Haven’t taken my pet here for a groom personally in ages but I always come here to find chips on dogs or to get my pet checked. Staff is always amazing and willing to help, it might take a little while if they are busy but always 10/10 customer service. I absolutely hate the prices of some of their products and think it’s always cheaper somewhere else. Nothing against this store or the people working here but I do not like how petsmart sells some products that specifically hurt the animals they are spelled for. Hurtz and Marshal brand products should not exist and should not be sold.

The lady said she had been a groomer for 25 years didn't know anything. I took my pet to PetS Smart, they were able to get my furry baby done without a problem

They took great care with our 3 month old puppy's likes and dislikes. She came back to us happy, and her coat was so soft and shiny! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back again!

We got our corgi dog groomed there and the shaved all her hair off and cut her mane. She looked absolutely awful and it has affected the way she acts. I absolutely do not recommend!

I've had Shiloh there twice, and have been more than satisfied! The staff is very friendly and Shiloh loves the attention he gets from the girls!! He prances around like he's a king for a couple of days after his grooming, like he's showing off how good he looks!! 😊😊

I've taken Leia to other grooming salons, and it's been a difficult experience for her. She's a high anxiety, high energy kind of gal, and it takes a special person to be and to work with her. The entire staff at Petco is so loving towards every time we've been in to visit.

Leslie always helps us with our fur babies. She is so kindnand cares so much for all the pets that are brought in for grooming. Leslie keeps us informed about shots that are coming due and lets us know when the Vet will be at our Yukon Petco. We always feel at ease and confident that Leslie will take care of our fur babies.

From the online appointment scheduling to Kelsey's rapport with Riley during her first grooming, it was fantastic! Also, the prices were reasonable and the grooming service done in a reasonable amount of time.

They always do a great job with our schnoodle. He is a very timid thing and they handle him with love. The groomers are always so friendly and seem to love their jobs.

I didn't get my pets groomed here but was buying cat food. A good friendly place to shop and the dog trainer is super nice, pets love her!
