The Groomers are Amazing! Everything else here at Petco is mediocre. Prices are awful, Rabbit Selection is poorly stocked if they even have what you need. The Fish is little to none unless you want the plain gold fish or dead fish.

Had a great experience with the groomer first time but have been turned away for the last four attempts. They were closing they were full come back later and last attempt made an appointment and then claimed my dog tried to bite so no service was done. I’m shocked he has never bitten before he is very social with everyone.Pet smart took my dog in and he did great ten minutes later. They said he was nervous but only needed a few hugs and he was fine.

I was able to get a new betta when I tookMy receipt back to Petco. They were very polite and friendly. My first betta died a few days after I purchased it. But I’m very satisfied with my new betta.

Boughtt four fish, took them home and waited the appropriate time to release them into my tank that already had two fish in it. All four fish died and then my two fish died as well, all within 24 hours. I had had my algae eater for 3 years. Now I have an empty tank.

It was great! We got all of our items on sale. Saved over $100! Didn't have anymore X-Mas outfits for the xxs buggers! Guess everyone's got tiny dogs these days! Better luck next time!

The price for services is aligned with the service received. I think if they weren’t so extremely overwhelmed they could spend a little more time catering to the specific dog’s needs but overall I took my pup in for a bath and a cut and that is what I got. The groomer listened to what I wanted and provided what I requested. Worth every penny.

Staff is friendly and always give a couple extra crickets free of charge for my bearded dragon, make sure to do your own research though as many of the guides there are not up to date or do not meet the requirements for what a pet should have, still better than petsmart at least

Store is horribly run & incredibly understaffed & it makes it impossible to get service. Gone to this petco multiple times to be completely ignored or get poor service 10 minutes later. This place is a last resort when petsmart is out of what I need & I always regret attempting to shop here.

We often get feeder mice here. Sometimes it takes a while to find and get help with the mice, but overall I think its a good store. The employees are always very nice and knowledgeable

Today's experience was much more enjoyable than most others because the cashier was waiting to check customers out. The new sign says you may wait while the cashier's doing other jobs/tasks.

Employees seem to be fine, just thought i would share the presidents bs sale. If you spend 60 or more you get 20$ off, if you spend 100 or more you get 30$ off. Problem is, 75 percent of instore products are excluded; see attached.

Went in to the vet for fvrcp & rabies shot alone. They tried to offer me another service, which I passed. We then go into the medical room, to which the lady who checked me in tells the veterinarian that I’m getting fvrcp, rabies, and dewormer (which my cat has already had), so then I had to tell them that wasn’t needed and they took it off. After the shots are done, the invoice lists that my cat received fvrcp, felv, and rabies. To which the leukemia (felv) shot I did not need as my cat is an indoor-only cat, which I told them. I did not request it nor was I told they were including it. So after having them remove added-on services, I was still charged for things I did not ask for. You would think maybe to confirm what shots my cat was getting if I’m having to correct them multiple times. Very frustrating

I have to write about three people that stood out at this place.As a first time pet owner I honestly didn’t know what to ask but Michael was super nice and informative. He really helped me and gave me such a great first impression of this place.Tisha who is the dog trainer super nice and informative also. When I booked I loved how she said you can even call me after the classes are done.Robyn- I called yesterday to just get an idea on grooming services and low cost spay places. Even though pet o doesn’t do it, she still took her time to help me.These three people have really gave me such a great impression of this place.

I have NEVER had a problem until I was trying to replace my fish that died and upon trying to exchange she just refused and tried to act like I wasn’t capable of caring for a fish after our previous lived for 2 years almost. I have never been treated like that before bc from the moment I approached counter she wanted to make it a problem and it was VERYupsetting to me. HORRIBLE customer service and don’t go here for pets. Esp if you get a weak fish that is beyond your control. I bet when she’s a mom w/ small children she’ll be a bit more sentimental and kind to customers that’s per diidnt work out.

We go here for ALL of our pets. They have a vital program that has saved us a lot of money. They all care about the animals there and can not go wrong with who helps you out. If you need anything for your pet, this is the store to go to!

The staff are always helpful, great selection of dog and cat food, and very clean. I especially like how much money I save with the refillable cat litter buckets!
