I live in the area so I don't have the knowledge of staying here but visited some friends here and the place seems very nice. It's clean and well kept and you can't beat the location, right next to the river. I would stay here if I were camping and looking for a place to spend some time.

Very quiet only noise was the river. I was here very early season so had the place to myself. I didn't get notifed of how to check in after 4pm but I located the chef/cook and he found the manager, both were on their own time but we got it sorted out. If seclusion is your bag this is the place to be. Bed was comfy, lots of plug ins and warm. No internet, TV or cell service slept for 9 hours. It was great.

Had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful area! Clean facilities. Played horseshoes and enjoyed live music and great food at the Cougar Lane Lodge and Restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

This is such a beautiful place. So relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the river and the activities that go on at the shore and on the river. Our cabin had a really nice kitchen. They where stocked fairly well for kitchen pots pans and so on to be able to make meals. They even provide paper towels and Kleenex tissues. You don't always find that in a cabin rental. The place was pretty clean. they really should pull the cushions off the couch and vacuum in between customers especially if someone has had a dog and there. The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked but we got by. If you like flat pillows they have those too. The Loft is definitely for little people! All in all we had a wonderful visit.

Had lunch here as part of Jerry's jet boat tour. The facility was nice, clean bathrooms oh, the provided meal was pretty good and they had a large menu with a variety of other items offered. There is Park Model RV rentals here along with a Rocky River Front Beach and boat launch area.

Beautiful location, friendly managers, clean bathrooms& showers!! Quiet & remote. Cell service & wifi are dependent on proximity to the office, so plan accordingly. Be careful of snakes near & in the river. The Cougar Lane Restaurant, Bar & Convenience Store are great options across the parking lot for groceries, food & supplies.

We had to use their public restroom that was very clean. I would liked to have stayed there for the night but there was no vacancies.

We actually drove up there to have lunch at the cougar Lane restaurant. This is a favorite thing of us to do in the summer. The food there is exceptionally good. Great barbecue and large portions. It is lovely to sit out on the deck when the sun is shining and enjoy a wonderful lunch and beverage.

We had a great stay in the camping section. Clean bathrooms and affordable camp site. Biked over the forest from Elk River. Steep walk to the river which gets shaded later in the evening. Water will warm up as summer gets hotter. Friendly staff. Friends had a hook up site. Very level, affordable. Close to the road so we did hear local truck traffic and folks out for the holiday weekend.

Wow, wow and wow!!!Such a beautiful place! Quiet, serene, comfortable!Alyssa and Baxter are fantastic hosts. Although we only met Barb for a minute, we think she is also a wonderful person.Make the trip back into Agnes RV park, it IS well worth the extra miles.My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here for camping, RVing or and or boating. Beautiful starry nights, so awesomely wonderful. The river is only a minute walk down a pathway.Thank you you so much for letting us enjoy the beauty you live in. And most of all-Thank You for a wonderful experience. We will be back.

I haven't stayed here yet, but I intend to soon. I found it when I landed here in my job as an EMS helicopter pilot when I came to pick up a woman injured in the Rogue River. This place is beautiful and I will be back in my RV.

We stayed at the beautiful cabins four different times in the last two months. The scenery is breath taking. Management is wonderful and so gracious. Can't say enough about the cabins. They are stocked with everything you need (except food). Worth every penny paid. Can't wait to return.

It was OK. They let us use their restroom which was in much need. We were looking for the town of Agnes but never did find it. It was a very scenic drive from Brookings Oregon.

Always fun to stay there but last weekend was a little rough around the bar area. Wouldn't want to take my grandson to dinner there on a Fri or Sat night that close to the bar. That being said,every one there is great.

My wife and I & her daughter and her son and his girlfriend.went on the Jet Boats up to the rapids above Agness then came back to the restaurant for lunch ... Great trip ... I've done it 25 times or more since I got here ( to Brookings) back in 94 ... I would recommend it to anyone who is New to the area or anyone who has never experienced it ... The ride is always different ... And the. Food @ the restaurant is EXCELLENT... They give you about an hour and a half to get what you want and leisurely enjoy it before the trip back to Gold Beach... They have 2 or 3 trips a day so it's easy to fit into your schedule ... One of the most Fun things to do in this whole area !!! 🤠😀🤗

While the is very full, it was still nice. Everybody was respectful of quite hours, and it was family friendly. Seems like they try to plan events here most weekends so there is something new to do. Yeah I would recommend it.

Good food great place nice decide for the outback. Food could have been served fresher though as the meals we had late afternoon seemed like they were left overs from the lunch crowd. Otherwise I would have given a five star rating.

Nicely maintained RV park nestled in the forest next to the wild and Scenic Rouge River. Park includes RV hookup and cabins while next door there is a small hotel (only 5-6 rooms) a mini-bar for last minute supplies, ice and fishing licenses and a restaurant and bar...and the beauty of nature.

If you like to party all night. Get no sleep, no peace and quiet then this is the party spot for you. Dogs fighting, kids screaming and people arguing with each other was not worth the 655 dollars that I paid to stay in the cabin there.

Agness RV Park and Jim Dunlevy Guide Services make an awesome pair! Great location on the Rogue River and even better when the Chinook are coming up river. Lots of families, kids, dogs, swimming, fishing, can't wait to go back!

I haven't stayed overnight as a guest, but they have $3 showers and that comes in handy when you're just getting off the river and trails. The shower lasts as long as you want and hot water is included. I recommend shower shoes or sandals as it could be considered a public shower...

To start we went on the mail boat ride. It's Agness, Oregon...where else are you going to go?! Just be careful where you eat. 2 choices and we got the 10 thumbs down restaurant! Can't remember the name but it starts with an "S". The corn on the cob had absolutely no taste whatsoever. None! And I mean none! How can you mess up corn on the cob?! I hope this helps!

Stayed here one night while waiting to go up river the fallowing morning. Welcoming and friendly Management. Room was awesome!! Clean and well appointed.. Highly recommended!!
