My husband and I are team truck drivers and have our little dachshund Dixie with us, and needed a place to wash her today. I luckily found Pawtopia! We are out on the road here for months at a time and it is an extreme challenge to ever find a place to be able to wash our baby. No one/ any truck stops hardly let us take our 8 pound senior in to just take a bath even when we pay money for a shower for ourselves to take a shower! The self wash concept is amazing! I was so impressed with the equipment and the tools they had for us to use today to bathe and groom Dixie! I felt like a professional groomer! The room was incredibly clean, quiet, and had everything we could want and need to keep her calm, comfortable, and safe. Once we walked into Pawtopia, we were immediately greeted with kindness and the girl at the counter was extremely helpful (I am sorry I did not catch her name today) and made sure to check in on us while we were bathing Dixie. Aside from the excellent wash facilities, their store is top notch with products. I bought Dixie a new bed today and this really nice mat for the floor in the back of my bunk that is washable. Thank you Pawtopia for accommodating this trucker family, you are a life saver and we will be back next time we are rolling through OKC!

We have a cat will food allergies… itching and loose stools. It’s been a headache finding something he will eat that doesn’t aggravate that. Finally found this place. Because our cat needs a novelty protein, it’s been really hard finding a cat-palatable food. Customer service was wonderful! They ordered what we needed and sent a text letting us know the order. They ordered quickly.I wish there was a review space to write reviews specifically for the staff. Friendly, and accommodating. Thanks for that Pawtopia.I recommend this store highly.

Used their self service dog wash, super convenient you don’t have to bend over the bath tub! They provide towels, shampoo and conditioner, brushes etc. There is a pet blow dryer for use too. I paid $58 to use the dog wash for two dogs and a treat each.

Great place with great customer service! Wonderful selection of natural/healthy locally sourced treats! They also have the best selection of HEAVY DUTY dog toys for the most intense chewers! And the dog wash is such a great thing to have!! Only complaint I have ever had Is the prices! When we started going their a bag of the food my dog eats cost $67.99 just 2 years ago, it now costs $96.99 (as of 2023). Otherwise it is a fantastic place and the only place I get my pets things from!

They're the only ones that carry signature kangaroo in town. I love the prices in the selection and the employees are super friendly. Today the lady carried out my 25 lb bag of dog food, she doesn't realize what a blessing that was to me as I have a muscle condition and my arms are super weak. But I wasn't going to ask for the help, so it was so nice that she just did it.

First time customer!! My bf and I took our German Shepard, Max, and he was very nervous at first. The staff was very helpful and understanding!! After 20 of trying to get him in the wash station some of the staff members offered us some treats and left the room, which definitely help!! They have towels, different types of shampoo and conditioner, blow dryers..we came on a Thursday so they had a deal going!! Prices are great regardless.. absolutely loved this place we’ll definitely be back!

Went to Pawtopia to give our large breed dog a bath. Great experience the staff is friendly and welcoming, they have everything you need and the price is affordable. They also have all the food and pet supplies you could want a one stop pet store.

This pet store's self-serve is so convenient for bathing and drying my large doodle puppy. I love the helpful staff and useful tools that are kept in great condition, with a wide selection. This was our second time coming, on a Thursday for their special and it is a greatly appreciated value! Thank you for being so amazing Pawtopia, he is tuckered out but LOVED the duck foot!!

Poor customer service. We used to come here every weekend for the dog wash. The prices keep going up and the times to shut down keep changing. Dont know if its legit management changes or the teenagers not wanting to do their jobs. Last visit today, I get there at 405, they turn me away because there are 4 dogs in line and they dont want to stay late? You dont close till 5. I'll be back to get my "free" wash, then never again.

Great place to take your dog for a bath. They have all the soaps and conditioners you'll need. My hound used to scratch all the time until I started bathing him there. And it's only $10 for a dog under 20 lbs. Plus they have all kinds of food and treats to choose from.

Self serve dog wash, a whole wall dedicated to pupper toys, lots of food choices from big box brands to small batch holistic brands. Even a treat bar/bulk area. Where you can mix and match different treats, even some freeze dried options to facilitate in the grain free diets of a lot of animals. Absolutely love this place, i will be back.

I go in and they pull up on their computer what I get every time, bring it to the register, and carry it to my car. Always friendly, helpfuland knowledgeable. Store is always clean and has great pet inventory. Back room area for bathing pets of all sizes. Love me some Pawtopia.

Came here for the first time to do the dog self wash station and it was a great experience. Young ladies at the front were super helpful helpful so sweet. Will definitely we back. They also have several brushes, shampoos and body spray for you to choose from as well and a high platform area to blow dry your dogs hair easily without having to bend over as well. Which is a plus!

What a great store!!!! The associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. We used the self service dog wash, it was in excellent condition and had all kinds of different products we could use. We purchased several chew bones for our heavy chewer and he loves them. Do your pet and favor and take them shopping here.

They were so helpful when I went in to find something, ANYTHING, my dog could actually eat that I didn't have to cook in the oven! It's so hard to find stuff he's not allergic to, but they were actually able to do so!

Very impressive, love their chew bar. All of their products are reasonably priced. I went there for the Yak cheese and deer antlers. They even have a dog washing station which I also thought was priced fair. I will definitely be going back.

Pawtopia is the best place in Yukon to find healthy food and treats for your fur babies! Their bath stations are amazing, and the selection of real animal product treats (smoked, dried, freeze dried, etc...) is beyond comparison when it comes to chain stores like Petco or PetSmart! They have a point system that earns you FREE bags of food, and they have samples of different brands/flavors you can try on your dog before committing to whole bags of food. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so until they close their doors!!

Great store, absolutely love your pet bath area. Only critique would be two out of the three teens working were glued to their phones while there were quite a few folks in the store. They were very helpful when asked, just not great optics.

We went in for the self serve dog wash. Nice roomy tub, plenty of hot water, lots of choices for shampoo. Very easy to use. Dryer had variable power but air was not warm. Very friendly helpful staff. Plenty of treat choices. Reasonable pricing. This will be our "go to" dog wash location.

They have a great facility and staff is great. The only comment I have is I wished the dog grooming area was better ventilated it gets really hot and humid when they close the door to the grooming area. Other than that everything is easy and convenient. Great price too.

I love this place! I have taken one of my big dogs (120 pounds) there for a bath. Being able to go to a place like this saves my back, my house and my sanity!!! It was so easy and reasonable too. They have a great selection of dog food, treats and supplies too. I go to Pawtopia for all my pet needs. Best place in Yukon!
