Bought a battery for my son's truck it was bad. I took it back they tested it and their tester started smoking they told me the battery was good. What a joke. Never will I go back and I suggest everyone else do the same

Excellent inventory of all you need. If they don't have it, 75% sure you don't need it. Ammo? Check. Canning supplies? Check. The staff was helpful.Here is my only issue...There is a lot of stuff here made in China. I needed to purchase a new pocket knife specifically made in the U.S.A, But none they had in stock were American made.I left without making a purchase not out of protest but because I don't need a knife I had to settle for.In review, stocked well, friendly staff.Please stock more made on America items and point them out! Make it obvious that you are proud to support more American workers.Dispite my complaints...You should shop here!Railway Worker Approved.

They have almost everything that might be needed on a Ranch. Their bolts are about half the price of the bolts at Ace hardware and almost everything else they have is a very competitive price. Their customer service is usually good. They are always my first choice in Woodward if they have what I need.

Love love love this place. A lil bit of everything and then some. Now where I shop all my ariat and kitties needs. Love the prices especially on glassware bowls. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I always have 1000 questions and they don't get annoyed with them.

Out of towner looking for some safety toe boots for work, surprisingly they had a decent selection. More selection then some other boot places here in town. Looks like they have more to offer than boots, but I didn’t get a chance to look around. Lots of variety for sure.

They have rearranged and added more product to the Woodward store. Our store just keeps getting better!I went in to shop hardware for a project and found exactly what I was needing with the help of a friendly associate.By the way, hardware prices at Atwoods are the best in town. I shop many places for many items but this is my goto for hardware hands-down.Thanks for great customer service.

It has improved. The people running the place aren't treating certain people like they don't belong in their store. Before if you weren't wearing a 10 gallon hat, cowboy boots & had a wad of tobacco in your mouth they would treat you like a diseased person! I guess they figured out that a customer is an important person, no matter how they dress.

A really friendly staff member helped me look around at boots. He didn't quite know what I was looking for but took the time to try to figure it out and help anyways. He probably spent 10 minutes helping me. Above and beyond in my opinion.

I came into your store on Sunday as I do every week and to buy some feed. I met a young lady with a great smile and tons of enthusiasm named Shelby. She was working in the clothing/shoe department. Shelby was BEYOND helpful and made the experience so wonderful. She was joking with my kids and even kneeled down to talk to them on their level. She was so kind and helpful that we left with two new pairs of shoes. KUDOS to her attitude and willingness to be helpful and go the extra mile to make a customer feel welcome and help her. You have a wonderful employee and I hope you recognize her for it.

I went in looking for an outside water faucet I could not use the bathrooms they were out of order when I found someone and asked them about where I could find the faucets they just pointed and said somewhere over there a couple hours over would not help me find it I ended up eating frustrated and we got the products I needed

Always have what I need. Swimming Pool filters are very reasonably priced. My farm animals think the chicken feed and cattle cubes are delicious!!

Helpful people and lots to choose from! From pet food, insect repellent, candy, furniture, air conditioners and clothes. My Son is a large man and they have clothes to fit him at a reasonable price. Clothes for women and children. Boots and shoes for all. More than what I mentioned❣Even live chicks, ducks, geese and quinneas ❣Check it out❣

Not bad for a hardware store in Woodward. I spent some time here and got a new pair of work boots that fit great. They also sell guns and ammo here. Of course I love that
