had the rudest cashier, a younger girl. The only words she spoke was my total price. Never even asked if I wanted a box or bag and I had a full cart. She spent the whole time talking to other cashier and a employee

First time to Albany store. Had what I was looking for and then some. Very nice woman checked us out. Several workers asked if we were finding everything or needed help. Great place good prices. Will definitely be back. I also shop at the store in Stayton. Great place too.

For this Albany branch, most of the staff are friendly and helpful. They however do not guarantee that the prices that are marked on the shelf are the prices that will be charged. I asked at check out about a charge that was 20% higher than marked on the shelf, only to be told that they don't guarantee their prices, and would not adjust it to the price that it was advertised at.

Incredible prices for regular and exotic groceries. Often more than 50% off. Like Marshall's but for fresh & frozen foods, dog treats, Kefir, Latin staples etc

The staff member I spoke to was very helpful. I didn't have any expectations upon entering other than I could find "great deals on cheese" (no, really). Admittedly, however, I found the costs to be comparable to other places, so I'd say other than a one-off bargain you might find here and there, what it has going for it is its distance in proximity to other grocery stores and my home.

They don't have every brand, but if you just need one item, and aren't picky, they are cheaper and faster than the other stores. Run in to grab an onion, bag of chips, they're quick and easy.

Deals on some items like chicken thigh, drumsticks, spices, cereal, frozen dinners. Other things are pretty similarly priced to regular grocers. The end cap/closeout finds are the real deal when visiting these stores.

Always a fun hunting down treasure experiences for me! I love valuable good buys and discovering new products to purchase. Awesome Discounts, friendly and knowledgable staff and very arms a-welcoming environment! I love exploring the first aisle and in the front area of the store because that’s the location of the treasures and gems!

Nicer and more selection than the Grocery Outlet stores in Corvallis and Lebanon. Not as good as the one in Stayton. Same low prices though. Great customer service. I will return.

Food store they carry close out and discontinued items. Wine they have a great selection of Wine.I've Never purchased anything bad or gotten sick from the food. Including the Corvallis store, had to make the drive to Corvallis before the Albany store opened. You'll find items one week then the next week gone, never to be seen again sometimes.

The inventory is always changing and that's what I like most about it. I'll get really exciting deals on a huge variety of items. Way cheaper that most stores. ESPECIALLY with it being next to Safeway, it makes no sense to not stop in here first to see what they have before you go next door. :)

Frozen section was almost non-existent, also the refrigerated and frozen food seemed to be warmer than they should be, so warm I told my wife to stay away from the stuff. Fairly clean I just feel it's not up to par compared to the 6 or 7 other grocery outlets i've been in. If I was in the area I would stop in again.

Prices are great !Lots of low priced gluten free foods.Good cheese selection, great canned foods, condiments and staples. I love the natural chicken and pork loin roasts. And good prices on drinks. Thank you Outlet folks for finding the Gluten Free foods and stocking them.
