Awesome place. I came here to buy Lumberjack smoking pellets. They are the best you can buy and Cool's is the only distributor for hundreds of miles. Very happy to have them within 30 min where I live.

Bought dog food, bird seed & suet for about $30 less than other stores in our town. The employees are always friendly & are almost instant about carrying your items to your vehicle. Very refreshing!

We love this place! Great customer service! Tonight, I left work with very little time to make it to the store and buy dog food and I am completely out. I called and they held the store open for me and had my dog food ready to go. That seems exceptional to me!

It's small inside the building but looks like they have a little bit of everything for your feed from cats and dogs to horses and cows. They are nice folks and incredibly knowledgeable. Also, if you need to give your pets their shots, and aren't squeamish, the shots aren't too expensive.

I used this feed store from before these guys owned it, and it is better than ever! They know about what other people in the area use for success and know there products. If you tell them what your situation is, they will offer low, med and high quality solutions and prices for you to choose from quickly. They do the research so you don't have to. Their pet leashes, halters, toys etc are good quality and pricing too.

Great Service! They load the chicken feed etc bags. Good prices for being near downtown vs. driving farther to big box store! To earn a 5 star they'd need someone with first hand knowledge of the animals I have (chickens & goats). Like anything, must self educate & not rely on salesman - not a slam, just reality :-)

The staff here are great. The selection of cat and dog food is good, I think. We were able to get our questions answered and after shopping around town found that the food we want to get for our dog & cats is cheaper here than anywhere else nearby.I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff and pleased that they also carry sundry cat and dog toys.

Better prices than I found online and elsewhere in town for our cats food. The staff are helpful and nice enough to carry my purchases to my car for me. That's a big help because I usually have a kiddo on my hip taking up armspace.

Cools is an wonderful place to go for feed and pet food/supplies. Not only are the prices reasonable, but the people that work there are awesome! Everytime we go there they even carry our dog food to the car for us.

This feed store in downtown Albany is friendly and clean. They have a great selection of feed and will order what you want if they dont have what you want. The guys running this shop are great and knowledgeable.
