Anthony in the grooming salon took such good care of our dog! We have been fighting fleas for months and took him to get a flea bath about a week ago. We have seen no fleas since! They are always so happy to see Tank and so sweet with him! Tank hates baths but always gets excited to go to Petsmart!

I was very upset when I went to petsmart on line it said you had swardtail fish so I drove 70 miles to get some but to find out you didn't have any and the lady said I could go 10 more miles and they might have some. Stupid right.

I wish this wasn't the closest Petsmart. This store would benefit exponentially from firing half its employees and installing self check out. Employees are slow and too busy chit chatting to check people out - and this is the case every single time i come in here. Always a long line at checkout because one lane is open and whichever employee it is is god awful slow. Self checkout in this case benefits the company and customers. Please install them for the love of god 🙄

We wanted to buy a couple of goldfish and were asked what size tank we had. We said a 10 gal. Woman working area told me I couldnt buy the fish because i would need 20 gal. tank per fish. Asked to speak to manager and he said too bad because they had to be sure fish would have safe and appropriate home. Refused to sell me fish. Left humiliated and emptyhanded. We had a two hour drive home and had to go back into city again to other petsmart to get fish to take home. Another 45 min. to get fish and head home. No trouble there. The nerve! I had aquariums before this gal was born!

Terrible customer service! Especially fish department! I was lectured on fish care and talked down too! I was told my fish wouldn’t make it more then a couple days due to lack of care and no refund would be given if I chose to buy them and they didn’t make it. All in front of my children! Didn’t enjoy her attitude at all! Several weeks later my FISH are doing great thanks to MY care!

If I could rate zero I would. They need help in the fish section. Constantly rude and it’s more than one employee. The younger gentleman and older woman are the only ones worth a thing there. Last straw for me was when I came to get crickets, the employee told me she could only send me home with 20 because she needed some for her animals. Petco has had my business since. Good luck.

Your Gourami fish are inbred. One came with a parasite and one other clearly has indovirus. One out of the three I bought seems healthy. Funny considering how the employees grill you about the size of your tank when you buy fish there. In reality, the fish suppliers clearly have some issues.

I started using the grooming department due to the fact that I found a groomer that my dog really liked. Since then she’d had to go to a few different groomers and she still come back looking good and she doesn’t get too upset when I leave her. It makes me believe they’re trying their best to take care of her, which is a big deal to me. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

First time I've ever been told by a veterinary staff that they refuse to issue Travel Certificates for animals unless they are my pets primary care giver.5 Moves, 2 overseas, with 3 different pets seen by many providers and this location wouldn't even entertain the idea. "We don't see outside pets because they cause too many problems and we have the right to refuse anyone" is what the manager told me on the phone. When I asked if being active duty military traveling on orders made a difference with their policy, she laughed and said "No it doesn't".We have all the required paperwork, including FAVN test results, rabies vaccinations, microchips, and export declaration with forwarding address, so it wasn't like we were coming unprepared...Was extremely off-putting to be treated so rudely over a travel certificate.

We love taking our pup to the grooming department. Darris does a great job! He was gone for a little and we tried another place with a horrible experience. We will never make that mistake again! Our pup loves going to the salon and always looks great.

My dog comes here for his shots etc and I’ve never had a problem! All the lady’s I’ve met so far have been super sweet!! BUT I called today to switch his appointment date and time around and the lady laughed at me on the phone like I was stupid because my vet told me one thing and the front desk was saying another about surgeries times and procedures which I was NOT aware of.. Communication should be better and customers shouldn’t be getting laughed at for things the vet tells the pet owners. Hope that lady isn’t there when I need to check in my dog. Her name was Nakeeta? I don’t know. Just didn’t like the way I was talked too.

Friendly staff, respectable prices on mainstay items.Would avoid their vet services like the plague though. They will over charge for basic medications and guilt you for not buying x or y recommendation for the betterment of your pet.

This location is pretty good. Nothing super special to write home about but everyone I’ve encountered over many, many trips has been polite. And the store is usually pretty clean and organized. Overall, this is a good place to get your pet supplies. Don’t forget to pull up prices on Chewy on your phone because they will price match for you if it’s cheaper on there!
