We went back to Walmart today and I want to say that the cashier named Angie at register 6 was awesome. When we checked out even with a huge amount of groceries her smile and friendly attitude didn't waver at all. She was even really fast at scanning. I wouldn't be surprised if her scan counts stay at at least 700!

Automotive will not set you an appointment for the same day but called the day before and they said no did not need one we get there it's at least 2 hour wait dont have time for that the manager did not care it's there way or no way

I love this Walmart. Associates are usually welcoming and helpful. Curbside team is always fast and friendly. Very grateful to have this store nearby!

Very few of the employees have manners and are respectful, the rest are hateful, lazy, and will not help or move out of the way when you need by, even after asking them kindly.The store is clean, well stocked, and all together nice.If you go there, don't expect any help from many of the employees there.

Nation wide retailer, doesn't have tap... I have to go out to my vehicle to get a physical card to complete my transaction. Ma & pa shops have tap! Would not recommend.

Stopped into the Garden Center for some succulents and planters. They have a pretty good selection of individual plants and they are hearty starters for my planter boxes.Bought a tray of 32 plants. Turned out to be great little starter plants.

When I go there it is to stock up for groceries for a couple months. Everytime I go to checkout there may be one ore two checkouts open and the rest are self checkouts. I buy a lot. Really to much to self check with my heath so the only time that happens is when my adult kids take me, otherwise I need help. I do not agree with stirs getting rid of checkers and help for self check. If we have to check our self out we should get a paycheck for working there!!!!!!!! I do mean that. What ever happened to costumer service. There are extra employs in the isles falling over each other to get out of work. Get it together management. Customers should not have to run the store.

Has anyone else bought road hazard warranty then try using it to only be ALWAYS told its to close to the side wall (their cop out)? Then they try giving you cheaper tire. Ive had to take our tires to K&S to be fixed each time.

We live about 40 minutes from the closest Walmart... We went specifically for lawn fertilizer. They had none!Also the bread we always buy is rarely stocked. They have tons of other types, but usually less than 6 loaves of the 100% whole grain selection we like...This store seems to be providing less and less options throughout the store......Plus trying to check out can be a nightmare! I like to go through the ones with actual human cashiers, not me!! They have few if any cashier lanes open... So yeah...Walmart at least in Enid needs to up their game!But one positive is that the majority of employees are friendlier and a lot better than a few years ago!!

This walmart was very friendly until you got to the register. The older lady was just throwing the groceries in the bag, didn't matter what it was. Then she was complaining about how hot it was in there. It was 67 outside, it was perfect for us. We are from MN buying a home in Woodward, I would really like to think of this as our Walmart. The one we go to here us horrible.

One of the managers (Gill) in ACC (auto care center) is rude to customers and that’s only if you can get him off his phone long enough to deal with a customer. Don’t recommend this ACC if he is on shift, your car will not be takin care of in a timely manner, will get yelled at for the smallest inconvenience for him (like getting him off his phone), and his attitude is the worse. He shouldn’t have anything to do with customer service WHAT SO EVER! Would give less than 1 star just how his customer service is n how he treats his coworkers. He shouldn’t be in a position of authority because he has no customer service skills.

Sherry the team lead is Aplus+ she found a much sought after item 6pk cupcake containers and hunted in the stock room until she found them and saved the day! Carol in customer service is a long time employee who also goes the extra mile and delivers even the most tedious incidents with a smile. Carol had the patient of a saint!

It's pretty clean sometimes they move stuff around a little too frequently but I like a lot of people that work there they seem really friendly and always try to help no matter what and it's pretty peaceful not overcrowded. They really have a great Walmart pick up crew and now that I have a baby, I've noticed how great their baby section is! Couldn't survive in Woodward without this place!

Woodward Walmart always has great people working. Great prices and usually has everything stocked well. We love the curbside pickup they offer, always friendly people loading our car.
